Everyone there was very courteous and friendly, they will answer any question also they have a lawyer on site if you have any questions, they will print any document with a small charge,they will come and clean your room if you like to, breakfast was free and very good, the restaurant has a few options for breakfast and lunch and what we ate was delicious. We had a comfortable stay, hot shower, water stations to refill, stores and restaurants on walking distance, taxi services on site and they transport you to your appointments to the Consular office for free but charge for anywhere you like to go. It was very convenient for us . We had a good experience here.

Everyone there was very courteous and friendly, they will answer any question also they have a lawyer on site if you have any questions, they will print any document with a small charge,they will come and clean your room if you like to, breakfast was free and very good, the restaurant has a few options for breakfast and lunch and what we ate was delicious. Cleaning lady did a magnificent job, I can't remember , but I think her name is Dora, Love her art. One thing I didn't like about Conquistador is the restaurant, breakfast is included with your stay, don't get me wrong the food was good, just that they don't let kids take their yogurt or whatever they have for breakfast inside, they basically force you to buy breakfast for your kids, if you take kids with you, loved the pool, a small one for the little ones and a big one for the adults

I been to juarez 3 times and i can definitely say it was the best place feels like home staff very friendly very clean and very safe i always recommend this place to people going to there interview at the consulate they have free transport to all your appointments

To actually have a real jacuzzi,, theirs is not a jacuzzi, i got upset because they advertised it as one jacuzzi, but no bubles/jets ,, just a small pool with warm water more for like kids ,, im not happy about it, if i knew so , i would pick a different hotel … other than that it was a good hotel.

Tuvimos un gran inconveniente en la regadera del baño habia un preservativo puesto en el area del teflon de la regadera. No hubo quien nos diera una solución a tan grave situación. Nos dimos cuenta cuando mi niño se iba a bañar. Es un gran riesgo a la salud y nadie ha dado la cara aún.

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The little shop near the entrance was a great thing for us to be able to utilize on our extended stay. Taxis easy to access right in the hotel parking lot. The rooms could be better. Our bathroom smelt like sewage, we brought it up and they sprayed a bunch of cleaner, that didn't help. Had to keep bathroom door closed our whole trip. Bed is hard as a rock, RV only worked 20% of the time.

It was a hassle dealing with the internet. Come and goes. Breakfast was good although they should offer more of a daily variety it was usually the same thing all week. Rooms were cleaned daily which was great! However at night the room would get a sewer smell …. Couldn’t let me sleep. Should probably get that checked out asap. Overall had an okay stay for two weeks since it was walking distance to consulate or the hotel taxis take you!

El personal fue muy amable, pero las instalaciones son un poco viejas. La calefacción no funcionó bien y había un constante ruido de máquinas en el primer piso. El desayuno solo es de 7 a 9 am, solo te sirven una vez en un plato mediano y no habían servilletas.

The property is fine, yes its noisy but you have to keep in mind that it is a very transited street i honestly don't mind it. The only issue I had was with the receptionist and the security guard at the entrance both employees did not acknowledge us the guard took a good minute to let us in the property. The receptionist or front desk clerk i walked in and he was sitting down on his phone he saw me walk in did not say anything at all i walked up to him and he was still in his phone untill i said i had a reservation and he got up with an attitude. but The bellman i think is his position named Angel he took us to our room very friendly and helpfull he was amazing he was a really sweet boy he told us about what restaurants were close for us to order and if we needed it anything to ask him.

Everything was ok but even that the reservation was made and for 2 adults and 2 children and was stated on the site that breakfast was included with the room cost at the time of breakfast the only gave us for tickets for two and no manager was on duty for us to get this clarified.

Everything was good. Everything was very close around the hotel. The only inconvenience that I had was I end up leaving sooner than I booked and the hotel didn’t reimburse the difference. I still have a open case

Lo padre del hotel es la ubicación, te queda cercas cualquier punto a donde quieras ir. La limpieza en general está bien, y las instalaciones son promedio, cumplen con tener un espacio cómodo donde llegar a descansar. Lo terrible aquí es que llegando al hotel, el personal del lobby te cobra un deposito de $200 pesos que no menciona la aplicación de Expedia, y muy convenientes se quedan este deposito al realizar check out, porqué la camarista "informó qué falta 1 toalla". Al querer verificar qué no te llevas nada, le informan a la encargada/gerente y mencionan que con clientes anteriores les ha pasado lo mismo, que no te pueden regresar el depósito, asumiendo qué te robaste el artículo mencionado. Pésima experiencia por pasar esa vergüenza, cosa que ni en hoteles de 5 estrellas pasa. Si pueden eviten aceptar dar el depósito para evitarse situaciones incómodas cómo la que pasamos en mi familia.

I booked this hotel for my parents they had a visit at the American consulate, I choose the hotel because they advertise their services to the consulate but when my parents try to use the service they were waiting for them a while most of the time but other than that no problem.

Really good hotel, affordable &’ a good walking distance from a shopping center , as well as the US Consulate. If you’re looking for a good hotel to stay if you will have an immigration interview soon. This one is a great choice !

El personal fue muy amable, pero las instalaciones son un poco viejas. La calefacción no funcionó bien y había un constante ruido de máquinas en el primer piso. El desayuno solo es de 7 a 9 am, solo te sirven una vez en un plato mediano y no habían servilletas.

The hotel itself is great. The room was in great condition. The A/C worked fine as well. Good cleaning service. I liked that there was a laundry room. The only downside is the restaurant within the hotel. The employees who work there are rude and always in a bad mood. The free breakfast is good, but only limited to one serving, which is understandable. But they serve you very little food and keep reiterating that you can only be served once. I went to eat there a few times during regular hours and the waitress with glasses is always mad and if you show up 45 minutes before closing time, you have to order to do. Definitely do not recommend the restaurant.

Had to stay 2 weeks in Juárez in 3 hotels , this hotel by far is my favorite. Hotel is clean and shinning . Love the pool , wish they have a gym though . Breakfast was delicious-better than the other 2 hotels. Not so favorite is the fact they charge for laundry . The location is a bit far from the mall. It’s walkable but not recommended if it was 9 in the evening. Takes about 10-15 minutes walk .
