We had a wonderful stay at Pietrablu Resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. We also loved seeing the free-roaming bunnies around the hotel. The pool temperature was just right.

Wir haben das Resort im Mai besucht. Die Zimmer waren sauber und größer als erwartet. Wir hatten 2 Bäder. Man konnte sich einen Transfer nach Polignano und zurück buchen, der zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten gefahren ist. Das Angebot an Speisen und Getränken zum Kauf waren sehr gut! Dennoch muss man sagen, dass das Personal an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich war und falsche Auskünfte gegeben hat. Das Fitnesscenter entspricht nicht den Bildern. Es gab nur 5 Geräte, die alle defekt waren. Als wir darauf hingewiesen haben und die Hotelbilder gezeigt haben, wurden wir von der Rezeption abgewiesen.

Personnel excellent qui essaye de faire son maximum. Restaurant exceptionnel et personnel du restaurant rarement aussi efficace et sympathique. Propreté au top et chambre grande pour une famille de 4. Par contre l’hôtel est vieillissant. Notre chambre était au dessus du spa. La climatisation du spa était bruyante. La salle de sport se résume à 4 appareils hors d’usage. Le spa ne donne pas envie. Les matelas pour les enfants étaient durs malgré tous les efforts du personnel excellent. Staff were pleasant and room was lovely. Not all features advertised were available- there was no swim up bar, no pool service without going into the bar- where you are not supposed to go in swimwear, the restaurant was closed in the evening and the cafe closed at 5.30 so the only fiod option after 5.30 was to wait 2 hours and pay 35 euro per person for a buffet dinner, or go out of the hotel which required a shuttle or taxi. Also i felt that charging 10 euro per person per day for shuttle use was a bit much as most other hotels dont charge for this.

Belle suite avec vue mer. Malheureusement aucune possibilité de joindre la réception avec le tel interne, car ne fonctionne plus. Ménage oas fait le deuxième jour. Restaurant très bruillant et sans service. Petit déjeuner est bien mais jus fruits très mauvais. Mais pour reste tout en ordre.

Mi e' piaciuta la struttura, ben tenuta e il personale gentilissimo. La colazione ben organizzata, molto varia con prodotti di qualità lo stesso dicasi per la cena. I camerieri molto disponibili e organizzati sempre pronti a rispondere ad ogni esigenza. Ritornerei volentieri.

Everything is very clean, the whole complex was spotless. The staff are incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. We had a birthday cake made by the chef for our daughter's birthday, very good price, too. The food ar each mealtime was great, and different every day. Hier fühlt man sich irgendwie nicht willkommen. Bereits am Empfang ist dies spürbar. Das Personal ist etwas zwischen desinteressiert und inkompetent. Chaos beim Buffet. Das Personal ist lieber am Handy oder mit sich selber beschäftigt, als sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Eine Duschmöglichkeit zu kriegen am Tag der Abreise gestaltete sich als fast unmöglich. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Niemals ****S. Nicht zu empfehlen.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this resort. The rooms were spacious and clean. Part of our resort package we had breakfast and dinner. The food was very good. We were five minutes away from Polignano a mare, and other beaches such as Porto Rosso and Porto Ghiacciolo the resort provides free parking.I would recommended this resort.

There is no way this is a 4 star resort. More like 1-2 stars. This place has no soul, no atmosphere and even its staff come across like they don't want to be there. Where do I start ...so many issues - it's outdated and shabby. See pic of couch with tape used to hold it together. Furniture is at least 50 yrs old and not good. Also a flimsy stupid collapsing shower thing. - I got food poisoning from their dinner buffet (i thi k it was the fish), they didn't care, didn't apologise, didn't ask if I needed anything. Just left me vomiting and with diarrhea all alone in my room. Cold and heartless. And it's in an isolated location so I could not get help or go to a pharmacy without a car. - there staff don't seem to like working there, particularly reception staff who are cold, robotic, inflexible and uncaring about customers. Or maybe they just don't like foreigners from outside Italy... - not value for the nightly price. Definitely not a 4 star hotel even though priced as. - dreadful wifi, it drops out every 2 mins and didn't work for two nights. Again, reception staff didn't care. - the red and white wine they had on tap was like drinking acid. Sacrilege fir southern Italy where there are some beautiful low cost wines. But again this hotel doesn't care about its customers experience and just buys the nasty less than cheap product. Sadly people drink it because there is no other choice as the resort is isolated id dont have car. Dont waste your money here.

Mignon mais sans plus. Quand on arrive on se dit : Wow ! Ca a l’air super mais passant la réception c’est désertique… Pas d’accès à la plage car celle ci est en travaux. En dehors du personnel de la réception, les membres du personnel semblent mécontents de vous voir, ils ne vous saluent même pas. La chambre est de taille raisonnable mais la de douche est minuscule. Pas de wifi disponible. Aucune insonorisation on entendait les mots exacts des personnes qui parlaient au dessus de nous et dehors. Nous avons été réveillé à 7h45 le matin car une personne est rentrée dans la chambre… Les points positifs : > Petit déjeuner copieux avec du choix, des jus de fruits frais minute, un stand de crêpes minutes et d’œufs. > La présence de deux jacuzzi en libre accès face à la plage En bref le rapport qualité/prix n’était pas au rendez vous je ne réitérerai pas l’expérience.

Mi spiace perché la scorsa volta avevamo valutato 5 stelle questo hotel. Abbiamo preso ancora la suite quadrupla, anche se siamo solo due adulti, per avere lo spazio per la culla per il neonato di 3 mesi che, come segnalato 6 mesi fa all’hotel in fase di prenotazione, viaggiava con noi. Questa volta ci è stata assegnata una camera a detta loro “suite quadrupla” dove con dentro solo me e mio marito non avevamo più lo spazio per la culla del neonato. La soluzione consigliataci dall’hotel era di metterlo in un corridoietto da solo o nel letto con noi(soluzione periocolosa in quanto rischio soffocamento). In più la camera assegnata era esattamente accanto al piano bar dove cantavano a squarciagola la notte e mio figlio di tre mesi non è riuscito a dormire passando la notte in lacrime (camere con insonorizzazione pari 0). Chiedendo una soluzione durante la notte mi è stato detto che erano pieni. Alla reception ci hanno detto che tanto ormai avevamo pagato e quindi eravamo obbligati a stare lì se non volevamo perdere i soldi. O danno nomi falsi alle camere solo per attirare clienti o ci hanno messo in una camera diversa.

Alla reception ci hanno detto che tanto ormai avevamo pagato e quindi eravamo obbligati a stare lì se non volevamo perdere i soldi. O danno nomi falsi alle camere solo per attirare clienti o ci hanno messo in una camera diversa.

Man konnte sich einen Transfer nach Polignano und zurück buchen, der zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten gefahren ist. Das Angebot an Speisen und Getränken zum Kauf waren sehr gut! Dennoch muss man sagen, dass das Personal an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich war und falsche Auskünfte gegeben hat. Das Fitnesscenter entspricht nicht den Bildern. Es gab nur 5 Geräte, die alle defekt waren. Als wir darauf hingewiesen haben und die Hotelbilder gezeigt haben, wurden wir von der Rezeption abgewiesen.

Very friendly and helpful staff, some of them standout so much that I needed to learned their names to mention them in review... Katia, ( always gave a kind word for my daughter and made her feel at home by noticing her pattern of food, my daughter doesnt speak italian), Enza ( she was on the top of our food arrangements) 2 men called Vito, very helpful and they made the best coffees. We were extremely please with the room as it had 2 toilets/shower rooms and our room had a balcony with sea view to died for.... I cant wait to go in Summer. Best deal, it is to rent a car, as this place is 11 minutes from the mains places.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this resort. The rooms were spacious and clean. Part of our resort package we had breakfast and dinner. The food was very good. We were five minutes away from Polignano a mare, and other beaches such as Porto Rosso and Porto Ghiacciolo the resort provides free parking.I would recommended this resort.

À part le petit déjeuner qui est excellent tout le reste laisse à désirer Pas de possibilité de prendre un transat au bord de la mer ! Arrivés à la plage nous demandons des serviettes et on nous réponds qu’il faut retourner à la réception ! Les chambres sont petites et mal insonorisées La douche est très petite gros gabarit s’abstenir ! Le tarif des boissons est excessif ,3 euros la petite bouteille d ‘eau !

We had a wonderful stay at Pietrablu Resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. We also loved seeing the free-roaming bunnies around the hotel. The pool temperature was just right.

Schöne Anlage aber das Personal ist nur mäßig freundlich und nicht wirklich serviceorientiert. Auch muss man während des Aufenthalts ein farbiges Bändchen am Handgelenk tragen, das Frühstück, Halb- und Vollpension indiziert. Zum Glück waren wir nur eine Nacht hier.

Excelente atendimento, total atenção para dieta gluten-free com muitas opções tanto no café da manhã como nos restaurantes do hotel. Parabéns a Sra. Enza, certificada para esse atendimento especial! O hotel é muito confortável, especialmente se vc está de carro, pois tem amplo estacionamento e é gratuito.

Everything is very clean, the whole complex was spotless. The staff are incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. We had a birthday cake made by the chef for our daughter's birthday, very good price, too. The food ar each mealtime was great, and different every day. We had a perfect time here, I would come here agaim 100%

Hier fühlt man sich irgendwie nicht willkommen. Bereits am Empfang ist dies spürbar. Das Personal ist etwas zwischen desinteressiert und inkompetent. Chaos beim Buffet. Das Personal ist lieber am Handy oder mit sich selber beschäftigt, als sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Eine Duschmöglichkeit zu kriegen am Tag der Abreise gestaltete sich als fast unmöglich. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Niemals ****S. Nicht zu empfehlen.

The experience was extremely disappointing, and this hotel barely deserves a 2-star rating, let alone 4 stars. They charge extra for absolutely everything. We had to pay a €10 deposit for each towel, and the minibar prices were outrageous, with a small beer at €7 and a small bottle of water at €3. The hotel does not provide any complimentary water bottles. Leaving the premises is either through their shuttle service, which costs €10 per person per day for a mere 10-minute ride, or by renting bikes, which they also charge for. The bars and restaurants are extremely uninviting, furnished with cheap plastic furniture and lit with harsh, bright lighting reminiscent of an ER. The overall condition of the facilities is terrible and worn down, and any equipment available for borrowing or renting is of poor quality. Even the private beach is disappointing, which is quite an achievement considering the general beauty of the Puglia coast. We did not encounter a single friendly staff member. They acted annoyed if we asked for any assistance or even ordered a coffee in the morning. As a final insult, they refused to help us book transport to the airport, which is about 40 minutes from the hotel. Avoid this place at all costs. I cannot fathom how this hotel has a 4.4 rating on Google; it must be fake reviews.

Ótima opção com custo benefício para quem visita a Puglia no verão. O quarto é amplo, confortável, o café da manhã tem bastante variedade! A piscina fichar no almoço e após as 18:30h . Mas ficamos na prainha após o horário Perto das principais atrações- jantamos em Polignano a Maré (12 min) e Monopoli (18 min)- e visitamos Alberobrlo 40 min. Então dá para se refrescar e conhecer os lugares

This is a good place for people coming there on car. There is a shuttle running every hour to Polignano a Mare, but they have a breake between 12 and 3pm. On Sundays there are no shuttles or even taxis at all.

The hotel had a good location with pool and private beach. Buffet breakfast was also included. After Rome, it was a nice place to relax and take in the sites on the coast.

Staff were pleasant and room was lovely. Not all features advertised were available- there was no swim up bar, no pool service without going into the bar- where you are not supposed to go in swimwear, the restaurant was closed in the evening and the cafe closed at 5.30 so the only fiod option after 5.30 was to wait 2 hours and pay 35 euro per person for a buffet dinner, or go out of the hotel which required a shuttle or taxi. Also i felt that charging 10 euro per person per day for shuttle use was a bit much as most other hotels dont charge for this.

Localização privilegiada pé na areia, hotel perfeito para quem quer conhecer a região. Tem serviço de transfer porém não utilizamos pois estávamos de carro. Por ser resort tem opções de incluir as refeições na hospedagem, só pegamos com café da manhã que era servido em sistema de buffet com opções de ovos e omeletes feitos na hora, assim como panquecas. Sucos poderiam se melhor(são industrializados).

Belle suite avec vue mer. Malheureusement aucune possibilité de joindre la réception avec le tel interne, car ne fonctionne plus. Ménage oas fait le deuxième jour. Restaurant très bruillant et sans service. Petit déjeuner est bien mais jus fruits très mauvais. Mais pour reste tout en ordre.

Daytime excellent: breakfast, lunch, pool & other facilities. Nighttime: a la carte restaurant poor, buffet OK but expensive option, overall lacked soul. Recommend offering a bar menu until 9pm. A ‘game of two halves’ we loved our daytimes but not nights at the resort.

Staff were pleasant and room was lovely. Not all features advertised were available- there was no swim up bar, no pool service without going into the bar- where you are not supposed to go in swimwear, the restaurant was closed in the evening and the cafe closed at 5.30 so the only fiod option after 5.30 was to wait 2 hours and pay 35 euro per person for a buffet dinner, or go out of the hotel which required a shuttle or taxi. Also i felt that charging 10 euro per person per day for shuttle use was a bit much as most other hotels dont charge for this.

The experience was extremely disappointing, and this hotel barely deserves a 2-star rating, let alone 4 stars. They charge extra for absolutely everything. We had to pay a €10 deposit for each towel, and the minibar prices were outrageous, with a small beer at €7 and a small bottle of water at €3. The hotel does not provide any complimentary water bottles. Leaving the premises is either through their shuttle service, which costs €10 per person per day for a mere 10-minute ride, or by renting bikes, which they also charge for. The bars and restaurants are extremely uninviting, furnished with cheap plastic furniture and lit with harsh, bright lighting reminiscent of an ER. The overall condition of the facilities is terrible and worn down, and any equipment available for borrowing or renting is of poor quality. Even the private beach is disappointing, which is quite an achievement considering the general beauty of the Puglia coast. We did not encounter a single friendly staff member. They acted annoyed if we asked for any assistance or even ordered a coffee in the morning. As a final insult, they refused to help us book transport to the airport, which is about 40 minutes from the hotel. Avoid this place at all costs. I cannot fathom how this hotel has a 4.4 rating on Google; it must be fake reviews.

I did not give it a complete five stars because transportation using the shuttle into the town was not very easy to use. The staff would say one time the staff would also say that we needed reservations every time we made reservations in the return coming back they didn’t accommodate for the amount of people coming back, and they also would not return with another van or shuttle, and you were told to figure out a way back to the hotel, which was not very customer service friendly. When you write down a list of names and people make reservations to return back, you need to make sure you have accommodations for that amount of people. Also, every night when we would make reservations each person at the front desk had a different story so first you said they said anytime after 7 o’clock you can make a reservations another person would say no only at 11:30 so you were getting different answers from each person and you never knew how you were gonna get back so honestly after a while we would try to find a toque toque in town to try to get back to the hotel because it was ridiculous. You cannot say you have shuttle service for gas if you don’t accommodate for all your guests.
