This hotel is located about 1 km from Patong Beach, which is acceptable. However, our overall experience was not good. First of all, the staff do not speak English. Communication is only possible through translation apps, which makes everything more complicated than it should be. At check-in, they require a 3,000 baht deposit. The problem is that they deduct money from this deposit for even very small issues. One of my friends accidentally broke a glass and they charged 500 baht. Another friend lost a key and they charged 1,000 baht. The charges felt excessive. Also, even though we arrived after the official check-in time, we were kept waiting for 20 minutes without a proper explanation. Overall, the location is fine, but the service, communication problems, and deposit policy made our stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel.

I booked for 2 days and decided to book for 2 more. Both through Expedia. I showed the my second booking and was told I could leave my stuff in the room and everything would be good. I went on a boat tour and returned to the hotel late. When I got to my room, all my bags were gone. In a panic I went back to reception and found out they had gone in my room and packed up all my things and brought them back to reception. I never really got a straight answer as to why this happened, but I was given a drastically inferior room. I really didn't appreciate the going through my stuff and bringing it back to reception. Based on this I change my rating from a 4 to a 2.
