Fantastisk service och väldigt trevlig personal! Kranen på rummet fungerade inte och blev uppgraderas till ett större rum ✨. Frukosten är bra, men saknar omelett. Gymmet lämnar en del att önska, inga fria vikter - i stort sett bara konditionsmaskiner. Spa-avdelningen är okej, men bastun är liten och poolen lite kall. Den hade kunnat utvecklas. Saknar även restaurang på hotellet.

Fint sted å komme til. Hyggelig betjening, service mv. Hotellet har skiutleie og skiheisene starter 100 m vra hotel utgangen. Frokost er bra. Kunne vært selvbetjening på all maten - da det tar litt tid å få det - samt at en kunne ta riktig mengde ( ikke alltid for mye) Vi var på hotellet også i 2019, og skal vi til Cervinia igjen - kommer vi tilbake.

Booked it last minute and showed up to find a friendly crew checking us in. Due to a last minute arrival, our room was not ready right away. However, within moments we were whisked away to our room which was very clean, comfy and easy to get to. Being on motorcycles we like to keep them close. The super cool and sweet manager allowed us to park near the entrance in a safe and secure spot. Very grateful for this! They hosted us with smiles and were very kind during our quick trip. It was my husband’s 40th birthday and while we went to the sauna and steam room (great after a long ride) we returned to our room with a bottle of Prosecco on ice from the staff to celebrate. Gestures like this go a long way and people in hospitality make hotels what they are. This was kind and we were so tickled to be seen and cared for by the lovely team at the hotel. You can’t beat the location - walkable to restaurants and shops and also at the base of the mountain. Highly recommend.

The location of this hotel is amazing, on days when it's snowed, you can easily ski the 100 yrds to the slopes and chair lifts, when not, well it's certainly walkable, they had great skiing facilities, hiring in hotel which we'd expect, but lockers with built in drying facilities for your gloves & boots which were great and came as part of your room deal, the hotel was a little tired, but I think that was mainly caused by guests walking about in ski boots, although repeatedly asked not to, and the pool and sauna made up for anything lacking.

So the hotel was really nice had really nice views of Matterhorn and the room was really big. The bathroom was a bit on the small side and we never really ate at the restaurant so I can’t really rate the restaurant however, the breakfast was excellent and the ski room closet was excellent. Overall we had a really good experience

This is a perfect Hotel close to the ski lift with a nice pool and sauna. The breakfast is amazing. Highly recommend. The only downside is that they do not have a self service laundry facilities -- could be very useful for skiers.

So the hotel was really nice had really nice views of Matterhorn and the room was really big. The bathroom was a bit on the small side and we never really ate at the restaurant so I can’t really rate the restaurant however, the breakfast was excellent and the ski room closet was excellent. This is an excellent hotel with ideal location for skiing..big reception and warm and comfortable seating areas… staff is really friendly… the only thing we didn’t like is slightly dated sofa in the room… but other than that highly recommended with really helpful staff

Booked it last minute and showed up to find a friendly crew checking us in. Due to a last minute arrival, our room was not ready right away. However, within moments we were whisked away to our room which was very clean, comfy and easy to get to. Being on motorcycles we like to keep them close. The super cool and sweet manager allowed us to park near the entrance in a safe and secure spot. Very grateful for this! They hosted us with smiles and were very kind during our quick trip. It was my husband’s 40th birthday and while we went to the sauna and steam room (great after a long ride) we returned to our room with a bottle of Prosecco on ice from the staff to celebrate. Gestures like this go a long way and people in hospitality make hotels what they are. This was kind and we were so tickled to be seen and cared for by the lovely team at the hotel. You can’t beat the location - walkable to restaurants and shops and also at the base of the mountain. Highly recommend.

The location of this hotel is amazing, on days when it's snowed, you can easily ski the 100 yrds to the slopes and chair lifts, when not, well it's certainly walkable, they had great skiing facilities, hiring in hotel which we'd expect, but lockers with built in drying facilities for your gloves & boots which were great and came as part of your room deal, the hotel was a little tired, but I think that was mainly caused by guests walking about in ski boots, although repeatedly asked not to, and the pool and sauna made up for anything lacking.

This is a perfect Hotel close to the ski lift with a nice pool and sauna. The breakfast is amazing. Highly recommend. The only downside is that they do not have a self service laundry facilities -- could be very useful for skiers.

Fantastisk service och väldigt trevlig personal! Kranen på rummet fungerade inte och blev uppgraderas till ett större rum ✨. Frukosten är bra, men saknar omelett. Gymmet lämnar en del att önska, inga fria vikter - i stort sett bara konditionsmaskiner. Spa-avdelningen är okej, men bastun är liten och poolen lite kall. Den hade kunnat utvecklas. Saknar även restaurang på hotellet.

Fint sted å komme til. Hyggelig betjening, service mv. Hotellet har skiutleie og skiheisene starter 100 m vra hotel utgangen. Frokost er bra. Kunne vært selvbetjening på all maten - da det tar litt tid å få det - samt at en kunne ta riktig mengde ( ikke alltid for mye) Vi var på hotellet også i 2019, og skal vi til Cervinia igjen - kommer vi tilbake.

So the hotel was really nice had really nice views of Matterhorn and the room was really big. The bathroom was a bit on the small side and we never really ate at the restaurant so I can’t really rate the restaurant however, the breakfast was excellent and the ski room closet was excellent. Overall we had a really good experience
