No me gusto que no tenga estacionamiento propio, tenias que pagar $180 la noche, no tiene desayuno incluido, no se si por la fecha pero habia poco personal para la capacidad de personas que reservamos, el agua caliente salia roja en un lapso de tiempo, para estar por la zona mas cara de Zapopan, dejo mucho que desear el hotel, de hecho, nunca me habia tocado situaciones de esa magnitud en ningun otro hotel

El cuarto decente, pero las amenidades como el gimnasio estaban sin funcionar y el lobby estaba en un área improvisada. Nice area. Near a nightclub that was noisy and our room heard the overnight road contraction. Five couples all came in the same van, and the luggage person insisted he take her bags, but then never brought them up and then had no way of distributing them and we kept having to ask repeatedly to just let us take our own bags because he had no idea where they would go. Obviously looking for a tip, but we became nervous because our bags didn’t come up from the ground level for quite a long time. Great location, staff was accommodating and let us hang out in the lobby/breakfast area. Breakfast staff was fabulous and overall a good stay other than the noise and luggage confusion.

I wanted to love this location. Our family had a wedding and between us all we booked 7 or 8 rooms. We arrived and the receptionist was so rude. To everyone before and after me. One or two people in our party waited until 5:00 or after for their rooms. Our rooms and hallway smelled like sewage. They needed to come to our rooms to put stuff down the drain daily to get the smell to dissipate. But in reality it just smelled like sewage with air freshener. The location is really great. The gentleman at the entrance were amazing but I’m not sure if they were part of the hotel or just the valet. We liked the two little restaurants on either side were great. We will never stay again. The smell was horrible. Thankfully we were only there to sleep. But seeing the other reviews they had the smell too.

Desde nuestra llegada muy sucio desde aparador de alimentos en recepción, pasillos sucios y con mal olor, habitación llena de todo tipo de cabellos y basura, baño con manijas de puertas viejas y con mugre visible con moho, cabellos, escurrido,;lavabo y espejo salpicados y escurridos, e igual con mil pelos. Toallas muy percudidas. Al llegar no servía caja fuerte tuvo que subir el valet parking en 2 ocasiones a tratar de resolver y hasta día siguiente en 4 intento lo lograron. No servía aire acondicionado. Dicen que el desayuno inicia 6:30 pero a esa hora solo van empezando a acomodar cosas y el pan dulce duro. Pagamos por 3 personas y nunca pusieron toallas para 3 ni faciales ni de cuerpo y al pedirlas te indican que debes bajar a recepción por la toalla. Estacionamiento cobran $180 por día, solo con valet y tardan horas en traer tu auto. Increíble que pase todo esto en una habitación por la que pagué más de 3mil por noche ....PATETICO

My stay was great! The personnel were so nice and welcoming that I felt safe staying there by myself. The only thing I wish they had available in my room was a microwave and fridge. My room didn’t have that. Other than that- great place to stay and not expensive. Would recommend to solo travelers.

Terrible stay. Our room had no hot water and the staff knew this and still put us in the room. When we asked to be changed they said no After a second day of no hot water. We demanded to speak with manager and they switched us to a lower category room with hot water. Nobody was helpful and when we asked for solution they said someone will email me at a later day

Lo que no, es que las tarjetas se desprograman todo el tiempo y es molesto tener que ir al lobby a re programar y tienen deteriorados los cuartos (persianas,piso del baño chapa de la puerta del baño todo eso necesita mantenimiento!

Pésima atención en el mostrador, hubo un problema con expedia que no se reflejó el pago al hotel, cosas que uno entiende pueden pasar, sin embargo el hotel trató sumamente mal a mis papás, como si fuera culpa de ellos y nos exigió que nosotros arregláramos todo con expedia, expedia muy atento nos ayudó en todo, sin embargo los teléfonos que expedia tiene del hotel NADIE CONTESTA, por lo que yo tuve que darme a la tarea de marcar a todas las extensiones del hotel hasta que encontré a la chica de reservaciones, que me trató super altanera igual haciéndome sentir como que fue mi culpa, hasta que logré sacarle un número de teléfono donde si contestaran y así brindárselo a expedia para que ellos pudieran arreglar todo. Me tuve que tomar medio día de mi trabajo para arreglar esto, cuando si el hotel desde un principio hubiera dicho por favor comuníquense con expedia y díganles que nos marquen a este número para resolver el asunto, esto se hubiera resuelto en 1 hora máximo. Lo que más molesta es la actitud del hotel, que hizo sentir a mis papás como si fueran unos muertos de hambre que no pagaban y los obligaron a abrir voucher para cobrarles doble, cuando la reservación tenía más de 10 días pagada.

Desde el check in quien nos recibió no fue cortes al recibirnos sus respuestas sobre el hotel fueron muy cortantes. El vallet del estacionamiento saturado no tenia capacidad de recibir los autos ni entregarlos, con muy mala actitud de servicio y el manejo de los autos con poco cuidado realizando maniobra en reversa y frenados repentinos. La habitación del hotel en general bien ya se tiene algunos años, la coladera de la regadera esta más alta y con la inclinación al otro lado por lo que se estanca y no se va de forma correcta.

La ubicación esta perfecta puedes ir caminando plaza andares, las instalaciones del hotel excelente, sin embargo si eres de los que tiene el sueño ligero, no lo recomiendo porque abajo alado tienen un restaurante bar que cierra hasta las 3am y se escucha el ruido, ahora que si cuando te duermes no escuchas nada, la verdad está excelente el hotel y ubicación

Está muy bien ubicado, frente a plaza Andares. El personal muy amable, y la logística para ingresar es ágil. Solo que está enseguida de algunos restaurantes con música en muy alto volumen, y en los pisos de abajo se escucha todo hasta muy tarde. El desayuno es muy poco variado.
