Ruime kamer, met veel licht en badkamer met ligbad en royale douche. Veel kastruimte, mooie centrale vide, prima en ruime bar. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Stukje fietsen naar het centrum maar was voor mij prima.

Modern, comfortable hotel with nice amenities and great restaurant. Nice big bathtub and separate shower. The only thing missing is a door to the bath/shower room... so it can feel drafty and cold even while enjoying a hot shower or bath. Staff was friendly, and the restaurant management and chefs were great. I rarely find hotel dining to be worth it, but this was. Also, the breakfast was good. Parking is super easy and cheap (5 EUR/24 hours), and it has easy access to major roads and is a short distance drive from the city center. Unfortunately, like many hotels, there is only one thick dekbed (blanket/comforter). It was definitely warm enough, but when it becomes too warm the only option is to throw it off until you get cold. It would be much nicer if there were a thinner one and an extra optional layer.

Hôtel situé un peu à l'extérieur de la ville, 5 à 10 minutes en voitures suffisent pour gagner le centre ville. Très bon accueil, personnel souriant et sympathique, explications claires. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée, propre, literie très confortable, clame. Petit-déjeuner parfait avec large choix. parking payant avec tarif très raisonnable pour 24h. Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Een heel fijn hotel. De faciliteiten zijn top. De kamer is van alle gemakken voorzien, met een heel goed bed. Het ontbijt was heerlijk met een vriendelijke kok die specialiteiten bereidde. Zoals een heerlijk omelet of pannekoekjes.

Hotel is van alle gemakken voorzien. Kamer en badkamer zien er modern en mooi uit. Ik miste wel een minibar op de kamer en ik vond het ook jammer dat ik 7 euro moest betalen om op de parkeerplaats bij het hotel te kunnen parkeren.

Ik werd ten eerste heel vriendelijk ontvangen, voelde meteen goed ondanks de spanning om voor het eerst op hotel te zitten in m’n eentje. De kamer was netjes, heel fijn. Bed lag heerlijk, bad lag heerlijk. Alles werkte prima! De bar was fijn om te zitten en het ontbijt was goed uitgebreid.

The outside of the hotel is not inviting, being part of a stadium complex. However, inside is a modern, stylish and comfortable place to spend one or two nights. The staff are very professional. The restaurant is good, as is the breakfast selection. The rooms are a good size. Plenty of parking for a small charge. There is a walking route to the centre of Zwolle but it takes 30 minutes.

I stayed at the Lumen Zwolle Hotel in August 2025 for three nights. This is a serviceable business hotel with an on-site restaurant. No am The hotels room are standard size, with a nice bathroom and a large desk. My room had a king size bed which was clean and comfortable. The room also has a coffee machine and an in- room small refrigerator. There is a small workout room with outdated basic equipment, but it has the essentials for guests trying to stay fit on the road. There is also a very large lounge with a bar and a large amount of casual seating for reading, doing work and meeting for groups. The attached restaurant, The Bluefinger, is a typical large open style of restaurant, similar to the Van Der Valk hotels. I visited only for breakfast, and the food selection was quite good, with fresh meats, fruits, cheeses, and assorted Dutch standard breakfast breads. you may also order a freshly made omelet and French toast from the grille. As I mentioned, this is a business hotel, with few amenities. It is located in a gated shopping area and is attached to other stores and a casino. Basically, this hotel is for sleeping, eating, and meetings if you have business. I will return when I visit Zwolle again.

Det er 3. gang vi har overnattet på Lumen og vi kan virkelig anbefalede hotellet. Personalet er meget hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Restauranten er virkelig god . Værelserne er rene ,komfortable og alt fungerer . Hotellet er let at komme til med bil og har stor parkeringsplads . Vi kommer helt sikkert også 4. gang

Keurige ruime kamer, zeker bij gebruik van een ( kinder) rolstoel . Ruim bureau waar je goed je huiswerk kan doen zonder dat je de anderen in de weg zit. Schoonmaak ook supervriendelijk en klantgericht. Net als het restaurant en de baliemedewerkers . Klimaat in de kamer is minpunt. Veel te warm, minimaal 18 graden, waardoor wij erg slecht geslapen hebben. Mooi ruim restaurant en lobby waar je savonds gezellig kan vertoeven. Je vergeet dat je in een hotel bent. Alles bij elkaar top, behalve het slecht slapen door de warmte.

Goed verblijf gehad in hotel Lumen. Schoon, vriendelijk personeel en de kamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Een klein minpuntje is dat de airco niet echt koud afgeregeld kon worden.

Prima hotel met ruime, nette kamers. Ik had een probleem met de deur, deze ging niet meer op slot bij het verlaten van de kamer, de medewerker heeft dit echter snel opgelost. Afgezien van de niet werkende kluis (batterij leeg?), was alles perfect!

We booked this hotel last minute as we walked away from a reservation elsewhere. The hotel is brand new snd well thought out. Parking was right at the hotel and reception validated our parking. We ate dinner at their restaurant and it was really good. The breakfast buffet was really good as well. Despite the size of the hotel, it was very quiet. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Modern, comfortable hotel with nice amenities and great restaurant. Nice big bathtub and separate shower. The only thing missing is a door to the bath/shower room... so it can feel drafty and cold even while enjoying a hot shower or bath. Staff was friendly, and the restaurant management and chefs were great. I rarely find hotel dining to be worth it, but this was. Also, the breakfast was good. Parking is super easy and cheap (5 EUR/24 hours), and it has easy access to major roads and is a short distance drive from the city center. Unfortunately, like many hotels, there is only one thick dekbed (blanket/comforter). It was definitely warm enough, but when it becomes too warm the only option is to throw it off until you get cold. It would be much nicer if there were a thinner one and an extra optional layer.

Hôtel situé un peu à l'extérieur de la ville, 5 à 10 minutes en voitures suffisent pour gagner le centre ville. Très bon accueil, personnel souriant et sympathique, explications claires. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée, propre, literie très confortable, clame. Petit-déjeuner parfait avec large choix. parking payant avec tarif très raisonnable pour 24h. Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel sans hésiter.

The outside of the hotel is not inviting, being part of a stadium complex. However, inside is a modern, stylish and comfortable place to spend one or two nights. The staff are very professional. The restaurant is good, as is the breakfast selection. The rooms are a good size. Plenty of parking for a small charge. There is a walking route to the centre of Zwolle but it takes 30 minutes.

I stayed at the Lumen Zwolle Hotel in August 2025 for three nights. This is a serviceable business hotel with an on-site restaurant. No am The hotels room are standard size, with a nice bathroom and a large desk. My room had a king size bed which was clean and comfortable. The room also has a coffee machine and an in- room small refrigerator. There is a small workout room with outdated basic equipment, but it has the essentials for guests trying to stay fit on the road. There is also a very large lounge with a bar and a large amount of casual seating for reading, doing work and meeting for groups. The attached restaurant, The Bluefinger, is a typical large open style of restaurant, similar to the Van Der Valk hotels. I visited only for breakfast, and the food selection was quite good, with fresh meats, fruits, cheeses, and assorted Dutch standard breakfast breads. you may also order a freshly made omelet and French toast from the grille. As I mentioned, this is a business hotel, with few amenities. It is located in a gated shopping area and is attached to other stores and a casino. Basically, this hotel is for sleeping, eating, and meetings if you have business. I will return when I visit Zwolle again.
