Stayed 1 night

Stayed only one night. Sink was not draining. Room had poor light even with all lights on. Could not open windows curtain as window was across another hotel window. Loud noise from people on the street in the evening, delivering beer cags and trash removal noise in the morning. Maybe I was in bad mood, but cannot recommend this hotel for a good night sleep.

This hotel was very disappointing. When we booked and paid a hefty price, the hotel had a staffed front desk and luggage storage. Then “new management” took over. We received a brief message informing us that they couldn’t possibly provide any staff and that any enquiries or emergency issues on arrival could only be dealt with by email. No other form of communication was possible. They made no attempt to honour the service that was paid for. The hotel is very central, but with that comes loud noise at night that goes on until well after 3am. The room was comfortable enough, but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel unless you are happy with a building that feels deserted, minimal offerings in your room, no kettle and no service.

Hotel was easy to find and only steps away from downtown. No parking but there was a parking lot around the corner. Easy to access. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was located on a busy street so if you are sensitive to noise it might bother you. The bars are open until 3 am. We kept the windows closed and fell straight to sleep. Didn’t bother us. I would recommend it for the price.

Convenient to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Parking was on the street and a bit away from the property. Clean room and perfect for us.

It was totally check in yourself. No one at front desk our whole stay. A little confusing at first but we were able to talk to someone through an intercom system
