Food was okay, but i noticed my whole 4 day stay that they serve same little pastry tarts. Instalações em geral muito antigas. O quarto não possuía ar condicionado, solicitamos a troca de quarto por conta do ar e foi informado que levariam um ar condicionado portátil, porém na verdade era apenas um ventilador, não refrescava em nada. Equipe muito cordial e prestativa.

WARNING: Avoid Antara Hotel in Lima Extremely old, poorly maintained hotel. A/C didn’t work — one room flooded due to a leaking portable unit. Staff “fixed” it but problem returned. Loved most of things in this hotel… beware that the saunas are particular to your booked room. I didn’t know that ahead of time and assumed that it was like any other hotel. Breakfast was great. The city air quality is extremely poor, so I would not stay that many days.

I like that is closer to everything, I was able to walk to restaurants, shooping and attractions. I saw a lot police present and it was good. I did not like the hotel. It look so different to the pictures. They gave us a room that has a sauna inside. I did not requested it , this room was smelly and moldy. I guess saunas smell like this. I did not complained because I was there less than 48 hours. Breakfast was good. The young lady at the breakfast room was very nice and kind.

very old room, stains on all the sheets, couches, electric outlet did not work. The front desk agent did not greet, he was on his cell phone while i was standing there to check in. The house man was nice. We had booked a suite, dint even unpack, went to the bathroom, the tiolet wouldnt flush. Asked them to cahnge the room but they did not have the same room type so downgraded our room and switched but the same issue. they did offer us complimentary dinner for our inconvenience. But the hotel needs major update. The rooms smell bad. Thank god we chceked out after one night. Did not want to spend any time there.

Wonderful location, walk distance of pharmacy, market, bars, clubs, restaurants, brewery’s and spas. Executive suite is very spacious, but unfortunately the floor wasn’t clean in need of few updates in the bathroom. Safe never worked. We’ve request front desk to repair, unfortunately they didn’t. The parking is outside the premises, you would need to request front desk to walk with you and open the gate, every time you need your car, in most cases it took few minutes for them to find someone to walk over, to let’s us in or out. Overall the food wasn’t bad but wasn’t that’s great either. Very basic breakfast.

The location was excellent. The room was very spacious. I like the breakfast food. It is what the value of money. But if you like better smell. You should pay more and go somewhere else. My first impression was underwhelming, everything was dated. The smell was so old as it looks. On our arrival, we had to request a machine that neutralise the horrible smell. Also there is another smell that they spray and it smells like a pesticide for spiders or cockroaches. It was really disappointing.

Hotel antiguo, con mal olor, con demasiado ruido, sin aire acondicionado, ni siquiera una botella de agua de cortesía y lo peor la mala actitud de casi todos los empleados, con excepción del señor que hace la limpieza. NO deben olvidar que pague mi estadía, no fue gratuita.

The room is excellent. It is my first day and I stayed inside all day. It seems they reduce the air conditioner during the day. But I complained and they turned it back on. So far it’s very nice.

La primera noche no tuve la habitación, el servicio al cliente fue deficiente y no me lograron resolver, la recepcionista siempre con mala actitud y como si le molestara hacer su trabajo. Everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms were clean and quiet. The Buffet breakfast was good. Unfortunately the staff were not overly helpful. Stayed here twice and on both occasions we had to wait up to an hour over check in time for our room. On second visit there were no towels and had to wait 2 hours for them. Staff could be friendlier.

WARNING: Avoid Antara Hotel in Lima Extremely old, poorly maintained hotel. A/C didn’t work — one room flooded due to a leaking portable unit. Staff “fixed” it but problem returned. Breakfast is very basic and only decent on weekends. Worst part: at check-out they falsely accused us of breaking the room safe (which was already broken when we arrived) and charged $100. Despite our explanations, they refused to listen. This was a scam. No privacy in bathrooms, outdated facilities, dishonest staff. Check and report everything or risk being blamed.

Everything was dated. That old smell when you enter the bedrooms, either that or something that they spray that smells like home pesticide. Food was okay, but i noticed my whole 4 day stay that they serve same little pastry tarts. The spa is little misleading, they actually don't have spa facility, they just meant about the jacuzzi in each bedrooms, nothing more. Overall below average for me and bit disappointing.

One of my favourite hotel stays! This was such a great find - hotel staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The breakfast was buffet style and had a huge variety of hot foods, breads, desserts, juices, etc. and was always a highlight of our day. The room itself was spacious, clean, and smelled amazing. The area around the hotel is both walkable and quiet and not overly touristy. Exceeded my expectations for sure.

When we turned up at 23:50 they had given away our pre booked room , so sent us to another local hotel in an uber, this was about a 10 minute drive. This hotel was of lower quality than the current When we actually got our room for the next 2 nights it was very nice and the bed was big. I would advise against staying here if you are checking in late as it was quite a stressful experience and it seems to be something that is not uncommon at this hotel.
