Upgraded at check in to a lovely room with a balcony. Very comfortable bed ( soft for Vietnam!). Staff were very friendly and breakfast was great. The rooftop is a lovely peaceful place to sit with good views after hectic sightseeing

This hotel is fantastic. Right in the center of Old Quarter close to everything. The lobby and rooms are exquisite. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. There is a great rooftop patio/bar/pool. I would highly recommend!

Excellent service from check-in to check-out. We booked to Junior Suite which was lovely & super roomy. The balcony was nice & quiet with privacy. The room décor was lovely, and the coffee machine was a nice touch. The staff were very accommodating & nothing was too much trouble. Complimentary mini bar & afternoon tea was a nice surprise during our stay. Thank you Don for helping us find our feet. Hotel location was great & close to everything, we had the world at our fingertips! Room service was ultra quick, thanks guys. Breakfast was plentiful & accommodated for all needs. Nice pool and an absolute stunning g roof top bar area. A special thank you to An (?). After checkout An asked if we required a taxi for our next destination. We chatted briefly while waiting for our taxi, again An provided us with more information & offered us a farewell drink. How nice was that! An, you truely are a great asset to Tirant Hotel !! Super séjour, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Rooftop avec restauration correcte et piscine pour se détendre. Le personnel est très agréable et très serviable. Très bien situé à 5 minutes du lac, on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied. Je recommande vraiment.

Het personeel is steeds zeer vriendelijk, zowel aan de receptie, aan het ontbijt buffet alsook die achter de bar staan. Als er zich een probleem voordoet doen ze hun best om het op te lossen (wij hadden bvb een volzet restaurant voor ontbijt buffet, kunnen ze niet anders dan wachten tot er plaats vrij komt, ze proberen wel de grote tafels vrij te houden voor de grotere groepen zodat die bijeen kunnen zitten). Gingen we in de rokersplaats zitten dat zich buiten bevind, kwamen ze de ventilator aan zetten om het minder warm te hebben. Dit kwamen ze bijna altijd binnen de 30 seconden doen. Indien je de kaart van de kamer kwijt raakt maken ze een nieuwe kaart aan en blokkeren ze de verloren kaart. Ik had de kaart in de kamer laten liggen en ze maakten een nieuwe aan. Ze herkennen ons al van dag 1 en weten meestal op welke kamer we logeerden, hoewel we 3 kamers hadden wisten ze perfect in welke kamer ik logeerde. Het enige minpuntje is dat de accommodatie een beetje verouderd is, alles is netjes maar hier en daar zie je de tekenen van ouderdom. Er is niet elke ochtend sinaasappelsap beschikbaar, er staan wel steeds 5 soorten (fruit)sappen klaar. Warme thee en koffie, vers gemaakte noedelsoep, omelet en vers fruit is er altijd te verkrijgen. Al bij al een zeer prettig verblijf gehad!

Fantastic, warm and welcoming staff. Really kind, room always clean. Lovely hotel and terrace. Breakfast was amazing major highlight to the breakfast manager and egg chef. Who remember the smallest of details. Couldn’t recommend more, great stay in a prime location in Hanoi walking distance to everything.

Hall de l’hôtel magnifique où trône un énorme bouquet de lys très parfumés et décoré de très beaux tableaux brodés d’oiseaux aux couleurs reposantes.Accueil chaleureux. Chambre propre, pressing à des prix raisonnables. Buffet petit déjeuner très variés avec des plats chauds qui changent tous les jours. Le personnel est aux petits soins, bravo à eux et notamment à Jame. Hotel très bien situé dans une rue animée et non bruyante la nuit. Dans la rue, il y a une pharmacie, un coiffeur, une alimentation, des restaurants typiques très bons et bon marché, une boutique de vêtements style sport à des prix défiant toute concurrence, des salons de massage, et un peu plus loin dans une rue perpendiculaire, un super médecin acupuncteur. Que demander plus .

Our stay at Tirant hotel was amazing and we will definitely be coming back. The highlight of the stay was the lovely, very attentive and professional staff. The place was clean, comfortable and at a great convenient location. One of the staff named Chester was specially very helpful.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het gebouw proper maar een beetje verouderd. Qua ontbijt opties zijn er veel keuzes, enkel de fruitsappen worden gewisseld elke dag (5 verschillende sappen per dag). Je kan er veel aan vragen en ze geven meestal wel de juiste informatie die je wilt.

This is an amazing hotel in the Old Quarter, central to everything. We were at the back of the hotel, so very quiet as the streets are noisy and there is often live music in the street close to the hotel. Staff are very attentive, and friendly and are happy to talk about their country and way of life. Many thanks to Chester & Don. We would definitely stay here again if we went back to Hanoi.

We had a family room with balcony, which was great as the kids had their own room with two twin beds and we had our own master bed room with balcony view. The hotel was in the heart of the old quarter area so it was very easy to walk around. Lots of food option! The staffs were all very helpful. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Hanoi.

Lovely property and very comfortable room right in the heart of old quarter. Unfortunately, due to the typhoon, we had to check out at 2:30 am to catch our rescheduled flight so we didn’t get to try breakfast. The room is spacious and well appointed.

Tirant had excellent staff who would go above and beyond to meet their customers individual needs. They booked us a cyclo and ensured we were not ripped off, exchanged money, provided a corkscrew, additional sheets and transport from the airport at a competitive rate. Their facilities were immaculate, rooms were well priced and centrally located for us to enjoy the old quarter of Hanoi as well as weekend street entertainment.

Excellent service from check-in to check-out. We booked to Junior Suite which was lovely & super roomy. The balcony was nice & quiet with privacy. The room décor was lovely, and the coffee machine was a nice touch. The staff were very accommodating & nothing was too much trouble. Complimentary mini bar & afternoon tea was a nice surprise during our stay. Thank you Don for helping us find our feet. Hotel location was great & close to everything, we had the world at our fingertips! Room service was ultra quick, thanks guys. Breakfast was plentiful & accommodated for all needs. Nice pool and an absolute stunning g roof top bar area. A special thank you to An (?). After checkout An asked if we required a taxi for our next destination. We chatted briefly while waiting for our taxi, again An provided us with more information & offered us a farewell drink. How nice was that! An, you truely are a great asset to Tirant Hotel !! Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Lovely property and very comfortable room right in the heart of old quarter. Unfortunately, due to the typhoon, we had to check out at 2:30 am to catch our rescheduled flight so we didn’t get to try breakfast. The room is spacious and well appointed.

Het personeel is steeds zeer vriendelijk, zowel aan de receptie, aan het ontbijt buffet alsook die achter de bar staan. Als er zich een probleem voordoet doen ze hun best om het op te lossen (wij hadden bvb een volzet restaurant voor ontbijt buffet, kunnen ze niet anders dan wachten tot er plaats vrij komt, ze proberen wel de grote tafels vrij te houden voor de grotere groepen zodat die bijeen kunnen zitten). Gingen we in de rokersplaats zitten dat zich buiten bevind, kwamen ze de ventilator aan zetten om het minder warm te hebben. Dit kwamen ze bijna altijd binnen de 30 seconden doen. Indien je de kaart van de kamer kwijt raakt maken ze een nieuwe kaart aan en blokkeren ze de verloren kaart. Ik had de kaart in de kamer laten liggen en ze maakten een nieuwe aan. Ze herkennen ons al van dag 1 en weten meestal op welke kamer we logeerden, hoewel we 3 kamers hadden wisten ze perfect in welke kamer ik logeerde. Het enige minpuntje is dat de accommodatie een beetje verouderd is, alles is netjes maar hier en daar zie je de tekenen van ouderdom. Er is niet elke ochtend sinaasappelsap beschikbaar, er staan wel steeds 5 soorten (fruit)sappen klaar. Warme thee en koffie, vers gemaakte noedelsoep, omelet en vers fruit is er altijd te verkrijgen. Al bij al een zeer prettig verblijf gehad!

Fantastic, warm and welcoming staff. Really kind, room always clean. Lovely hotel and terrace. Breakfast was amazing major highlight to the breakfast manager and egg chef. Upgraded at check in to a lovely room with a balcony. Very comfortable bed ( soft for Vietnam!). Staff were very friendly and breakfast was great. The rooftop is a lovely peaceful place to sit with good views after hectic sightseeing
