The photo from outside hotel is wrong as this is not the view of hotel from the street. The restaurant opening hours are incorrect and it’s closed Monday and Tuesday. Total lack of customer service at check in / out and no room service makes this a two star hotel at best

Lovely hotel & friendly staff. On our first night there our aircon wasn't working, so we were provided with a fan & then moved to another room that became available the following day. There were tea & coffee making facilities, a fridge & bottles of water in the room & a little treat on arrival. Shampoo & shower gel in the bathroom. Comfy beds & pillows & the blackout curtains were great. Couldn't sleep with the windows open on the street side due to traffic noise at night. Breakfast buffet in the hotel was good & there is a new restaurant that has opened with a good menu in the evenings & also a bar. You can take a train from Amsterdam Airport or Amsterdam Centraal to Muiderpoort Station & it's a 5-10 minute walk to the hotel.

Einfacher und schneller Check-In 500m von der Unterkunft ist ein Parkhaus für 26€ pro Tag, was günstiger ist als beim Hotel zu parken, außerdem ist beim Parkhaus direkt ein Einkaufsladen.

Enjoyed a week at the Manor. Great location; everything you need within a short walk. Friendly staff, comfortable room (main floor with patio on garden side) and great restaurant on site. Also appreciated the history of the place - originally a hospital!

Fint hotell med bra läge i centrala Amsterdam, med egen parkering. Bara 400 meter till tågstationen som med en hållplats tar er till centralstationen på 5 minuter. Använd appen för att köpa tågbiljetter!

Overall the hotel itself was good. I gave 4 stars due to 2 main reasons: 1) Restaurant/bar closed before 11pm and 2) the rubber mat in front of the door is incredibly unsafe. I almost tripped on the way in and then my luggage got stuck on the way out and I DID fall and broke a rib...

The room setup was great. Shelving and closet space was ample. We were delighted by the small balcony with our room. The breakfast was standard, but good. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Transportation options near the hotel were ample. The only thing we could say negative was that the room was dusty.

Et enkelte par søde receptionister. Resten virkede ligeglade. Ingen service i restauranten medmindre man var business menneske. De tager ikke kontanter k restauranten. Det var utrygt at stå udenfor hotellet om aften/morgen da der kommer mange hjemløse og virker truende hvis du ikke giver dem noget. Lidt kedeligt morgenmad. Mega dårlige hovedpuder. Mangelfuld rengøring. Afløb stoppet samt støv mange steder. Toiletrulleholder ødelagt. Det er ikke pengene værd

Hotel building looks nice, though not as in the pictures. Staff is very polite and trying to help, but I needed to ask for an invoice three times. Hotel is 45 minutes walking from the city center. It is very well connected by tram (one tram station is in front of the hotel and other one behind the corner) and train since Muiderpoort train station is 5 minutes away. We booked superior king room, but I didn't recognize anything superior in it. Namely, bed was very uncomfortable, in fact it was two single beds connected, and there was huge dent at the connection. There were much mold in the shower cabin. Chair in the room was full of hairs, like from the dog or something. Out of 4 days of staying there corridors on the second floor smelled on some food for 3 days. All in all we paid more for some comfort, but didn't get it.

It was clear from our room’s arrangement that it was an old operating room, complete with a window in the wall between the shower/bath and the main part of the room (this was not shown in the website photos). The toilet was in a separate closet-sized room next to the shower/bath. Surfaces were not clean upon arrival (visible smudges and fingerprints on the black and stainless steel surfaces), and a previous guest’s milk and yogurt were in our mini fridge. Our room did have a cute little patio outside though. The location is close to a tram stop, but 15-20 min by public transport to most attractions so best for guests that feel comfortable getting around on Amsterdam public transport.

Our room was comfortable, functional, and clean. The corridor was a bit shappy (carpets were dirty with a few pieces of litter) but the rest of the hotel was fine. The location was great and a much quieter than central Amsterdam which we liked. Supermarkets and small local restaurants within a few minutes walk. Trams passed close by (one just outside the hotel) providing easy access to different parts of the city. Would stay again if price was right.

I've stayed here a few times. It's convenient for where I'm visiting but I also like to think it's a nice hotel. The X's everywhere gives me the hotel fromThe Shining kind of vibe, but the service is good and no ghosties. Museum and park across the road. Muiderpoort station a few minutes walk from the hotel. A menu for room service would be good. The TVs are old with no smart functions. Bike hire period extension on the website is not possible.

We booked two rooms. Passable stay but could be better Pros:The room was spacious and clean. Water pressure was good and staff friendly. Multiple tram lines near the hotel and also a train station so it was pretty convenient to travel around. Cons: We visited during the summer and the air conditioner wasn't working very well. The air was weak and not cold. We made a complaint and the staff gave us a fan for the stay. Not the best as we purposedly booked this place because it is advertised with hotel rooms with air conditioner. Another room when we checked in had a strong cannabis smell and after complaining, staff sprayed air freshener and gave the room a fan to circulate the air.

Good location and a stunning building. The east part of Amsterdam is a bit more quiet but you are still able to get to the city center in no time at all. Staff is friendly and if you reserved a parking spot they will keep your keys in case they car needs to be moved (emergencies etc). The room looks a bit dated and could use better cleaning. Furniture was dented/broken on top. Most annoying was that it was very noisy. It was very easy to hear the people in the room above move around (old wooden flooring/ceilings), we could not turn off a loud fan in the bathroom which bothered me during the night and there was no real way of cooling there room in the sense of air-conditioning. Also there we no light drapes in front of the windows so if you wanted natural light in the room your privacy was compromised directly. The sun blocking curtains did their job well. We had a junior suite and did expect it to be a bit more tidy than what we experienced. Thankfully the location of the hotel made up for some of the negatives of the room itself.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and son while I was attending a business event. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large enough for 3 people. One thing that was odd and not very conducive to a family sharing a room is that the bathroom door is frosted glass. This means that if someone has to be up early and turns the light on in the bathroom, it lights up the whole hotel room. I had to be up early so it was quite disruptive to my family who were trying to sleep. Otherwise the hotel met our needs for the trip.

Wij komen al meer dan 10 jaar minstens 2x per jaar naar dit fantastische hotel. Het hotel is heel mooi en het personeel is super lief en zeer bekwaam. Altijd bereid te helpen! Graag geven we hier een speciale vermelding voor Chanel. Zij staat altijd klaar om te helpen, super behulpzaam en altijd met de lach. Alle lof en superlatieven voor het hotel, het personeel maar ook voor de buurt. Niet in centrum centrum maar daar ben je in 10 minuten met de tram die om de 10 minuten stopt. Zalig want je zit dus niet in de immense drukte en toch is alles vlakbij, restaurants, gezellige cafés, alles. Echt ons favoriete hotel. In januari gaan we alweer terug!

Not great service. There are plenty better hotel options of you’re visiting Amsterdam. The front of the property looks impressive but I wasn’t a fan of the decor at all, which i found guady and not calming.

The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a very good night sleep. There are many bars and restaurants and shops near by. Will start there again 😊

The Manor was an amazing hotel. Every member of staff could not do enough for us. Thank you to everyone. We had a king size bed which was very comfortable. The room was big enough for my partners mobility scooter. We stayed for 4 nights and had breakfast every day. We thought breakfast was good value for money with lots of choice. The coffee and orange juice were fantastic. Great location near two tram stops. Tram 14 to and from Central station. Trams 1, 3 and 19 too to explore the museums and other parts of the city. Lots of local shops and cafes to eat in within walking distance of the hotel. We would stay at the Manor hotel when we visit Amsterdam again. The lift was big enough for my partners folding mobility scooter and the hotel kindly let us leave this here until it was time to catch the Eurostar.

Plenty of tram options to get to other areas and an easy trip to and from the airport. the hotel was beautiful, really big and open, staff very welcoming, they couldn't do more for you. Location is a little out of the centre, only a 40-minute walk (it's a beautiful walk) or a ten-minute tram ride from the centre. I would recommend this hotel to all.

Our room was comfortable, functional, and clean. The corridor was a bit shappy (carpets were dirty with a few pieces of litter) but the rest of the hotel was fine. The location was great and a much quieter than central Amsterdam which we liked. Supermarkets and small local restaurants within a few minutes walk. Trams passed close by (one just outside the hotel) providing easy access to different parts of the city. Would stay again if price was right.

The Manor Hotel was a gem! Located a bit outside the ring of the tourist trodden areas, The Manor is located in a charming neighborhood with several fabulous pubs and restaurants. The tram is a block away and for only a few euros will deliver you to everything you would ever want to do in Amsterdam.

15 minute tram ride to City. Beds great. Breakfast excellent. The room was clean, but not spotless. Some staff were excellent and charming, others seemed a little grumpy. I would use the Manor again. It’s well priced and well located.

Good and clean hotel very close to a park. We stayed two nights. There is not much dining options close by. Pop-up restaurant of the hotel was awful. There is a park near by but a lot of drug dealers are stationed inside the park. Also locals are using hard drugs and we didn't feel our selves safe.

Cool hotel that we stayed at for 1 night. Staff, specifically Dimitri, were excellent and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful and great area to walk around. Only current downside is the construction all over the area.

It was a great experience. The hotel may want invest in more of buffering materials between floors. It became noisy when guests in the upper floor started moving. But overall, everything was excellent. Thank you!
