Shenzhen Airport Hotel（Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport T3 Terminal Store）

These other reviews here must be fake. Calling this property a 5 star hotel is just unrealistic. Notice how they all sound like advertisements for the hotel and were posted within a few days of each other? I’m not saying it was terrible but at best it’s a 2.5-3 start hotel. The woman at the front check in counter did speak well enough for us to check in and arrange my airport shuttle the next day with no problem. The restaurant staff did not speak any English and the menu was in Chinese. I managed to translate the menu with Google Translate and also use it to communicate my order to the waitress. I thought the food at dinner was good, I skipped the breakfast so I couldn’t comment on it. The property has been renovated a bit but it still has some dinginess to it. Mold and rust in the shower. Be clear it also not that close to the airport, definitely not an 8 min walk as they advertised. The shuttle took about 15 min and so did my taxi to the hotel from the airport. On maps it said walking would take nearly 1.5 hours, it is right across the street from the subway but I didn’t feel like messing around with taking the subway.

Loved my stay here! Room was clean and quiet, staff were nice, and everything went smoothly. I’ll definitely be back!

After a long flight into Shenzhen, this hotel was exactly what I needed. The free airport shuttle picked me up promptly, and check-in took just minutes. My room was pristine, the bed extremely comfortable, and the location so convenient. Ideal spot to rest between flights. I'll definitely use this again for layovers.

Dette hotellet er ment for 1 funksjon: mellomlagring av deg og kofferten (på et soverom) mens du venter på morgenflyet neste dag. Jeg observerte flere crew til kinesiske flyselskap som brukte hotellet. Alt var greit, men burde vært vedlikeholdt bedre.
