We enjoyed our one night stay in the area at this lovely property. We arrived early in the day so our room was not ready until about 1pm. We were able to leave our bags and wander until then. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The AC worked well. Breakfast was very good and included. Our second night was spent at a hotel around the corner and was much more expensive and not really any better. I would definitely stay here again. The price, location and amenities were excellent.

The hotel is in Recoleta, which is the wealthies neighborhood in Buenos Aires, therefore it is safer to walk and dine out. However it is further away from Palermo and San Telmo for instance, you will need taxi rides to get there. The hotel is very nice and clean, with an impresive lobby. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are big and in very good condition. Few little wrinkles with room lights, but nothing major. We had a good time and most likely we will use it again

El colchón de la cama demasiado suave, se hunde uno, y las almohadas lo mismo. Podrían invertir en mejores camas. El agua de la regadera se regaba por todos lados, igual del lavabo. El resto muy bien. Muy buena zona, cafés y restaurantes cerca, céntrico para pasear a todos lados. La atención muy amable.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y es muy lindo. Lastima que me dieron una habitación para gente discapacitada y no pudieron darme otra. Sin embargo a alguien que llegó más tarde que yo le dieron un upgrade gratuito no se porque razón. Eso fue lo único que no me gusto. Considero que hubieran dejado libre la habitación especial por si venía alguien de último momento con discapacidad y me hubieran dado otra habítacion.
