Elevator is too small, no luggage cart can fit into it, as we have a bit more luggage. We asked for an additional blanket, it was so ugly, old and worn out, even they said, it’s cleaned. It couldn’t be accepted. We asked for change, the 2nd one was still the same, so we gave up. One of the receptionist was rude. We will not coming back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone else. Thank you

Good - location Bad - black mould on the windows and in the bathroom, hard bed, heater didn’t heat well, wallpaper peeling, some staff good; was ignored by others twice

The location is great and the room is clean but there's no amenities in the room and the wifi connection is very slow. The staff was not too polite and helpful. Although this is my 2nd time staying there and I don't think I will come back again
