Good location, about a 5 minute walk from the train station, and next to a Lawsons. Lovely spacious room with a full size bathroom and seperate toilet room. The shared baths were also nice and not too crowded. My only issues are that the rooms do not have safes, so if there is anything valuable you do not want to take with you it has to be handed in to reception, and for the five days we were there the room cleaners only came once.

トイレに流し忘れたトイレットペーパーがありました。テレビのリモコンに長い髪の毛が付いていました。他は、綺麗でした。夜食を食べに23時前に行きましたが、ご飯とお出汁がないと言われました。とっても、残念でした。大浴場の脱衣場でスマホをつかって（10分強くらい）いる人がいました。使っている人は洋服を着たままです。ないと思いますが、撮影していないか？気になりました。

This hotel is close to the train station, about a 5-10 minute walk. Check in was easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was about a 10 minute walk north from the hotel to get to an area with interesting restaurants and shops. I also like that you can book a room with a washing machine, although I didn't not do so myself. If I visit Matsumoto again, I would definitely look to stay here.

Booked a double room that came with a kitchenette (need to pay for utensils) and washing machine. Unfortunately it is just too cram for 2 adults. Room is more suited for one person. The double bed is placed against the wall and climbing in and out of bed is very difficult. Room is generally very clean. Only tea bags were provided.

Great location for exploring Matsumoto. About 15 minute walk to castle. Small room, but big bed, very clean. Good bathroom with a great shower and lots of hot water. Very clean. Very good value for money, just 7 minutes walk from train station and 3 minutes from the bus station- perfect! Would definitely recommend.

Great location 5 mins away from the train station. Room was very comfortable and quiet. We booked one with a kitchenette but be warned there is no cooking or eating equipment. The washing machine doesn’t dry but the hotel has dryers you can use for a small fee. For the price this was a great room and we would happily book again.

We had perhaps the smallest room size and found that perfectly adequate, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast offered the widest range of Japanese dishes of any hotel we stayed at (all good quality and some dishes different each day) with local specialities like soba, a selection of fresh tempura including shrimp and asparagus and much more. There is a welcome drink (beer, whisky, soft drinks - one free each day - and free late night soup too. A nice onsen bath too.
