The property, pool and sauna were really nice and clean. The hotel and restaurant staff were nice and professional. We had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. I highly recommend a stay as the hotel as it is has not only beautiful surroundings but also the Junior suite room was sleek and comfortable.

Schönes Hotel, aber Service und Familienfreundlichkeit diesmal enttäuschend Wir waren letztes Jahr im Schwarzschmied und hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit. Deshalb sind wir dieses Jahr wieder für eine Woche gekommen — diesmal mit unserer kleinen Tochter. Leider ist der Service diesmal nicht auf dem Niveau, das man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwartet. Auf der Terrasse ist kaum Bedienung präsent, der Barmann muss den Service zeitgleich aufrecht erhalten und bemüht sich sichtlich. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde uns Unterbesetzung genannt. Probleme des Managements, welche die Gäste spüren müssen. Besonders enttäuschend: Als Eltern benötigt man Flexibilität. Als wir gegen 20:10 Uhr fragten, ob wir noch irgendeine einfache Essenslösung bekommen könnten, wurde uns nicht einmal ein einzelnes Gericht oder eine kleine Alternative angeboten. Wir mussten hungrig aufs Zimmer gehen. Man lernt: Keine Dinner Reservierung - kein Essen. Das passt für uns leider nicht zu einem Haus, das für Herzlichkeit, Genuss und Familienfreundlichkeit stehen möchte. Sehr schade, weil wir das Hotel eigentlich in sehr guter Erinnerung hatten.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Schwarzschmied war rundum gelungen. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Frühstück – große Auswahl, frische hochwertige Produkte und wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Man merkt sofort, dass viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Auch das Personal war durchweg super freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Ein weiteres Highlight war der Wellnessbereich: modern, gepflegt und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel ist ruhig und stilvoll – ideal, um ein paar Tage abzuschalten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.
