It's an ok hotel. Size was good. Breakfast was pretty dismal compared to other European hotels we have stayed at. Bed was comfy and clean, fan in bathroom was annoying and one elevator with that many people working was annoying. Good location in the middle of everything.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of everything. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are spotless, comfortable and quiet. I only find it disappointing when hotels claim to be environmental and put those stickers in the bathroom about reusing towels, yet the cleaning crew come and change the towels every day. Don't just pretend to be environmental because it's in now, actually do the work!

The hotel was very clean, the room was small but comfortable, the shower is very small, you can barely move inside, we had bad smell coming out from the toilet and the elevator panel was broken, so we had to use the stairs most of the time. Overall we had a pleasant time.

Localizado no centro de Peste, em rua ao lado da rua de pedestres, é um hotel muito bem localizado, em volta de tudo que é tipo de atração, transporte, restaurante, loja e serviço. O check-in foi rápido, com atendentes fluentes em inglês e solícitos, servido por 2 elevadores. O saguão é simples e divide o espaço com um bar, que não usei. Me foi dado um upgrade de quarto em função do aplicativo de reservas, o Hoteis.com. A suíte tinha tamanho um menor do que esperava – afinal, era um upgrade, com armário, mesa de trabalho e demais equipamentos, todos funcionando, limpo e arrumado. O banheiro era de tamanho proporcional e básico, sem ducha higiênica ou bidê. Ele ficava voltado para o edifício lateral por isso era silencioso. O café da manhã é servido em estilo buffet, muito completo e de boa qualidade. Notei que ainda há uma sala com equipamentos de ginástica e outra para trabalho e equipada com computador. Assim, ele é um hotel completo, mesmo não sendo uma instalação grande. Seu preço não é barato, mas compatível com sua qualidade e os custos desta parte da cidade, que possui hotéis de boas redes e, nas pesquisas que fiz quando contratei, eram bem mais caros. Por esta comparação eu o recomendo.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, netter Service, trotz zentraler Lage im Zimmer kaum Aussengeräusche. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, einzig der Raum ist recht eng und überschaubar. Shuttle Service zum und vom Flughafen bestens geklappt, ca. 40 Euro.

Conveniently located near F&B outlets as well as shops. Close to bus, subway and tram stations. Good breakfast with friendly staff. Could have provided daily bottled water though we appreciate the complimentary coffee capsules and water on the first night.

The hotel was fine, not a 4 stars hotel. the drain was clocked and you couldn’t take a bath: first because it took more than 1 hour to fill the bathtub up less then halfway and the water was ice cold. We got told that maybe every one was using the hot water at the same time, but it happened day after day. The cleaning wasn’t done well. Out of the 4 days we were there it only got cleaned twice and the cleaning wasn’t very thorough. Dust everywhere. The indoor climate was very bad as well. We had to open the windows pretty much the whole time. Overall was ok experience but not a 4 star hotel or worth the price.

I enjoyed my stay in La Prima Fashion Hotel. The room was nice and clean and also very quiet. The location is unbeatable, in the heart of Budapest, next a touristy pedestrian street. There is no need to use the public transport, you can can walk to majority of attractions from here. The airport shuttle is in a walking distance from the hotel (maximum 10 minutes). There is 24h reception so you can reach out to staff members if required.

The room facilities may need to be improved. We had to ask reception to get the lights changed (2 out of 3 hall lights broken, 1 out 2 bedside lights broken) also shower drainage got blocked each time when taking a shower ...

Really lovely hotel staff. As a 4 star we expected a higher spec. The shower flooded which they sorted very quickly but even the shower head didn't behave. No English TV channels weirdly integrated in a mirror. Lighting quite dark. Definite positive interaction with all staff. Very central.

Et fantastisk hotel som ligger tæt på alt. Få skridt fra shoppinggaden og Donau floden. Vores Deluxe plus værelse var stort og dejlig rent. Morgenmaden var dejlig varieret og personalet var super søde og hjælpsomme. Dette hotel er absolut et besøg værd.

The room was clean and functional, only a coffee maker in room. We asked the reception and they gave us a kettle. All the staff were pleasant and accommodating, the gentleman that checked us in was very pleasant courteous and welcoming. The hotel was in a very good location.

Cannot fault this hotel. Great location just a short walk into the hub of Pest down a lovely shop/restaurant lined pedestrian only street, but also close to a bridge to quickly cross over to the beautiful Buda side of the city and close to the pleasure boat pier. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was varied and the staff were friendly and helpful. Particular thanks to Adam. My friend and I found it to be a fabulous base and will certainly stay there again.

Hotellet låg perfekt i downtown Budapest och första intrycket i receptionen var mycket bra. Men sen på rummet så var det kvavt och fläkten gjorde ingen större skillnad trots att vi satte den på max. Sängarna var väldigt hårda och heltäckningsmattan var solkig. Det var nött på många ställen men ok. Trevligt med en Nespressomaskin på rummet men när vi ville ha fler kapslar så fick vi veta att det var ransonerat till två per dag???? Riktigt girigt och småsnålt. Vet inte om det samma gällde toapapperet då vi inte fick någon ny när vi tagit den som var i reserv utan fick be om en. Vilket vi fick av städerskan utan kostnad. Sen var attityden hos personalen lite småtråkig/snorkig/och besvärlig. inte hos alla men tillräckligt många för att jag skulle känna mig ovälkommen och till besvär. Frukosten var bra förutom att den första dagen (tisdag) inte fylldes på efter 10:00 trots att den serverades till 10:30 så vi såg till att vara i tid för då var det inga problem. När vi sen skulle åka så hade vi beställt en taxi till 10:00 men den var över 20 min sen. Tur att vi var ute i god tid. Så ska dom behålla sina fyra stjärnor får dom steppa upp och skärpa till sig.

Excellent location for getting around by foot, metro, or tram. Very close to river. Staff very helpful in making recommendations or reservations. Breakfast was good with eggs, meat, breads, juices, cold cuts, yogurt. One area of improvement is need for a second coffee machine. Usually a line to get coffee.

Hotel is lovely. Comfy beds, and exceptionally helpful staff. Breakfast space could be a bit bigger, especially given how busy the hotel was when we were there. The shower doesn’t always have hot water especially at peak periods in the morning. Generally very good though.
