There was very noisy construction ongoing from 10am to 8pm. Hotel manager couldn't be bothered to apologise in writing or other manner for the inconvenience. The hotel manager's invisibility is the sole reason for the poor rating. Rest of the personnel was excellent.

I stayed at Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida from March 11 to March 13. On the morning of March 13, construction work started around 9 AM, causing significant noise. Because of this, I had to check out one hour earlier than my scheduled checkout time (11 AM). The noise made it impossible to rest or stay in the room comfortably, which significantly affected my stay experience.
