Friendly staff at family owned motel. Because it is an older motel, be aware that there is not much for sound proofing, so you do hear the highway noise. Bathrooms have been updated and room was clean.

We needed last minute accommodation while attending the Bathurst 1000. High Mountains had 1 room available and we jumped at the chance. The room was neatly renovated and very clean. The communication with the staff was flawless and I cannot fault anything. Thankyou for a wonderful stay to top off a wonderful weekend away.

Highway uphill at the motel windows, every track accrelerating and making terrible noices every time . Can't sleep all night. if you still want to book - then book numbers 1 -13 only ! because they less noisy
