Staff were amazing & very accommodating. Room was clean & very quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Arthur at concierge was very informative & gave us great recommendations for our trip. He provided us a shuttle ride to the aquarium. We loved our visit.

The walls are very thin and I could hear the upstairs neighbors partying until the early hours of the morning. It also didn’t seem to have been good hot water. The view was very nice, but the neighborhood was really rough, lots of transients

This was without a doubt the COOLEST hotel I've ever stayed at..... Perfect mix of classic popular and grandure mixed with modern feel and cool styling. Amazing view, aesthetic and immaculate attention to comfort and detail. I will absolutely stay here again!!
