Second stay at this hotel. Always clean always enjoyable staff is great but potatoes need to be crispy. My daughter tripped in the parking lot and the staff helped clean it up and get her a band aid. So nice.

The suite was clean and had refrigerator microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, and an office area. One of the elevators was broken, which caused delay. The AC in the hallway was not working or the heat was on. It was 100f that day. The breakfast was very good for a continental and the staff was friendly. I would stay there again, hopefully the AC and elevator issue was a temporary issue.

Don’t bother going to this hotel! Due to a flight delay, we arrived at 10:00 pm for checking in. It took almost 1 hour to check in. We were tired and hungry. In the room, the only things clean were the bed and the towels. Thank God! The mirror had a long time collection of dust and few water marks and a long black hair in the sink ( mine is lighter color). Very disgusted! Complimentary breakfast in the morning was very poor. Now, the staff were extremely rude. By mistake, looking for a plastic knife, I opened a new batch of plastic knife instead of pulling one out from the dispenser. She started calling me “ not inteligent” in Spanish and did point with her finger on her temple looking straight at me and repeating with a laud voice that I am not inteligent - in her language. She forgot that I was the client/customer and she gets paid her salary because of clients booking their hotel. NEVER coming back here!!! The hotel has no functional WiFi either. Waist of money and time and neurons.

Loved our stay at this Hotel! The room was very clean and roomy, more space than expected. Te staff was friendly and welcoming, very attentive! Breakfast was good and hot! I only wish was there was bacon, everything was good though. Nothing was over cooked. I will be returning for another stay. Loretta M.
