The first room I was given had stains on the wall and a hole in the wall next to the bed. I alerted the reception staff and they gave me a different room. The bed wasn't very comfortable either and the room was on the small side. The whole room felt very dated. The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. There is a family mart on the entrance of the hotel and a hot springs upstairs which was nice.

Good for business stay. What attracted me most was the public bath (onsen). The breakfast was so so. There is a convenience store outside which is really convenient. A 10 min walk from the subway station. Some restaurants outside too.

It's located at a short walking distance from a subway station, and the area has plenty of eateries, and right near the lobby is a good size cafe. Staff are friendly and helpful, and room size is quite good by Japan city standard and well maintained and modern. Breakfast is available separately but rather expensive so not tried.
