Het bed en breakfast ligt op loopafstand van het strand en van de boulevard met haven. Dit was top! Daarnaast is het personeel super vriendelijk. Wij konden de koffers in een kamer droppen tot dat we konden inchecken. Toen we hadden uitgecheckt, hebben we hetzelfde gedaan en we mochten ook gebruik maken van een douche.

Excellent location, near the beach and loads of place to drink and eat near the hotel. Great view of castle from room. For me best thing was very helpful staff and excellent service they provide. Also loads of perks like can leave bag after check out and use shower if you got late flights. I would definitely re book again.

I chose this hotel based on other reviews - I think I might have been reading a different hotels reviews! I booked a superior double room with a balcony. There was nothing superior about this room. It was very small with a double bed and a very large fold out bed which I didn't request. The room was tired and we had ants in the bathroom. The rooftop terrace was closed and breakfast was served around the corner in a little tavern, Actually breakfast was probably the best thing about our stay. There was also construction/demolition next door. When I went out on the balcony there were men on a lift chipping away at the bricks, quite awkward! Parking was awful too, we were told that they have a private car park just up the hill, if that one was full then we needed to use the public lot about 10 mins walk away. So we unloaded our cases took them to the room and then tried to find parking. Their private lot is for 6 cars only! Found the public parking and parked there for 2 days. The hotel will stamp your parking ticket so that you get a discount when you collect the car BUT we were not told about the cameras in the Town and the daily fees for driving through the Town until we checked out. €70 a day fine for driving up to the hotel and unloading. Thankfully we had a nice lady checking us out that mentioned this, she took our license plate and added it to the system and said that we should now be OK!! It would of been nice to told this when we checked in. Overall not a great stay!

Great location and friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Great rooftop bar though this makes it very noisy for rooms right below and I would get smoke in my windows.

Excellent location, close to the beach, bus and tram stops and many bars and restaurants. Hotel and room is very clean and well maintained. Staff very helpful and friendly. The room we had was a bit smaller than expected, however we didn't spend a lot of time in it anyway. No safe in the room. I Disappointed that the rooftop bar wasn't open while we were there as that's one of the reasons we booked it. Overall a great little hotel.

Lovely small hotel right in the centre of Alicante , very close to beach, shops, public transport. Our room was a newly refurbished room and was comfortable, modern & spotlessly clean. The staff were all wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Cannot fault this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Rummet var väldigt bra och städning utfördes väl. Vi hade rum A22 det fanns ett kök med de nödvändigaste utrustningen för att både laga frukost och enklare lunch. Kaffeautomat och vattenautomat fanns utanför rummet som ingick i boendet. Hotellet ligger perfekt vid gamla staden. Skall man säga en liten notering så är det knappen till vår ringklocka för dörren sitter precis vid trappuppgången till våningarna ovanför så på natten hände det att någon tog fel för att tända trappbelysningen men i stället ringde på vår dörr.

We had the deluxe room. Overall it was very good. The only bad thing was that it was very loud from parties/people/voices outside of the bedroom. Dont forget to bring something for your ears if you are sensitive.

Vi hade standard trippelrum vilket var nästintill okej för priset. AC:n hade lite dålig luft samt att vi inte kunde öppna fönstret då det luktade mat in från restaurangen. Utöver det var servicen väldigt bra, vi fick handdukar när vi ville och städningen var utmärkt! Ett stort plus är att hotellet låg mitt i stan och väldigt nära stranden!

The hotel was mordern, clean and my room was spacious with a nice view of the Basilica Santa Maria and some of the Castle. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is situated in an area where you can walk to most places and good transport links. I would definitely stay there again

Adequate. Roomy appartment was let down by bathroom. Nothing superior about that. Temperature was unregulated on both shower and sink. Not fixed in the time we were there. No cold in shower meant it was too hot to shower, first day. No hw by end of stay.

The hotel is small, which is a plus and not at all in your face. The rooms are nicer than the reception and common areas suggest. Located on the edge of the old town and in a very quiet location. Very little traffic. Some of the rooms overlook Plaza Santa Maria and Basilica de Santa Maria. Again, nice and quiet. Except for the bells toll. But they stop at night. It’s a 5 minute walk into the hustle and bustle of Alicante. And well located if you’re getting the airport bus. There are a couple of small restaurants in the square that open in the evening and a nice little Brazilian tapas bar, Sampa Picnic, on the steps which is open all day. Nice guys who worked there and a good place to sit in the shade and grab a beer and some food. The superior double room I had was a decent size and clean and had a small balcony. You could only stand on it. No room to sit. Comfortable bed and clean and bright bathroom. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. I had an issue with my electricity but they dealt with it swiftly. Would stay again

We booked 2 nights, 1st was a Saturday for a 1 bed apartment (A02) Apartment was below ground floor of reception, was 2 levels, bedroom level/living same level as public flight of stairs and roadway below, kitchen and dining was basement with tiny high windows and closed shutters (no natural light), felt like a cave. Virtually no sleep 1st night, worst hotel stay in decades and I have stayed at over 30 nights past year. Contacted Hotels.com at breakfast, advised them we couldn’t stay a second night with no sleep and to please contact hotel to ask for refund for second night. Within minutes, had this confirmation, so a big thank you to Hotels.com for awesome action. Checked out and booked another hotel closer to next destination. Reception at hotel were very efficient and pleasant to deal with, especially the lady who assisted us on checkin and checkout. However, lady server on rooftop bar/restaurant last Saturday evening, was surly and clearly didn’t like her job, she is not doing the hotel any favours. Also, I believe there are 3 bars at the bottom of the hotel building that serve customers till 1 am. If the hotel controls these spaces, they should reevaluate, as the rest of the hotel rooms are surely impacted by them to the early hours, as confirmed by a staff member to me. I spoke to another guest at breakfast who also complained about the noise.

I like the location of this hotel as it is in old town but also very close to the marina. However, all the positive ends there. The room was very small as well as the bathroom. If you are looking for a quiet place, this is not it, I am afraid. Friday through Sunday, you won't be able to sleep until 4 am as the hotel has a rooftop bar and it is extremely noisy. The staff working at the bar was so noisy themselves, cleaning after the last service, which takes over an hour and goes until 4 am. It was a horrible experience and hotel admin is aware of this and they do nothing. Zero professionalism! Pay a little more and stay at a decent, quiet hotel.

The hotel location is very central and quiet since the traffic is very limited since it's a restricted area. The hotel is in a good condition and the double room I had was on the 3rd floor with a small balcony facing the little square where there's a church. The hotel has a terrace where breakfast is served and it was nice to go there a few times to work with my laptop from there. My expectations were not high since it's a 2-star hotel but I liked being there for 8 nights.

Great hotel. Great location. A little hard finding the street, Google maps would only put us a lower parallel street, Jorge Juan, had to walk to find how to access the street, not the hotels problem. Good buffet breakfast on the rooftop patio.

Hotel La Milagrosa is an excellent stay if you are in Alicante. Beach and Esplanade is a 5 minute walk away with great bars and restaurants all in walking distance. Staff were super friendly the rooftop bar was amazing! Will definitely be staying again!

Great location if you want to be in central Alicante, everything is a very short walk. The port, museum, restaurants, bars, transport and especially the tram all less than 8 minutes on foot.

Fantastic hotel in a great location in the Old Town. Lovely view from our room of the Basilica de Santa Maria. Highly recommend. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely rooftop bar too with great views of the Castell de Santa Bàrbara.
