Bastante confortável. Excelente localização, com fácil acesso a pé ao centro histórico, museo Guggenheim, outros pontos turísticos, bares, restaurantes. Estacionamento "Instituto" praticamente em frente ao hotel, disponibilizam um combo de 3 diárias por 49 euros.

I've stayed at the Sercotel Coliseo in Bilbao for several years sadly for the first time there was no capacity for onsite parking. Anything that could be done to improve the capacity of onsite parking would be most welcome.

The room was a good size, clean and comfortable although the hard flooring meant that noise from above was heard. The property is shown as having a bar and restaurant, these are in effect one and the same. The bar wasn't open in the afternoon (no waiter) and the only available refreshment was free beverages from a machine. Food is advertised as starting at 19.30, the menu is very basic and cooking not of particularly good quality. We wanted one quiet night around the hotel, but I would guess most guests prefer to eat out and there are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. The old town is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel and worth a visit as is the Guggenheim a 15 minute walk.

Great city centre hotel. But the underground car park can be hard to find for the 1st time and it is also very tight so may struggle with a bigger car or SUV. The hotel doesn’t have a bar area as such but more of a social meeting area with waiter service to the table or sofa. There is also an outside patio area I believe as well. Didn’t try breakfast as I had to leave early every day. Did try room service and the food was great. Would recommend and stay here again myself.

Services de lhotel decevants. Nous avions choisi cet hotel principalement pour le parking et la recharge electrique sur place. Or, on a du payer 70euros de parking pour 3 jours à lexterieur de lhotel. On nous avait reservé une place pour recharger notre voiture mais une autre voiture (non electrique) s'est mise sur la place et ne souhaitait pas se deplacer avant le soir. Ca ne semble pas avoir dérangé lhotel.... En echange on nous reserve une place pour le lendemain matin mais on apprend, ensuite, que la place a ete reservée pour 3 jours à quelqu'un dautre. On nous avait pourtant precisé la veille que la place netait pas reservable à l'avance mais uniquement pour recharger. On nous a fait tourner en rond. Le personnel à laccueil, moyennement aimable pour certains, se contredisait dun jour à lautre. Nous reviendrons souvent a Bilbao mais plus jamais dans cet hotel. Jajoute que les chambres sont peut etre insonorisees mais pas les portes qui donnent sur le couloir. Les portes étant proches les unes des autres nous entendions tous les nuits les personnes rentrées dans leurs chambres...

En la reservacion estaba incluido el parqueo y cuando llegamos al hotel a las 9 pm, la recepcionista Ana nos dijo que lo sentia y q no tenia parqueo disponible y bajo a la zona del parqueo y habia todo un piso vacio sin carro y otro piso de parqueo disponible la mitad y cuando subo y le muestro las fotos que tire de los parqueos vacios me dijo que lo sentia pero que los parqueos lo tenia que autorizar Maria ( su supervisor) la cual no estaba ahi hasta el dia siguiente a las 10 am. Horrible.

The first day the sheets had a yellow stains in 2 places. The staff was trying to resolve the issue, but entire hotel only has one person working in the evenings. There was No housekeeping personnel to change sheets so we had to do it ourselves. The rooms do not have coffee or tea kettle. No sleepers or bath ropes as well. Breakfast is not bad, but exactly the same every single day. Will not recommended staying in this hotel.

Nice clean hotel in a pleasant location. Staff is super. The only reason for not a perfect score is the room set-up. There is a set of four stairs from the bed to the bathroom. i am okay with stairs in general. But at night when I am still half-asleep, with the shadows, it is easy to miss a step. Also no idea why there are two clouded glass windows in the bathroom. When you turn on the bathroom lights it brightens the whole room.

Loved our time here. The guy who checked us in allowed us to check in early which was great so we were able to get straight to our room. All of the staff were lovely throughout. Nice big comfy bed, great shower and a clean room. Location is ideal, nothing is more than 25 / 30 mins away walking which we love to do. Bar hopping, canas and pinxtos all day long it was a great base where you could come back and rest before going out again. Couple of small negatives. The bed kept moving away from the wall so you couldn't really sit up in bed as it was pushing away from the wall each time. Other one was room temperature. The air con is set at a certain level for eco reasons but you also can't open the windows so it was getting quite hot in there at times. Overall though it was excellent!

Well located hotel in Bilbao. Nice staff. Breakfast fine although I’m not sure who is eating actual cake for breakfast but Wayhey it’s holiday. Room was big but had a window into a stairwell ?! So strange for the price of it. At night room next door was clearly drunk and very very noisy. They were banging their bed (not what you think) in some weird muck around and it was literally moving my bed ?! Was afraid wall would fall down. Perhaps the most offensive thing is the single use plastic teaspoons in the room. Sad times, it’s 2025! Kettle, mugs and no tea bag or coffee was also lol.

Good size room with standard equipment. Plenty of hangar space but almost no drawer space. No English language channels on the TV. The bathroom had a partially glass wall so turning on the bathroom light also lit up the bedroom. Good selection for breakfast but often a long slow line up for breakfast. Hotel location good for visiting the art galleries.

The hotel staff and service was exceptional and the breakfast option was well worth it. I felt very welcome and this hotel had a nice homey feel. Great location for walking distance to main areas but far enough away from any central noise. My only complaint would be the hot/cold fluctuations with the shower usage. Any time another unit was using the shower at the same time this affected the temperature quite a bit. Tip: shower during the day when not many other guests are around or shower very early or late in the evening.

Las instalaciones están muy bien pero una vez olvidan lo fundamental: las personas. El room Service atendido por una única persona, cocinero, camarero, atender el teléfono y cobrar y subir los pedidos a las habitaciones. Más de media hora llamando para intentar hacer un pedido y al final tuve que bajar porque evidentemente la persona que atendía todo el servicio ni oía el teléfono porque estaba en otras tareas. Eso en pleno mes de junio. La mala valoración del personal evidentemente no es por el personal en sí sino por la política laboral del hotel.

This was a decent enough hotel in a rather sleepy neighborhood. Not a lot going on in immediate proximity, but pretty close to the train station and only 10 minute walk to Casco Viejo. Room was clean and comfortable. They were having issues with the elevators and key cards throughout my stay, which was inconvenient. I wound up simply using the stairs most of the time. Had to get a new key card halfway through, as they deactivated mine, which was a bit annoying. Good breakfast.

Perfectly situated in town center close to everything. 15 min walk to the Guggenheim museum and many great restaurants close to the hotel. We can highly recommend to stay here. A small improvement would be to equip the rooms with a water boiler.

Hotel is in a great, quiet location, within walking distance to train station, Metro, Old Town, shops etc. El Corte Ingles store is a 2 minute walk away. There is a wide choice of cafes / restaurants near the hotel. The hotel has almost 100 rooms, yet the breakfast dining room only has tables / seating capacity for around 50 guests. This is very strange and did on occasions mean that people had to sit in a “waiting area” and the hotel would suggest what time I should take breakfast to ensure seating, this was ignored! There is space to put more tables and chairs, so why isn’t it done? Overall it is a good, clean, quiet hotel, recommended

Ensuite, nous demandons du jambon ibérico, non disponible. alors qu'il n'y a qu'une douzaine de clients. Petit déjeuner : mauvaise disposition, buffet contre le mur, d'où de l'attente quand il y a du monde. un buffet central offrirait plus de facilité de circulation.

Zeer centraal gelegen hotel dichtbij stadscentrum. Mooie grote kamers (wij hadden een superior). Zeer netjes. Bij aankomst kregen we een verkeerde kamer toegewezen, maar dit werd direct door het aanwezige personeel rechtgezet. Het ontbijt kan echter wel verbeterd worden, er is heel weinig plaats om te zitten en daarom wordt er in shiften gegeten. Het aanvullen van eten, afruimen van tafels gebeurt echter zeer chaotisch. Er is niemand die echt de leiding heeft, ook de eieren bv, zijn vaak koud, eten raakt niet aangevuld… We hebben dit gemeld en hopelijk wordt er iets mee gedaan. Het personeel doet echt zijn best, maar heeft gewoon een beetje sturing nodig van iemand die alles overschouwd en bijstuurt.

We had a most pleasant stay in Hotel Sercotel Coliseo. We shared a triple room which was spacious, quiet and comfortable and very clean. It housed a mini fridge which contained bottled water and nibbles. Breakfast was included in our stay and there was a great selection of both cooked and continental food. A lovely sun terrace was available for guest use which had comfortable seating, soft lighting in the evening and heaters if required. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout. The hotel is well situated less than 10minute walk from city centre. I would happily stay there again.

Good location - walking distance to Guggenheim museum. Very clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit and fresh orange juice. Would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again!
