The property it’s in a safe area it’s looking good too also there’s certain issue it’s the pool it’s in renovation and also you need to paid for parking! After that everything was good!

The hotel itself was nice. Except pool and all outdoor space was closed because they seem to be doibg srucco work on that side of the building and didnt tell ppl beforehand. We drove a toyota highlander and had no trouble in the parking garage. Sucked it was $30 a night, its not like its Disney its a freakin normal hotel. Parking lot across the way costs unless u leave by 6am. Hotel has 19 floors. I was on 9th facing train station didnt hear it much. Maybe slight every so often kinda like a soft low rumble of thunder. Breakfast was good, loved the sausage, buscuits and gravy, and fritatas. We were there 4 nights never saw donuts for breakfast like in photos. Saw a sign not to put donuts in the toaster.lol so i guess they have them sometime. Everything was clean. Hotel was very cold though. Hallways are set at like 67 degrees. But i would stay here again. Nice hotel just wouldn't walk the neighborhood its middle of downtown near a bus depot and train station with a lot of homeless and such. Parking garage is gated.

No towels by the pool. Parking garage is very tight for large vehicles.

Property was great pool very nice . Charging to park for each day staying, we stayed 2 days charged each day! Kinda of crazy

The pool is amazing! Great temperature of water! Shower had good pressure in room. Secure parking for a fee. Asked for two extra pillows and they provided them quickly. Excellent attitude of check-in workers. They gave us 2 free waters at check-in also. A 10 minute walk to the wharf shopping and restaurants.

Hotel was central and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast. I used both the parking garage and public parking and it was seamless. Just a tip for public parking. You can only pay for the meter after 7am, so dont rush to go early. Gym facilities was good and pool area very nice.

Overall great. Only downside is that the bar is only open for a short amount of time on the weekdays.

The front desk was great. Loved the pool, gym, pool table and table football game. Laundry facilities were WAY too small for a hotel this good and large. Very, very long waits. (2 washers, 2 dryers for 18 floors?!)

Only complaint was poor service by a couple of staff (one at the front desk and one for room service). But other staff were quite friendly. The hotel had everything we needed and more. It was clean, had free overnight parking across the street, laundry, free breakfast, games room, free coffee all day, a small kitchen in the room, and good security. One of the better hotels we’ve stayed at in this price range.

In building parking.

Will not stay there again. Hotel is much in need of renovations and a good cleaning. The bathroom, in particular, was disgusting. Peeling wall paper, stained doors with missing handles and a broken lock, stained walls and floor, peeling wood, dirty soap dispensers- which we had to clean and disinfect ourselves before we could use them. In top of that, every single towel that we received (and we asked for extras) was stained. I don’t understand why hotels reuse stained towels- if you cannot get the stain out- throw it away. I will not use it and you ruin your reputation. Clean towels are very, very important. I would not recommend staying there; pay a little more and get yourself a better hotel and a more enjoyable stay.

The bathroom shower was dirty and hair was on the sheets

Great place to stay, the location and building are good. I found some trash under the bed but still everything was good.

First room we were assigned to was dirty. Dog food was on the floor and dog hair all over the carpets. There was also human hair on the shower floor and under the covers in the bed. We asked to have room switched. The room was switched to a cleaner room however after we got settled the mattress smelled like urine. It was late and we had no choice but to stay. We checked out early and couldn’t get a refund since we booked through Expedia.

Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly! Great location, close to downtown and beaches. Will definitely stay here again!

When we arrived we opened our fridge there was an alcoholic drink in the fridge and an open energy drink from the previous guest. There was also lettuce underneath the couch. Room was dirty upon arrival

Toiletries were empty, bathroom needed a good cleaning.

Absolutely loved the layout of the room! Very clean. Breakfast was literally a delight with the wonderful staff who loved their job. Very refreshing to see in today’s world.

The hotel was nice, large room and full kitchen. I have a tall van that would not fit in the garage so I had to park in the parking lot across the street. It's metered from 7am to 6pm, so every morning I had to make sure I paid through the app. One day I didn't pay on time and got a ticket at 7:38am. The parking garage is $30 per day. As soon as I left the hotel on foot people would come up to me to ask for money.

Room was never cleaned. We were there 2 nights. I even spoke to housekeeping lady who took note of our room number. But then it was never cleaned. Which was disappointing. Other than staff was friendly. Helped me with circuit. Location is central. Room was spacious

Great location nice atmosphere spacious room

Rooms are amazing, bigs Studios full equiped,bad services at the check in,we requested early check in to 3 pm.we arrived at the hotel at 4 pm.and one of the rooms wasnt available,not services to carry our luggages,not daily cleans ar our rooms,poor breakfast,no real bar or restaurant at the property. They have only an simple bar by the pool area.The property llok good,the best area the riims with nice view of the city.

My husband and I stayed here with our small dog during Milton. The room was spacious and we appreciated the full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were very accomodating during a very stressful time. We did lose power for about 12 hours they worked very hard to have it restored and the generator was a blessing.

The staff greeted us in a friendly and helpful manner. Our room had fabulous views of the city.

Large rooms and nice pool area

Nice rooms and awesome view of Downtown FLL. Easy access via car, train, or airport.

Took awhile to check in and some staff were not too friendly - others were extremely helpful, kind of a hit or miss.

Everyone was great. The staff was amazing. Alton was wonderful.

Very nice and clean property. Staff always friendly and helpful. Rooms and other amenities very well maintained. I especially appreciate getting refund for 2 nights, as we had to leave early, and, having booked through 3rd party, they actually could have charged us for those days. Booking was technically 7 days non-refundable. But hotel was nice enough to issue refund for 2 unused days.

We got in late Friday night and waited 30 mins to get checked in. We were there Friday - Monday and our room was only cleaned once. Today I get home back in Texas and get a bill for $74.90 for parking and we had no vehicle. We used Uber and Lyft the entire trip as we always do. I called and it was taken off but I should not have had to go through the hassle at all. Very disappointed.

Everything was awesome, but the staff even more so. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable.

Excellent service from the front desk staff

The front desk staff were rude. They didn’t like to get approached and sighed every time and once did not even answer a question I had. Evaded like I was a nuisance that would eventually go away. On the other hand, the breakfast staff was lovely.

My experience was great! The staff were extremely helpful, and the environment was pleasant. I wish there was access to an Ethernet connection since I WFH I wasn’t able to extend my stay unfortunately. Nonetheless I will definitely be booking again in the near future!

We recently stayed at this hotel, choosing it based on our many great experiences with this brand at other locations across the US. Unfortunately, this particular stay did not meet the expectations we’ve come to expect from this chain. Positives: The room itself was decent—clean and functional—but not exceptional. It met basic expectations, though there wasn’t anything particularly outstanding about it. The staff was friendly, which we appreciated, though they were unfortunately a bit slow during check-in. Areas for Improvement: Front Desk Service: The front desk was notably slow, causing delays during check-in, which can be frustrating after a long day of travel. Additionally, the garbage cans were overflowing, and the front area outside was crowded and chaotic. Breakfast: The breakfast area had very limited seating, and we had to wait in long lines. Neighborhood Safety: The surrounding area had several homeless individuals sleeping on the sidewalks, which made it feel unsafe, especially when we arrived late at night (around 11 pm). This was particularly concerning for our family. While we have had many positive experiences with this hotel brand in the past, this particular location fell short. The slow service, lack of seating for breakfast, and the neighborhood’s condition were disappointing, and we hope these issues are addressed to better align with the standards we've enjoyed at other locations.

IT was in walking distance to mostly everything you need

Amazing location. Very walkable to Los Olas and tons of restaurants

The property is good, I just wish I’d know it was next to a brightline station that warrants a lot of people walking and hanging around. Be careful when venturing out at night and during the day

I liked the hotel chain, that is why I chose this particular one. However, it was near the local train station, trains passing often and earlier than expected . There were lots of transients hanging out there, made it feel unsafe. The staff were helpful when I had concerns or questions. Disappointed that the pool wasn’t open.

Hotel was fine, but location not too great. Didn't feel safe walking to the few restaurants in the area.

The picture online showed that the property was oceanfront and it wasn’t. It was 5 miles from the beach. That was deceiving and disappointing.

This property was not what i expected. It was so much better the staff was amazing especially during this busy spring break season. The property was clean and the breakfast choices were really good. I'll be back in the summer.

The breakfast is honestly the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The food has flavor and there are a TON of choices. Hot oatmeal, tons of toppings, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal. yogurt, fruit, juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate (and marshmallows). The staff are so sweet, welcoming and helpful. We stayed here for Tortuga and while the first day was awesome with transportation via van or golf cart, the next two days weren't as great. They just did not answer the phones. Our room was huge and the beds were comfortable. They clean the rooms every other day and we actually asked ours to be cleaned after the second day (because we didn't have any toilet paper), and they cleaned our room perfectly but never put toilet paper on the holder or in the room. Crazy. Parking is $30 a day. It doesn't say that in the third party apps, just fyi. But overall value of this place is great and we highly recommend! Oh its right next to the Brightline station!

Nice sized rooms. Awesome bathroom & shower. Charged $30/day for parking. 8:( Decent breakfast, friendly staff.
