Very clean room decorated in a traditional style. Excellent facilities with complimentary refreshments. The staff were courteous, helpful and attentive. We loved the onsen.

Staff kind and responsive. Hotel quite dated. Needs upgrades. Carpet dirty. No great lounge or bar service in lobby. Felt like I was staying in a nursing home for a couple nights.
