The room was clean and tidy. However, the bathroom was a bit cramped and wrt the room charges, it was not up to the mark.

Room was prepared after my arrival around 10pm. To my dismay, I discovered that my bedsheet was soiled and had blood spots on it. I showed the management pictures to bring it to their notice. There was no water provided in my room and I requested for couple of water bottles, two Bisleris were brought up and duly charged to my bill. However the charge was removed after my objection. Breakfast was absolutely cold and the food warmers were turned on only after I brought it to the staff’s notice. Very careless and callous attitude was on full view this time around. I had a reasonable experience early in the year. SORRY !!

Everything and everybody is wonderful. But Safety box is low battery, not work last days. I’ll stay next time.
