This hotel is fine for a one night stop over. Its location is above a shopping Mall if you enter from the front of the street you have to get a lift up to reception which was a surprise when we arrived. Parking is very easy and is round the back of the hotel so you can enter the hotel at the rear direct into the reception. Location is perfect with everything within walking distance.

Lived the room and public spaces, especially the excellent gym. Only nit is that it is very hard to find the entrance due to construction. I mentioned it to reception and they acknowledged it was an issue. If they knew about it, why didnt they post a sign about where to find the "green button" for access.

Great stay, lots of building work going on outside the hotel, but once you’re up in the lift - it was very peaceful. Super little gym, modern equipment. Comfy bed and nice breakfast

Soggiorno veramente deludente! L’entrata dell’hotel c’erano i lavori davanti, era sporco e poco invitanti… Nonostante abbia prenotato una camera con due letti separati, ci siamo ritrovati con una camera a letto matrimoniale (che dopo un bel po, è stato cambiato) La temperatura in camera era altissima e non siamo riusciti ad abbassare… Tutti gli scarichi del bagno erano “intasati” facendo veramente fatica a scendere l’acqua… nella la doccia si formava una pozzanghera! Per ben due giorni (prenotato per due notti) ci siamo ritrovati là cameriere che entravano in camera senza preavviso…

We stayed here for one night passing through Luxembourg during the Christmas market season. We were on a way to Maastricht to see an Andre Rieu Christmas show and wanted to see Luxembourg. Glad we stopped. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and parking was attached to the hotel (which in Europe is rare). The train station, if you are not driving, was a short walk as well. Luxembourg is very walkable even in the winter and all the Christmas markets, cathedral, and Grand Ducal Palace were within a 30 minute walk. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel because we had to leave very early the next morning but it was offered at a discount upon check in. We are actually looking forward to coming back to Luxembourg in the summer and would definitely stay here again.

The housekeeping team are excellent. The rooms are immaculate. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the main tourist attractions, public transport and other amenities. This hotel is great for a city break. Das Hotel selber ist super gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und auch das Bad war gut. Einzig die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, si war es viel zu heiss im Zimmer. Die Fenster konnte man zwar öffnen, aber da um 03:00 Uhr der letzte Flieger landete und um 06:00 wieder der Erste, war es sehr laut.

Unfortunately there is a lot of construction work being done in the front and back of the hotel so it is dusty and noisy . The room was very clean but the lights next to the bed are too low to read with and the whole room could use more lighting. The bathroom was great, spacious and spotless. Our room got the afternoon sun and we could not get it cool enough for comfortable sleeping The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

No aircon but we were informed about this. Noise from a local club goes on into the early hours and with no aircon the window had to be open. Close to the tram so you can get around.

Location was good, close to central station and the FREE tram network and easy 20 minute walk from old town. Nice big laptop sized safe. Excellent blackout curtains. Nice bathroom, plenty of Tv channels to choose from in English, French and German. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet. Can’t comment on food as didn’t use the restaurant for any meals. Biggest negative was the disappointing aircon which was not sufficient when outside temperature was in high 20s. At reception they said something about this being a temporary local power issue and apologised. Also the bedside lighting was not bright enough to read to.

Stort modernt rum med allt man behöver. Bra frukost men litet utbud av varmrätter. Buller utanför då det var pågående byggkonstruktion vilket var störande och inget som hotellet meddelade mig när jag bokade. Fick checka ut lite senare utan avgift.

It was ok. Pretty basic but then it's one of the cheaper hotels in the city. Staff were nice and check in was easy. We both found the beds very uncomfortable, there was only one very thin pillow each and the light from the fridge was very bright at night (I ended up hanging a coat over it!)

This hotel is 2 minutes away from the Central station, tucked btwn a media mart and shoe store,bso was difficult to find on arrival. Hotel is very clean but there was ongoing construction that awaken me at 6am in the mornings with pronounced drilling, awful. I requested a room change which was not initially granted; however, once hotels.com was notified, the room change occur. I was promomised a large room a suite infact, but was given the same size room as was initially assigned along with Hotel Bar voucher for a free drink , however, this was not respected by the bartender, and i had to pay for the drink. After further discussion with hotel staff the followiing day, the voucher was reluctantly honored by the bartender with much disdain.

There was no AC. They did not inform us about this on arrival and we came up to a room that felt like a sauna. We had to go down and ask for a fan. We got a really small one. The personnel was rude. When we left there was something wrong with the exit parking ticket. The lady was rude when I went back and said it didn’t work. She said the ticket worthless, held it up at eye level and tore the ticket up. Really strange behaviour

The stay was great all in all. Easily accesible and within walking distance of the train station and the city centre. Room was clean, spacious and had eveything needed for a business trip. Bonus: great breakfast with tons of options. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. Highly recommended.

The location is a couple hundred metres from the central train station and easy walking distance/ couple of bus stops from the old town. It’s also super close (50m) to a bus route stop to and from the airport. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of quality food.

A little hard to find the parking lot due to some construction, but great location in the middle of the city close to the train station and sites. Very clean modern room, comfortable. Very nice staff. Pleasant breakfast area/ restaurant / lounge. Walkable to restaurants and tourism sites. Train station is a close walk, free ride city buses at the corner take you to the Luxembourg International Airport. Very unique location. Our car GPS brought us through the city street confusion to a parking garage, second level, where it opens up to the Park Inn. The hotel only has a small glass elevator at street level, tucked into a shoe store! The hotel ( in downtown Luxembourg ) has no other sidewalk frontage.

The room was fine. The breakfast was poor, all the items that were supposed to be warm like scrambled eggs, were stone cold - despite not being cheap. Air con system out of action for weeks - though we did get an email to warn us. I dont see why they can't get an urgent repair for an issue like this. We asked for two extra bottles of water and recieved a surprise 10 euro bill at the end! I asked for a breakdown of costs and they havent responded.

El hotel, está centrico a unos 15 minutos de la estación central. Ahora mismo hay obras en la entrada al hotel. Check ing rápido y personal amable. Habitación amplia con tabla y plancha, cafetera, agua de cortesia. El baño amplio y limpio, poco ruido de las habitaciones colindantes. Desayuno bueno y variado, dulces y salados, reponen rápidamente. Para volver.

The room was nice, clean and spacious. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are in the bathroom, coffee and tea to make in the room and the breakfast was really good too. Gluten free and and lactose free options were available.
