Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement probablement conçu par un architecte d'intérieur. Bien que ce soit un appart hôtel, on peut prendre le petit déjeuner dans l'hôtel et il y a un réceptionniste 24H/24. Le ménage peut être fait tous les jours. En un mot, il a les qualités d'un hôtel. Le personnel est agréable. et peut donner des renseignements en anglais. L'hôtel est particulièrement bien placé à 2 pas de la place.

Booked a last minute 4 night break having read the positive reviews. Found the property was going through some renovation works and the bar /restaurant wasn't available. Staff were however superb and allowed us to change to a larger room with more storage space which was appreciated. The rooms was very clean and once we got the heating to warm up were very comfortable . Walking up the staircase to the first floor sitting/ kitchen area with glass floors took a little getting used to, but added to the unique quirkiness of the apartment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend unless you had mobility issues .Not all rooms have stand up showers /cubicles, so check this out if it is important to you. The main square is just a couple minutes walk so perfectly located.

Great location, very good breakfast, nice rooms, very good and helpful concierges, good housekeeping. Great selection of restaurants nearby and the center of town square. Cons: no closets, no laundry service for your clothes. I still will recommend them.

Perfect location and the most beautiful building! Very clean and comfortable, had all the amenities for basic cooking. Not negatives by any means but worth mentioning .... wardrobe space very limited even for a light traveller. Lovely bathroom with corner jacuzzi and shower attachment - however you will not be able to shower standing up - the shower attachment is fixed to the wall around hip height when standing in the bath and there is no curtain. Im fairly sure you can see this in the official photos though so not a huge surprise. The shower has fabulous pressure and the process is manageable! Arranged parking is on the road outside which is pretty narrow, but there is parking nearby if you preferred which is also 100 zloty per day. Absolutely loved this place and would definitely come back again.

An absolute great and wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and very unique. The kitchen was helpful for smaller meals. Parking is very difficult but that is to be expected from an inner-city hotel, but with an excellent walkable location. The hotel provided alternative locations for convenient, but expensive, parking. We will definitely stay here again but without using a vehicle.

Excellent location. Polite and professional reception. Very clean conditions and high value for the price. The kitchenette is added plus and ve y convenient. Shower was quite good. Only drawback was no chest with drawers for storing clothing but there were hangers and open clothing rack. Restaurant is quite good and breakfast is full menu available not a skimpy cold food only self-serve.

This is a hotel for young people. It’s boutique and has an excellent location but very noisy at the weekend very poor noise proofing from the room above. People coming in late at night playing music and talking loudly all having a good time but at expense of others! Shower is in a bath itself nice but shower attachment about one metre so have to sit or kneel in bath to use. No grab rails. Room wasnt cleaned one day told we had a don’t disturb sign in door but we were out for 7 hours between 9-4 so surely could have been serviced then? One day coffee milk etc wasn’t replaced another night shampoo and shower gel not replaced. So an attractive hotel ideally situated but let down by some basic issues.

Check in was easy and simple. Nicely done suites. Rustic looking. Mostly brick walls, floor is tile and wood. Toilet is seperate from the bath area, all modern fixtures. Nice little kitchen area, I stayed for 3 weeks and found it adequate. The room was made up every 3 days, you can have it done more frequently. Would have given the place 5 stars but on the last night I found silverfish in the toilet area. Very comfortable and a 3 minute walk to the Main Square. I would stay here again.

Very close to the main piazza. If you drive, is not easy to get to it. Room was clean , bed a little small, bathroom could benefit from more hooks and countertops for storage . Breakfast was good for extra cost. The main floor lobby area had a foul smell

The room was very cute and had a good aircon. We stayed during summer which meant that this was very important, as it was very hot through out the day. Our room did not have a shower and only provided a small bath. The bath could not fit a full sized adult and left us feeling uncomfortable at times. The bath did have a small hose to substitute the shower. The location of the hotel was very central to the old town. There were many restaurants and bars to try near the hotel.

Good size room - comfy bed & pillows. Air con not great & you cant have the shutter up & window open as the curtain is see through. Very strange lay out of the room. Great Location. Breakfast was nice in the on site cafe.

Great location just off the square and supermarket round the corner.Hotel organised transport from the airport for our group which was great. Our room, superior double doesnt have a shower but a hand held attachment over a jacuzzi bath. They could do with removing the bath and putting a proper shower in, as there is room. Trying to get a shower this way was problematic and soaked the floor. My partner had to hold the showe head up whilst i showered and vice versa. Some of the other rooms our group had were great, with plenty of room.

Stayed Friday 21/11 to Monday 24/11 2025 Room - Junior Suite Arrived straight from the airport in a Bolt to a doorway in a street just off the main square. Initial impressions weren't that great as the doorbell was broken but within a few minutes the receptionist appeared and that was the last negative I have! We were allowed to check in at 11am as our room was ready and we also got a 12pm checkout free of charge. The room itself was comprised of a ground floor with a TV, open wardrobe, bed, drawers, safety deposit and a bathroom (bath, skin and toilet - no overhead shower, the shower was one that could be used in the bath...bear this in mind if you have mobility issues and perhaps book a room with a shower); there was then a mezzanine level with a small kitchen comprising of a hob, fridge, sink, drawer and cupboard and a table and chairs. This was open plan and you could see through the floor and also talk over the balcony. The room was warm at all times, the tv tuned into netflix, the water pressure and temperature was perfect and the noise from the street wasn't noticeable too much and we were on floor 1. Location wise this is a great option for exploring - it's in the middle of the top and bottom of the old town, within 25 min walk of the Jewish quarter and 20 minutes walk of the Shopping centre and train station. I would 100% recommend this hotel to most travellers (consider the mezzanines with young children as there's no safety measures that I'm aware of)

Great location, easy check in, nice clean rooms, however we could hear EVERYTHING from the room next to us and they could hear us, we found ourselves whispering and not using the toilet if we knew the other room where there. Made us feel abit on edge.

Was difficult to gain entry to the hotel for check in as there was no buzzer. Reception staff were great, let us check in early ! Pipes in the room were very noisy though. Nice room all in all, big and great amenities.

Stayed for 2 nights. I researched a lot before booking and had high hopes since the hotel looked nice. Positives: good location, comfortable bed, and clean. However, the room was overheated. I turned off the air con and radiators and opened the windows, but it was still hot when we returned. I spoke to the receptionist, who unhelpfully suggested opening the windows (despite it being -4°C outside) and offered another room that wasn’t made up—we’d have to bring our own duvets. We didn’t sleep that night. The next day, I spoke to the manager, who was incredibly rude and condescending. He said it was my issue and refused to move us. He also entered the room while we were out, despite a "Do Not Disturb" sign, and left the window open—making the room freezing (it was -1°C outside). The bathroom sink also leaked, but after how I was treated, I gave up and barely slept the second night too. I would NOT recommend staying here - there are loads more options where you can stay somewhere nice plus also will be treated with respect!

Stayed for 3 nights, arrived early and was allowed to check in at 12.30, room was very clean and spacious. Small kitchen with fridge was perfect for storing breakfast and drinks. Staff communication was good including in WhatsApp’s via website all response very quick and clear. Perfect location just minutes from main square and surrounded by restaurants and shops. 2 days we had excursions and pick up point for both were only few minutes away adding to great location.

Tilbrakte en weekend i Krakow med et vennepar. Veldig sentralt beliggende, store rom med minikjøkken. Positive og serviceinnstilte medarbeidere. Skal du bo så sentralt, så må du forvente noe støy fra trafikk og ikke minst fra feststemte mennesker. Anbefales!

Lovely location, a street away from the old town market square. Architecture of the building was always impressive with the red brick throughout the site. Our room provided the comfort needed of a city break, cool, quiet and relaxing that helped provide restoration following a day of sightseeing and walking.

Great value hotel in a fantastic location, just a couple of minutes from walk from the main square. Breakfast was really good, we didn’t have it included but were able to get a discount for staying in the hotel. Rooms were spacious, didn’t use the kitchen facilities but all seemed good. Would definitely stay again.

Visually amazingly pleasing (to me at least) and quite unlike anywhere in its class I have ever stayed. No idea if this is original or designer created, the exposed brickwork everywhere is amazing. Super comfortable beds, a jacuzzi the size of a small pool and a massive 4K TV to watch the football on. What more could one want? Well, perhaps a separate shower, a bar that is actually open and bath towels that are a little less frayed. Oh, and perhaps the offer of a second cup of coffee at breakfast.
