Very helpfull and friendly personell in all departments. Room and bathroom clean and good quality. Fitness studio and swimminpool works, but needs an upgrade, especially the pool area

Claudio @ four points were very accommodating and also the receptionist were very generous, I asked for bottle water I was given more than I asked for .. the hotel is close to Al batha so food is not a problem . It has Starbucks inside the hotel . I hope I could have book more days here . So A++ for awesome

Staff was rude. The Hotel didn’t have proper Water pressure. There was no hot water in the shower. I made a complaint thrice but still they didn’t resolve the problem.
