The location is the best thing about it. Couldn't even close the front door, couldn't lock the bathroom door, smelled funny, noisy (traffic), hairdryer didn't work, there was an old wasp nest on the wall/ceiling in the front room which I removed myself, front room obviously used to be a balcony but the left the drainage holes that are open to the outside, they advertise a pool but it's dilapidated, dirty & unusable, the whole place needs a freshen up or makeover - it looks dated.

The staff reception was wonderful. Very helpful site manager with lots of advice on local eateries and room details. The bed was comfortable and the room well serviced with a kitchenette, couch with tv and bathroom. The shower head needs replacement but that is all that required attention. The apartments have a pool that is private and not visible from the road or rooms. The site is well maintained and nice and quiet.

Stayed for 3 nights attending to a close friends funeral and some associated matters. Great location, nice garden and well maintained though obviously quite some years old now. Rooms are spacious and undercover parking was easy. Staff most helpful.

Total chaos. Members of the group were given keys to rooms that had not been cleaned or changed and worse still, given keys to a room that other unrelated guests were sleeping in. A shambles. Now known as Fawlty Towers.

Rooms facing busy Sandgate road subject to traffic noise even during night hours but tolerable. It’s a very convenient location with bus transport into the city stopping just outside the property. Quite a few good restaurants in walking distance. Rooms are a decent size but looking a bit tired. Staff were helpful. We’d stay there again next trip to Brisbane.

I really did not like, not being able to see out of a window. The Bathroom very basic and no shelf room to sit anything. Basically, no atmosphere at all. I was there for a stressful visit and it would of been nice to actually sit at a window with a cup of tea. Staff were lovely.

Advertised as a 2 bedroom, the 2nd "bedroom" is literally the balcony outside, yes it has some glass to protect it from the weather but the Noise is terrible and there is no climate control, reception closes at 7pm, I booked after the "7pm cutoff for booking" even though there was nothing on the website about it and hotels.com allowed the booking to go through. arrived at 9 pm and there was no one, after about 45 mins of calling and knocking was finally able to wake someone up who was very nice and sweet and got me checked in. but overall I would NOT stay here again because of the unpleasant check in experience and the fact that the second bed that I had to sleep in was literally outside not ok to advertise it as a 2nd bedroom when it's not.

In the top 5 of the all time worst places I've stayed in my lifetime. Awful experience with the owner at check-in. Cramped room. Cold. Noisy. Smokers outside at midnight and others loitering around the entrance. 545am transfer to the airport didn't happen on time. Got an Uber instead. Do not stay. Avoid at all costs.

When Jetstar cancelled my son’s flight from Brisbane to Adelaide, last minute, I had to book a hotel, not being from Brisbane & Racing against the clock to get a hotel room for him for the night I booked this place. Unfortunately, at the time we didn’t realise that the reception closed at 8 pm, however, the booking went through & I read something about 24 hour check-in. My son jumped in an Uber and arrived at the hotel, Unfortunately, that’s where we found out that the reception closes at 8 pm, and after hours bookings are by arrangement, only! My son called me extremely distressed. I called the after hours number he gave me and the wonderful manager came down and got him into his room, if it wasn’t for her i’m not sure where he would’ve been, Wotif were absolutely useless, there is no way I would book through this platform again, however, the manager from this property went above and beyond for my son! She gets five stars, I would have no hesitation in booking again, she went above and beyond for my family in such a stressful situation. The manager and Albion Manor 10 out of 10 - wotif 0 out of 10 !!!!!!

This place i recommend it especially if you need to be close to the city, hospitals, shops. The staff are all very lovely people and the place is always clean when we arrive. We have started to stay there when ever we need to stay in brisbane. Thx to the staff you guys are doing a great job
