We enjoyed our stay at Hudson Parap. It is conveniently located and easy to stay at. The decor in each room is modern and comfortable. There are great bakeries, cafes and restaurants at the small Parap shopping village across the road and of course, the Parap Markets. That said, it would have been good to have had a coffee pod machine in the room and some tea bags and sugar. Apart from plates and kitchen utensils, there was nothing provided for those families wanting to self cater - no oil, salt, pepper etc. We were also disappointed that the pool was so cold. It doesn’t get any direct sun during the day. Solar heating would be a good option to make it more usable.

Perfect location for our stay with easy access to shops and restaurants. The hotel was very clean with a nice pool and very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are perfect for a longer stay with a kitchen and full sized fridge. We walked to the Darwin Trailer Boat Club to watch a memorable sunset over dinner. Parap markets on Saturday are a must and just across the road from the hotel. Prickles Mexican Restaurant was great, very tasty food, reasonably priced and generous serves. So many attractions are within walking distance or very short uber ride. We will book here again when we go back to Darwin.

Overall a nice stay. Pros: Helpful and courteous staff, nice rooms, nice cool swimming pool, within easy walking distance of an excellent breakfast place (Laneway Coffee - seriously, excellent place). Cons: Not really close to or within easy walking distance of Darwin proper. Not too many meal options that are open all the time. Opposite a school so getting out and around during dropoff/pickup times can be slow.

I was really pleased with my stay at the Hudson, I was surprised how nice it is and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated near a shopping village as it is just near the Hudson, there are bus stops close by. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Darwin. I will be staying again sometime in the future.

This property is high quality, almost Boutique style but at a very reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality clean and simple Layout. Has a History of aviation all through the Hotel as a Theme but it works ! Reception and Housekeeping friendly and attentive. It was so quiet and calm, beds and pillow generous and Comfortable, appliances quality and kitchenette very well equipped. The village shops and Leafy street scape add to the overall calm feeling. Very enjoyable stay.

Very nice apartment. Clean and had all amenities we needed. Great kitchen and very handy to have a washing by machine and dryer in the apartment itself. We had an issue with one of the air conditioners one evening and it was promptly fixed the next morning. Friendly staff. Close to many Darwin attractions.

Great hotel Great location Friendly staff Limited noise insulation and can hear neighbours clearly We were told only after we asked about getting the room cleaned on Sunday, that they do not do housekeeping on Sundays I note that we paid the same daily rate for our Sunday stay even though we didn’t receive housekeeping.
