The mechanical parking lots were quite limited and takes a while to access your cars. There are plenty of open air parking lots nearby the hotel which has a tie up with the hotel so that was a good option, if it was not raining. Laundry room information and availability shown on the TV is really helpful for planning a laundry run.

The onsite car park has very limited space and there is no staff onsite once it’s full. It would be helpful to provide information about associated car park beforehand. So guests know where to drive to prior to arrival. The room is more spacious than I expected and front desk staff is helpful.

Staff was friendly and extremely helpful, which made check in and check out quick and easy. Luggage storage was extremely convenient and allowed us to explore Matsumoto for a few more hours after check out. Room was clean. We chose not to have our rooms cleaned, but towels were delivered daily. Beds were comfortable, TV showed status of washer/dryer so we didn't need to keep coming back to check if a machine was open. The amenities bar was quite robust, with bath salts, face masks, cleansers and toners, in addition to the usual provided toothbrush, razors, coffee, etc. Location was prime - within walkable distance to the station, sites like Matsumoto castle and Nawate street, but also kombini and lots of restaurants.
