My husband and I stayed in multiple hotels during our trip to Iceland, but this was by far the very best experience we had. The staff was so friendly and genuinely seemed to care about the guests, which was refreshing. Breakfast each morning was tasty and greatly appreciated, and it was a wonderful way to begin the day by eating in the dining room with a beautiful view of the lake and distant mountains. The room was large and comfortable. My favorite part was the shower because it didn't leave me feeling claustrophobic! When we return to Iceland, this will be our go-to hotel for sure!

Very unique Hotel in a stunning location, staff were all really helpful and friendly. We had a panoramic corner suite with stunning views to wake up to. Great location for seeing the lights with not too much light pollution. We ate in the Hotel both nights and the food was delicious. Highly recommended.
