The elevator doors don’t have sensors! Was hit by the closing door 3 times.. totally unacceptable and unsafe. When I mentioned to front desk, they said they knew and it has been reported and they don’t know when it will be fixed. They said they had a sign indicating that by the elevator.. small sign was there, in Spanish only..

He estado quedándome frecuentemente y al principio me gusto mucho , durante varias ocasiones me ha tocado que el aire o elevador no sirven y se entiende cosas pasan, pero estás últimas dos veces me tocó terminar un proyecto en computadora y no pude imprimir o ni siquiera mandar un correo el caso es que se complicó todo y no pude imprimir dos hojas. El señor de enfrente trato de ayudarme pero tampoco pudo hacer nada y admitió que esa computadora realmente no sirve y no he sido el único que le ha pasado . También, cuando he ido a desayunar me ha tocado andar a la carrera y como vengo del extranjero muchas veces no traigo en efectivo. Le pedí a las meseras que me cobrarán algo en mi tarjeta para así yo dejarles propina y varias me comentaron que el hotel no les da ese dinero y que era mejor no dejar propina.

Everything was great until a water main break in the hotel happened and we had no water for showering or flushing toilets. I do feel we could’ve been given a discount for the inconvenience but luckily we checked out that same night. Overall a good and safe place for the family. Would definitely stay again.

El hotel está en una buena zona, hemos reservado en varias ocasiones, pero esta vez el hotel deja mucho que desear. La regadera de la habitación estaba sucia , tenía cabellos en la coladera y dejaron una toalla mojada sucia en el piso. Pedimos apoyo para llevar un jugo del desayuno a mi esposo al cuarto y nos dijeron que tenía que bajar o lo cobrarían , aún explicando que el se sentía mal y que aunque éramos 4 personas, no consumiríamos desayuno, solo jugo para el. El encargado se portó poco empatico y no quiso.

El hotel esta muy bien, cuidado, seguro, tranquilo y cerca del consulado americano. Las habitaciones super amplias y cómodas, muy buenas almohadas y el flujo de agua en regadera es bueno y con buena temperatura. En la recepción nos atendieron muy bien, nos esperamos un rato a que estuviera listo el cuarto y nos lo dieron incluso antes de la entrada lo cual agradezco porque iba muy cansada, solo no tienen buen servicio de comida al cuarto y son un poco groseros en esa área, pero puedes pedir por fuera o salir

It’s a greate place clean access to everything like restaurants safe area the only thing I notice was that the rooms don’t have any ports to charge your phone or easy outlets. For being a business hotel it needs to update its technology access like charging stations

La cama estaba sucia con cabellos y la sábana sucia, tuvieron q cambiarnos de habitación. La recepcionista tiene un pésimo servicio parece que le hace el favor de dejarnos hospedarse en el hotel y el segunda en la nueva habitación llegamos a las 5pm después de haber salido todo el día del hotel y necesitábamos descansar y no habían hecho el cuarto seguía sin limpiarse

La instalaciones del Hotel y la ubicación, muy bien.. El desayuno, también muy bien. El problema es el servicio, les falta actitud, ejemplos: fue muy lento el check in, no había jabón en las jaboneras de la regadera, el internet está para llorar, no pude hacer una conferencia por zoom, porque se desconectaba constantemente. El estacionamiento es exclusivamente con vallet parking, entonces, si tienes que estar entrando y saliendo, se complica un poco.

Nosotros siempre tratamos de llegar a ese hotel porque está bien ubicado, está cómodo no es caro, tiene muy buen servicio. Y aparte el servicio de ballet parking es muy bueno yo no soy afecto al ballet parking, ese es el único lugar donde sí, los alimentos perfectos y el servicio inmejorable. Gracias

My wife snd I were impressed with the condition, location and helpful and friendly attitude of the staff. The included breakfast was top notch with many choices and daily alterations. The surrounding area was clean handy and dotted with a plethora of international restaurants.
