Hidatakayama Futarishizuka Hakuun

여태껏 많은 해외를 다녀봤지만 가장 별로입니다. 외부보다도 매우 추운 방과 화장실,샤워시설은 놀랍습니다. 바닥에 얼음장이라 발이 매우 시리며 히터 틀어도 온기는 전혀 없습니다. 도저히 잠을 잘 수 없어서 근처 다른 호텔로 옮겼습니다. 이 돈이면 차라리 근처 호텔 스위트룸을 예약하세요.꼭 너무 추워서 잘 수 없다는 판단으로 당일 체크아웃을 요청했고 그때의 불쾌한 상황은 정말 잊혀지지가 않습니다. 외국인이라 못 알아 들을거라 생각해 면전에서 직원들끼리 나눈 대화들, 아쉽게도 다 알아 들었습니다. 체격좋은 안내직원은 서비스 교육에 대해 다시 배우시길 바랍니다. I've been to many foreign countries so far. However, Futarishizuka Hakuun was the worst. The room, bathroom, and shower facilities were colder than the outside and very worst. My feet are very cold because it's an ice field on the floor, and there's no warmth even if I turn on the heater. I couldn't sleep at all, so I moved to another hotel nearby. If you pay a high price for this hotel, you'd rather book a hotel suite nearby. I thought it was too cold to sleep, so I asked for a check-out on the day I really can't forget the very angry situation at that time. They thought I would not understand Japanese because I am a foreigner. But unfortunately, I understood all the conversations they had in front of me while laughing at each other. Don't be rude and think foreigners won't understand. In particular, fat employee, please relearn about service training.

Un hotel con encanto. Personal muy atento, buen desayuno. Excelente localización. El hotel un poco anticuado pero compensa todo lo demás. Repetiría.

Que no estuviera en el centro no fue un problema, pero las instalaciones son antiguas y, aunque estaba todo muy limpio, no está bien acondicionado. Pasamos frío cenando en el restaurante y en la habitación durante toda la noche a pesar de usar las colchas y mantas que teníamos. Además, los futones y almohadas nos parecieron muy incómodos, pero es una apreciación personal. El baño no pudimos usar la ducha del frío que hacía. Queríamos vivir la experiencia de un riokan, pero no fue lo esperado.
