De hotelappartementen zijn gelegen rond om de jachthaven van Monastir. Moderne faciliteieten aldaar. alles wordt naar de plaatseliujke normen goed bijgehouden en een storing in een kookplaat was in enkele uren verholpen door vriendelijke en kundige onderhoudsmensen. De oude stad op loopafstand (8 minuten)

The location of the hotel is very nice. However, the hotel is very outdated. Kitchen, fridge not clean, curtains falling off. Sanitary also outdated. Cleaning every two days is also not acceptable. These flats should really be renovated. No safe in the room... I can't quite understand the other reviews - excellent is not an option. This accommodation deserves a maximum of 2 stars. But the price was ok - it's an accommodation for families for whom the equipment is not so important. Security staff is available and very friendly. Restaurant and shop in the complex. Small beach in the immediate vicinity. The beach was cleaned immediately after a storm. If you don't have high expectations, you are in good hands.

Ich war sehr positiv überrascht, ich war mit meinen zwei Kindern 15, 12 Jahre und meinem Mann. Die Unterkunft hat einen guten Blick auf das Meer und den Hafen, alles liegt zentral, es gibt Security und es gibt tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man muss in dem Hotel Appartement sich selber versorgen. Es war auch sauber. Wir kommen wieder 👍

Nous avons passé une inoubliable semaine en famille.L'appartement est très bien équipé (3 clims, cuisine avec toute la vaisselle nécessaire,séchoir...), très propre, idéalement situé et très sécurisé. Le personnel d'accueil et de ménage est sérieux et professionnel. N'hésitez pas à louer ,vous ne serez pas déçu.

Point de vue exceptionnel sur le port et la mer, appartement spacieux avec parking sécurisé. Commerces et restaurants à proximité, centre ville à quelques minutes à pied. Cette résidence a tout pour elle. Nous reviendrons.

The room was filthy and no cleaning service was provided during the whole stay. The staff used to be friendly but not anymore especially the grumpy guy at the reception. The only good thing about this appart hotel is the location. Disappointed!!

We stayed for 15 nights in the marina. Very kind and helpful personal at reception with some minor hick ups we ran into ( the bed broke and was fixed the same day while we were out and I stupidly locked myself out on the last day) Housekeeping did a very thorough job! The view of the apartment is amazing on both sides: on the balcony the marina with the sun out till 16h, this early in the season and in the front the sea with the beautiful sunset and moon views. The apartment we stayed in needed a paintjob, but during our stay, they were doing that on the vacant apartments. There are a lot of restaurants and coffees to go to in the marina itself, as well as a small supermarket. I know it to be much more vibrant during the season but we really enjoyed the calm and quiet time now, just before the start of the season and in Ramadan.

Appartement propre, spacieux et parfaitement adapté pour une famille. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de la mer et du port. La communication a été très bonne, surtout avec le monsieur de nuit à la réception qui a été très serviable. Je n’ai pas eu le temps d’en profiter pleinement car je n’y ai passé qu’une seule nuit avant de voyager le lendemain, mais j’y retournerai avec plaisir pour un vrai séjour. Je recommande vivement !

die Lage war wie erwartet hervorragend mit Blick auf Hafen und das offene Meer. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich dort. Leider hält dort ein Party Boot in unmittelbarer Nähe mehrfach am Tag an bis spät in die Nacht und man wird immer wieder von lauter Musik gestört.

J'ai eu une jolie chambre tout juste rafraîchie, avec belle vue sur la marina. Bonne literie, tout marchait bien, four, plaques de cuisson, TV, frigo... Personnel bien aimable. Le seul bémol serait l'insonorisation qui laisse à désirer. Mais on est en Tunisie, il faut s'y faire, vivre comme eux, où ne pas oublier les boules quies. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

We were generally underwhelmed with our stay. The booking was made for two apartments, though we could not use both because they opened onto a street and had no interconnecting doors. So as a family of 5 with young children we slept in one. While check in was smooth and friendly, upon check out we were told we paid a wrong payment and asked to pay around EUR 20 more, as the check in person did not use the rate that was originally stated. Even though we explained how we could not use the second room, they insisted on billing us for both, and to pay the higher rate.

Un regret : il est dit qu une navette nous prends en charge à l aéroport, moyennement participation de 40 dinars . Après avoir envoyé un mail 24 heures avant notre arrivée, personne a l aéroport mais une réponse 8 heures après notre arrivée à la marina , nous signalant une station de taxi à droite en sortant de l aéroport. Peut on appeler navette ? Le taxi monte les prix jusqu à 80dinars pour 10 à 15 mn de trajet

We asked at the reception to arrange for a transfer from the hotel to Hammamet; they asked for a very high price, but guaranteed us it would be a good, comfortable car. We accepted because we couldn't find another transportation. The experience was terrible, we were definitely scammed! The car we got was old and in bad shape, but the driver told us after 15 km we would have changed car and continue our travel on a new and beautiful car. What happened instead is that he drove almost all the way, until around 20 km from our destination, and from there we had to travel on an incredibly old and terrible car, practically destroyed, it's a miracle it could bring us to our next hotel. We're really unsatisfied and we cannot recommend a place that supports scammers and is an accomplice in such frauds. Don't go here!

Appartement propre, spacieux et parfaitement adapté pour une famille. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de la mer et du port. La communication a été très bonne, surtout avec le monsieur de nuit à la réception qui a été très serviable. Je n’ai pas eu le temps d’en profiter pleinement car je n’y ai passé qu’une seule nuit avant de voyager le lendemain, mais j’y retournerai avec plaisir pour un vrai séjour. Je recommande vivement !
