This is a well-known gem in Zapopan with loads of character. It’s like staying in a European gallery, with a very large collection of interesting artwork and sculptures. Our suite was clean and had a kitchen though you have to bring your own utensils. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel has its own secure underground garage as well as parking in front. Overall, if you need to stay in this area and want a bargain, it’s a very good option.

El hotel está bien, la atención en recepción es muy buena y el personal es amable, el check in estuvo rápido y práctico. Las cosas negativas para mí fueron que el elevador ya se ve muy viejo y pareciera que se va a caer, no me dio confianza, el horario de la alberca es muy reducido, pues a las 6 de la tarde la cierran. Las habitaciones están bien pero en algunos detalles se ve un poco vieja, pero todo funcional y limpio.

El hotel está bien, la atención en recepción es muy buena y el personal es amable, el check in estuvo rápido y práctico. It was a nice stay, the pool wasn’t too welcoming, but we didn’t plan on getting in. The gym is a little dated, people that were working out had a loud speaker full blast at 6am and woke us up 3 of the 6 nights we were there, so walls were not so thick and you can hear neighboring rooms and we were directly above gym so that was the only uncomfortable thing. But it was mainly that people have no consideration or common sense of hotel peace and quiet. We did report to office. So just take that into consideration, noise level might not be good if you plan on staying in hotel room a lot. O The food for breakfast was descent. Overall, staff was nice and rooms got cleaned every day. Full fridge and microwave is a plus.

We enjoyed everything about the hotel. It's quirky, so the layout is a little odd - very European, but the bellhops know well how to navigate so not an issue. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast was good - very filling and though not many options, what they served was good. Worth the money. Would recommend adding it on if you are on the fence. They were a bit short on wait staff for breakfast, but if you aren't in a rush, not a huge issue. The pool closes at 6:00pm, so a bit early in my opinion, but it's because it's located in an open air common area with hotel rooms around it. We weren't able to use it because it closed early and we had morning appointments, but I'm not sure it's heated either. Others we saw in the pool in the morning looked cold. The parking is underground. A little tight getting in and out with a big vehicle, but quite a few parking spaces. Overall, good value for the price!

El hotel está bien y elegante con una excelente atención y buen trato por parte del personal, pero algo que no disfrute fue que el agua de la alberca estaba muy fría, se que el clima es cálido y así uno se refresca pero era demasiado fría, terminamos temblando del frío. En la habitación se tienen los electrodomésticos, pero mínimo como en otros hoteles deberían de dar café y azúcar en vez de que yo tenga que ir a un centro comercial o a un OXXO a 2 cuadras a comprarlo porque tampoco hay tiendas cerca Y otra cosa que paso en la habitación fue que la regadera tenía fugas en la parte de arriba y a veces salía más agua hacia los lados que la que caía bien.

Un hotel viejo y sucio. La regadera con cabellos en la pared del huésped anterior y hongos. Me salieron cucarachitas en la habitación. Se me cayó una pulsera atrás de la mesita de noche y al moverla todo alrededor estaba sucio y asqueroso. Nada que ver con las fotos de la página del hotel. No lo recomiendo para nada. El desayuno está bien. :)

El hotel visualmente es muy bonito, ya van varias ocasiones que tengo oportunidad de hospedarme aquí. Solo que, en esta ocasión, había cucarachas de tamaño pequeño y mediano que de repente salían de debajo de la cama y eso era un poco incómodo, también el lavabo no tenía tapa en el tubo donde se va el agua. El resto de instalaciones estaban bien.

El hotel visualmente es muy bonito, ya van varias ocasiones que tengo oportunidad de hospedarme aquí. Do not stay here. It’s gross. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly. But aside from that, everything else is terrible. The entire place was dirty. The beds themselves were dirty and had stained sheets. The mattresses are hard, pillows are deflated. Bath towels are all frayed and stained. The lights are wired weird so that when the switch is off it turns off the outlet. Oh! And there are roaches! We took a chance on this place and it was terrible.

Nos gusta hospedarnos en este hotel, las instalaciones son muy buenas y a un precio accesible. Esta ocasión demoraron 2 semanas en enviarme lo factura, la solicité desde mi llegada y la señorita de la recepción me pidió enviar mis datos a un número de WhatsApp, al entregar habitación pregunté a la misma señorita y me dijo que volviera a enviar mis datos, los volví a enviar. A los 10 días pregunté por WhatsApp y me pidieron volver a enviar mis datos, que claramente ya estaban en el mismo chat. Total, los volví a enviar y no me mandaron nada. Hasta que por teléfono me atendió un chavo y me pidió escribir nuevamente en el chat para ver los datos. Afortunadamente él si me la hizo llegar de inmediato. Desde el principio la atención de la señorita no fue la más agradable, no fue grosera pero sí apática, estaba platicando con alguien más mientras me atendía. El hotel nos encanta, seguiremos tomándolo como opción para hospedarnos y espero no volver a tener este inconveniente.

I enjoy traveling and I have had the pleasure of staying in some really nice hotels. However, this is not one of them. I have never left a negative review on a property but I feel compelled to share with my fellow travelers. Please avoid this place at all cost. The pictures they share online is nothing like the room you will receive in person. The room was really small and the bathroom was literally on the right side of my bed. It felt like I was in prison. I kindly told the front desk that I wanted a refund and they agreed. Carolina who is the manager said it would be a problem. However, Expedia has tried multiple times and the hotel is refusing to give me a refund for the nights that I did not stay in their property. Please avoid this place, they will rip you off. It’s a tourist trap. They will just take your money.

La atención es pésima! La primer noche no me hicieron la limpieza hasta las 7 de la noche que llegué y pregunté por qué no la habían hecho y no sabían qué decir simplemente me dijeron que a esa hora ya no había quien la hiciera porque ya se habían retirado! Y al otro día ya eran las 3 de la tarde y tampoco lo habían ido a hacer hasta que les dije que no me salgan con lo mismo porque regresaba yo después de las 7 p.m y me iban a salir con que ya no hay camareras para hacer limpieza a esa hora.. MUY PÉSIMA LA ATENCIÓN

It was a great place at the right price in a great safe location. Most business services are right in the neighborhood. Places like Banamex, Soriana, Office Depot, Starbucks, Home Depot, McDonald's, Whataburger and many others. European Suites is a great option and its highly recommended😎👍👍👍

It was a nice stay, the pool wasn’t too welcoming, but we didn’t plan on getting in. The gym is a little dated, people that were working out had a loud speaker full blast at 6am and woke us up 3 of the 6 nights we were there, so walls were not so thick and you can hear neighboring rooms and we were directly above gym so that was the only uncomfortable thing. But it was mainly that people have no consideration or common sense of hotel peace and quiet. We did report to office. So just take that into consideration, noise level might not be good if you plan on staying in hotel room a lot. O The food for breakfast was descent. Overall, staff was nice and rooms got cleaned every day. Full fridge and microwave is a plus.

Have stayed here several times amd each time is a pleasure. Their breakfast is fabulous and prices are affordable. I enjoy looking at all the art and statues located throughout the property. Everyone is very welcoming.

Very outdated and not clean. Staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. Breakfast was nice which included pancakes, hashbrowns with Mexican breakfast items. It was delicious. The ac stopped working on our second night (living area doesn't have one, only in the bedroom) and there were water dripping on the wall from it. One staff came, said repair person will come the next day and didnt offer to switch our room so we asked. They gave us much smaller room (claiming it's the same type) than what we paid for, and in there water was dripping from the ceiling and floor was wet. Different staff came and asked if we wanted to go back to our old room. We said no and they gave us another room which was still smaller than the original one but it was OK except that blinds were broken and very dirty. The pool, it's in the middle of the lobby and looks more like a decorative pond. My kids who love going in the water didnt want to swim in there. It was easy to call Uber to get around and there are a few restaurants within walking distance but no other shops to buy water or anything nearby. There is a supermarket within walking distance but the road was a little rough and it takes good 10 min to walk. I do not recommend this hotel at all. I chose it for the suites with separate living area but there is no clean feeling you get from hotels and the layout is just awkward. The kitchen has pots and cooking utensils but they're very old and you wouldn't want to cook there.
