Marriott needs to be SURE what is advertised on websites such as Expedia are correct for the Marriott properties. This hotel listed free shuttle within 10km. This was not true, after aksing at the front desk twice. It seems the van for this property was only for groups, or another way to make reservations however, I was told no. I was there for medical, and what seems like a small walk can be more challenging when you are 71 and in pain. Other than that, which was a rather big reason I choose the hotel, it was excellant. Also avoid staying on the 1st floor if you use ice, there is no ice on the 1st floor you must go to the main lobby and walk down to where the breakfast areas is, and that machine seemed to be out frequently. There was ice on the other floors, however your room key will only allow you to travel to the floor you are staying on, so no ice for the 1st floor.

Enjoyed my stay! The room had everything I needed including a fully stocked kitchen. I was disappointed that the rooftop pool and bar was not staffed or used. Staff was very nice and helpful. They have a shuttle with a certain radius and can arrange a taxi as well. It’s a little outside of the city but transportation is easy.

From check-in to check-out, our stay could not have been better. The front desk clerks were all so helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The breakfast was delicious…eggs, pancakes, sausage, two types of potatoes, beans salsa, chilaquiles, chicken stew, a beef dish one morning, and all the other typical breakfast items, cereal, fruit, yogurt, cheese, ham, pastries. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Three small issues - it took a very long time for the water in the shower to get hot, a faint sewer smell came from the garbage disposable, and the lighting in the bathroom is not very bright. Other than that, great place to stay.

Great hotel. Great staff. The breakfast is presented beautifully, I just didn't care for it. However those coffee / Latte machines are clutch. The little shopping store is nice. My dog is sorry she got sick you guys were very nice about it and I'll never forget and will use you often because of this.

Room are great with that choice of full kitchen just in case more with kids, or for long stay I like the option but for that reason no restaurant in site, but big mall with restaurants and food court across the street, also museum and plenty of others shops around walking distance transportation is great, city center is about 15 in uber. For what I need was perfect and breakfast was included. Very very clean.
