The staff was very helpful and accommodating! I was able to arrange an early flights, on-site parking was easy, and when the aircon in my room didn't work, they were able to switch me to a different room. This hotel was a great deal for the price: taxi stand right outside, and a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and 5th avenue.

For a budget property one block from the main Ferry Station this place was excellent. It was super clean, very quiet, there was a water cooler nearby to refill our water bottles and the stuff was very friendly. We are also grateful for the early check-in although I'm sure that is not always available if they are busier. The front desk staff helped us booked a tour to Chichen Itza, as well. If we have another quick overnight or two in Playa del Carmen we would stay again.

Nos gustó mucho el hotelito, está equipado y nos trataron muy bien - me dieron PB con anticipación, también nos apoyaron mucho durante la estancia, personal muy amable ☺️ Limpieza impecable diaria. Agua potable buenísimo💧Además cómo está lejos de la Quinta no se escucha para nada la fiesta y se duerme bien 👍 La ubicación buena igual, todo te queda cerca. Excelente opción para familias, regresaríamos sin duda.

Habitaciones muy buenas y limpias. Excelente atención de todo el personal. Cerca del ADO, embarcadero para ir a Cozumel, Oxxo a menos de media cuadra. Avise que llegaba tarde (11:30pm) y cuando llegamos nos recibieron sin ningún problema. Muy tranquilo para dormir, ningún ruido exterior ni nada.

Nice stay, if you just want a clean room to sleep in. No hot water, but worked out ok, I was surprised I could take it. Lol. Very low wifi so can’t hook up Roku to tv. Bed was adequate. Best part, you walk out your door and your at everything. They say there’s breakfast but yet to find it. They do have a fridge hidden inside cabinet. Oh and a lovely bird hidden in tree within garden that caws everyday, that was cool! If need be would stay again.

El personal muy amable y atentos, pero la habitación que me asignaron cuando te bañas el agua se empoza y aunque les dije desde que llegué que por favor checaran ese problemita no lo hicieron y tampoco limpian los baños bien por qué en mi regadera había cabellos

Todo estuvo muy bien, solo que los blancos de las camas y toallas muy desgastadas y percudidas, un poco incomodo el colchón , las instalaciones están limpias aunque ya no son muy nuevas, lugar muy tranquilo y Súper buena ubicación .

Conveniently located to beach, shopping, dining and public transportation. Excellent staff and responsive to one's needs. If you don't mind the music from nearby establishments (evening hours), then this is a good place to stay. Very economical.

Hotel muito bem localizado, proximo de tudo que você precisa : aeroporto, porto, rodoviária e da 5ª Aveinda. Quartos amplos e o ar-concicionado é muito bom. O hotel é exatamente como nas fotos. As camas confortáveis, os funcionário são excelentes, o quarto é silencioso e você acorda com o canto dos passaros. Melhor custo benefício de Playa del Carmen principalmente para quem vai só fazer passeios e só utiliza o hotel para dormir. Não tem café da manhâ mas ao lado tem um restaurante com excelente café e uma Starbucks a uns 150 m.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was pristine and very comfortable and the temperature was just right. There are no windows to the outside only onto an interior courtyard that is full of light and tropical plants but you have to keep your curtains drawn closed for privacy. It is in a great location just outside the gates to playacar and near to all the amenities of playa del Carmen. Restaurants and corner stores all within very short walking distance. The staff was very accommodating and beyond helpful.

The good: - great location, right next to the Quinta Avenida (main pedestrian street) - room and beds were basic but nice enough - air conditioning, wi-fi, cleaning service - inexpensive The not-so-good: - The front desk is not 24-hour, contrary to what is claimed on Expedia. Office hours are from 7 AM to 9 PM. That is according to the sign on the door. But even that is not respected, because when I arrived to check in at 7 PM, no one was there. The door gives a phone number for outside those hours, but when I called it and asked about the hotel, the person who answered didn't seem to know what I was referring to. - Insects (cockroaches) occasionally make their way into the rooms. - The building has an open ceiling, so it can be noisy. Expect to hear loud planes flying overhead (there is a small airport nearby), as well as what sounded like a rooster, crowing every morning.

Tucked inside the main road, it's quiet, affordable and close to everything - bus, ferry, and the market. The receptionist is very helpful and she gave the best recommendations.

Conveniently located to beach, shopping, dining and public transportation. Excellent staff and responsive to one's needs. If you don't mind the music from nearby establishments (evening hours), then this is a good place to stay. Very economical.

Habitaciones muy buenas y limpias. Excelente atención de todo el personal. Cerca del ADO, embarcadero para ir a Cozumel, Oxxo a menos de media cuadra. Avise que llegaba tarde (11:30pm) y cuando llegamos nos recibieron sin ningún problema. Muy tranquilo para dormir, ningún ruido exterior ni nada.

Hotel muito bem localizado, proximo de tudo que você precisa : aeroporto, porto, rodoviária e da 5ª Aveinda. Quartos amplos e o ar-concicionado é muito bom. O hotel é exatamente como nas fotos. As camas confortáveis, os funcionário são excelentes, o quarto é silencioso e você acorda com o canto dos passaros. Melhor custo benefício de Playa del Carmen principalmente para quem vai só fazer passeios e só utiliza o hotel para dormir. Não tem café da manhâ mas ao lado tem um restaurante com excelente café e uma Starbucks a uns 150 m.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating! I was able to arrange an early flights, on-site parking was easy, and when the aircon in my room didn't work, they were able to switch me to a different room. This hotel was a great deal for the price: taxi stand right outside, and a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and 5th avenue.

Personal muy amable, la ubicación es muy buena esta cerca del ADO para moverte, cerca de la playa publica, cerca del muelle para tomar el ferry, cerca de plaza comercial y 5a avenida.

Nice stay, if you just want a clean room to sleep in. No hot water, but worked out ok, I was surprised I could take it. Lol. Very low wifi so can’t hook up Roku to tv. Bed was adequate. Best part, you walk out your door and your at everything. They say there’s breakfast but yet to find it. They do have a fridge hidden inside cabinet. Oh and a lovely bird hidden in tree within garden that caws everyday, that was cool! If need be would stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was pristine and very comfortable and the temperature was just right. There are no windows to the outside only onto an interior courtyard that is full of light and tropical plants but you have to keep your curtains drawn closed for privacy. It is in a great location just outside the gates to playacar and near to all the amenities of playa del Carmen. Restaurants and corner stores all within very short walking distance. The staff was very accommodating and beyond helpful.

For a budget property one block from the main Ferry Station this place was excellent. It was super clean, very quiet, there was a water cooler nearby to refill our water bottles and the stuff was very friendly. We are also grateful for the early check-in although I'm sure that is not always available if they are busier. The front desk staff helped us booked a tour to Chichen Itza, as well. If we have another quick overnight or two in Playa del Carmen we would stay again.
