This property was a long way from airport and any sightseeing. Many weddings are held here where they bang very loud drums and music through out the night and again at 5am. This is ok if you are staying for that function but as a guest looking for 5 star not for me. Also the pool was empty and no spa. They charged us A$7 for a tea bag cup of tea. And A$75 transit each way to the airport. The local area had a slum behind so we were warned not to walk nearby in the evening. So no pool and no outside walking. Then a public holiday with no alcohol allowed. Not much left to do. Oh and the Tv had 3 movie channels in English which we could not find without hotel help, with such old movies. Terrible. Not 5 star.

The Lift's were broken way too many times. Card/Key just randomly stopped working. Security guard at the entry was the nicest of all of the staff members. Some Staff Members weren't able to speak the english language. So a bit difficult for international/business travelers. But there was a solution in time to every problem at least

The hotel and staff were amazing , however the pool area was very disappointing- pigeon poo all around the pool and pigeons drinking the water from the pool and flying around. Couldn’t relax by the pool for fear of being pooped on and certainly wouldn’t swim in the pool for fear of what disease you would pick up.

Das Hotel liegt am Stadtrand neben einem Freizeitpark. Kleinere shopping malls fussläufig erreichbar. Für uns war es nur eine Übernachtung. Für Leute die sightseeing machen wollen ist das Hotel ungeeignet. Alles war ok. Crowne Plaza Hitels sind in der Regel immer gut. Der Pool wurde gerade renoviert. Frühstücksbuffet alles was man braucht. Wie überall gibt es freundliches Personal und unfreundliches.

Lost electrical power to our room on entry. This was repaired but failed again the next morning. Lost time in repacking to another room. Bar charges are high end prices, so be careful before ordering. Cheaper to by a full bottle of a good whisky from shops than buy from the bar.

We usually stay in the centre of Delhi, but as we wanted to be close to a wedding venue, we stayed here for the first time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Walking distance from couple of malls which is very convenient. Shoppers Stop is next to the hotel, which was helpful for me for some urgent shopping for the wedding. The staff at the saloon and spa were excellent.

Ok to stay, definitely not quite a five-star hotel. Super out of the way from the city. Several of the wall outlets in my room (rm 1108??) did not work. I ended up only being able to charge my phone in the bathroom outlet. I ran out of cash on my last day, the tip culture is quite aggressive, I sadly wasn’t able to tip the door man on my way out to the Uber to airport and I felt he was giving me the worst dirty look. Breakfast was great, would recommend.

Thank you all so so much for a relaxing and peaceful stay! All the workers were so kind and caring. The bartender upstairs, Rajeesh, was beyond amazing as well! The breakfast buffet was so good and had a huge selection from American to Indian cuisine, even served real bacon!!! I didnt feel well one day, and they came to my door just to check in and make sure I was doing okay. I have been traveling as a younger solo female throughout India for about a month now, and this was the first place so far where I felt a sense of home and belonging. Thank you all so so much!

We had some issues at checkin where they refused to let us out of the 3 rd night (per our request) as was pre booked and paid on hotels.com. Even the manager would not budge. Just remember you can’t make any changes once within 48 hour window upon checkin. Otherwise great location and great stay!

Beautiful hotel, the front door staff was courteous, friendly and polite. The biggest problem was with the dining room staff, the dining staff needs a lot of improvements. We were seated at a table got up to go get our foods and when we came back our table was given to someone else. We would order coffee and was told that it would be brought to us and no one would bring it. This happened multiple times, same with the milk, utensils because table wasn’t set up properly.

Very good hotel, staff very attentive. Buffet breakfast had a good choice of various foods and drinks. The only downside is the location - it is in the north west of Delhi and most of the monuments are in south east. If travelling by car, you need to allow plenty of time due to the Delhi traffic.

The pool was a little cool but the weather was really hot so it was OK but for North Americans, they might find the unheated pool to be a little cold. The pool area is great but just very basic. It has some loungers but it is not serviced by hotel staff. It is really just for swimming on your own and you cannot really have drinks or lunch by the pool.

Room.was cleaned but they have mouse in room making noise room no 701. And then after my complaint they shifted to 1218. In that room ac fan is making noise. I.dont know how they maintain rooms. And after the complaint no reaction. Pathetic.

Pros Close to metro and walking distance to little mall and supermarket Easy access outdoor pool was extremely clean(the pool itself) Bed was very comfortable Room was spacious Good size bathroom with bath and separate shower High security measures at gate and then into hotel. Cons Front checkin staff not overly happy or very friendly Housekeeping was a non-event. No towels for 3 days running and constantly ringing to have them sent up. After getting back @9pm from long trip and again no towels, spoke with management and issue rectified. To hear many other gusts experienced same issues with housekeeping. Noise level from functions at the hotel were extreme. Our room was above an outside area and the music and banging going until midnight. Then @5am doing sound checks for their yoga classes. Management moved us and assured us next room will have no noise. It was worse with a function centre across the road. We were just told it was "wedding season". So we couldn't sleep for 12 nights. Pool area not kept clean. Had to ask staff to remove dirty nappy next to sunbeds which was there for 2 days!! Staff just walking by. Food varied only slightly and not a huge choice. Amazed to find 2 minute noodles in the warmer 3 times in 1 week. Not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. Saving grace during breakfast were our waiters Ridham and Manish who were amazing All in all, we're did not really enjoy our 12 night stay as we hoped.
