A fine stay. Parking was terrible at arrival as there was a business convention on the property. But once those folks departed, no issues. Hotel was quite clean and well maintained. Very comfortable bed. No noise from outside traffic. The impressive lobby could use additional AC, but not uncomfortable. On site restaurant was very professional, but the food was not up to par for the surroundings. Not bad, but expected something more. Front desk staff all very pleasant and tolerated a non-Italian speaking American. The surrounding neighborhood is dingy; lots of trash scattered about, but the hotel property within the fence was very well maintained. I wouldn’t go outside the property after sunset; couple of restaurants within walking distance, but bring a friend. Easy access to the Palace from the hotel; straight shot, no more than ten minutes by car.

We loved our stay here! After 20h of travel, the spa was a life saver. It was open until 9pm which was a nice surprise, and had amazing amenities. Sauna with herbs, steam room, pool, hot tub, spa showers, etc. The room was simple (we booked the standard room with 2h spa), but it was great for the one-night we were here. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend if you are wanting to stop somewhere near Naples airport for a night before heading out to your destination.

This hotel was amazing, the inside of the hotel was beautiful and the room we had was very spacious, with a jetted bathtub/shower combo. There weŕe also light switches by the bed on both sides to turn on/off all the lights in the room which was extremely convenient. The dining at the hotels restaurant for dinner and for the breakfast buffet were both extremely delicious. The hotel was in an industrial area, nowhere near the center of naples, but for a quick stop on our way back north to get some rest before flying home, this hotel was exactly what we needed. The building was starting to show its age, but none of that detracted from how amazing our stay was. The spa services provided were top notch and exactly what we needed after a long vacation filled with constant walking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a night in and a spa day to wrap up a vacation, it was amazing.

Sono ormai cliente abituale del Grand Hotel Vanvitelli, che merita tutto l'appellativo di "Grand". Rappresenta ormai un punto di riferimento, strategicamente posizionato a breve distanza dall'uscita Caserta Sud, è per me ideale per incontri di affari. Il centro conferenze ha delle sale moderne così come quelle arredate secondo lo stile dell'hotel. Bellissime e di grande impatto. Pulitissimo, profuma tutto di fresco, le camere sono comode e generosamente ampie. La colazione è preparata nella sala ristorante, di altissima qualità e varietà, sia nel dolce che nel salato, così come per le alimentazioni particolari. Io vado matto per le sfogliatelle ricce. Il pranzo di lavoro, nel ristorante adiacente la hall, di qualità al giusto prezzo, ha permesso di intrattenere gli ospiti stranieri che hanno veramente apprezzato con gusto! E' possibile pranzare/cenare anche nella hall. In un'altra occasione abbiamo usufruito della SPA, per rilassarci e fare del TeamBuilding. Speciale. A parte la bellezza mozzafiato del salone centrale in cui trova posto la reception e il bar, ideale anche per appuntamenti di lavoro, è d'obbligo una particolare nota di merito al personale tutto. La gentilezza, la disponibilità e il calore dell'accoglienza fanno sentire a casa, seppur in un ambiente professionale ed elegante dando la sensazione di esser fuori dal tempo. Un'isola di classe e benessere che si distingue, mi si consenta dire con tutto il rispetto, nel contesto urbano circostante.

Splendid grand building and beautiful great hall with tasteful classical decorations. A good base to stay for visiting Rylal Palace of Caserta. Staff are friendly and professional. Room is clean, quite and comfortable. After extremely tense sometimes chaotic driving and parking in Sorrento-Amalfi region it was a huge relief to park in hotel's wide open courtyard!

a fancy looking but outdated hotel. It's a big building good looking on the outside, but the inside is outdated and not well maintained. as well cleaning is done in quick form, no details. The bed was sagging old. The sheets and towels were clean luckily. Breakfast was fresh and well set though. There was one person in the kitchen continuously talking very loud, everyone eating breakfast would just have to listen. All in all, just an easy place for logistical reason, but won't stay there again.

Ho soggiornato anni fa e come sempre è stato molto bello. Un paio di appunti… Il caldo in camera era esagerato, tanto da pensare che era agosto e non gennaio 😱😱 Poi la struttura è talmente bella che è un peccato che ci sono segni di mancata manutenzione. X il resto staff molto affabile e pronti ad aiutare.
Ho soggiornato anni fa e come sempre è stato molto bello. 4**** Hotel sind bis zu 4 Fehler( fürs Hotel) erlaubt ? Angekommen Check-In und Zimmer Übergabe alles OK. Negativ: 1* Wollte Duschen da sah ich, es hat ja sogar eine Massagefunktion mit 9 extra Düsen und siehe da keine funktionierte alle waren verstopft ( Kalk ).Ging am nächsten Tag zu Rezeption und erklärte es Ihnen. Dafür hatte es in der Sauna sogar 2 Stücke davon. Zum Glück gab es eine « Inspektion » !! Und Jetzt was Positives. Die Masseurin war sehr Professionell gute Ausbildung. Das Frühstückbuffet war reichhaltig. Grosszü. Kostenloses Areal zum Parkieren

They had a money exchange, they did not. You never answered the phone when you call about changing the air conditioning. It was way too hot in the room. The whole stay and the transparency, and they list on their page is not what they provide.

Splendid grand building and beautiful great hall with tasteful classical decorations. A good base to stay for visiting Rylal Palace of Caserta. Staff are friendly and professional. Room is clean, quite and comfortable. After extremely tense sometimes chaotic driving and parking in Sorrento-Amalfi region it was a huge relief to park in hotel's wide open courtyard!

This is a great hotel--staff are attentive, the rooms are comfortable, and their restaurant serves excellent food and a wonderful breakfast buffet (everything from eggs to meats to pancakes to yogurt to pastries). It is conveniently located 10 minutes or so from the train station and royal palace. One negative is the street hustlers in the area washing car windshields, etc. In short, you're not going to take a walk around the neighborhood. However, the hotel is like a little fortress with locked gates all around. You feel safe and at-home inside. For the price, I highly recommend Grand Hotel Vanvitelli.

This hotel was amazing, the inside of the hotel was beautiful and the room we had was very spacious, with a jetted bathtub/shower combo. There weŕe also light switches by the bed on both sides to turn on/off all the lights in the room which was extremely convenient. The dining at the hotels restaurant for dinner and for the breakfast buffet were both extremely delicious. The hotel was in an industrial area, nowhere near the center of naples, but for a quick stop on our way back north to get some rest before flying home, this hotel was exactly what we needed. The building was starting to show its age, but none of that detracted from how amazing our stay was. The spa services provided were top notch and exactly what we needed after a long vacation filled with constant walking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a night in and a spa day to wrap up a vacation, it was amazing.

l'hotel è bello, dall'aria un pò antica ma molto comodo vicino Napoli. Ottimo servizio, ottima colazione, grande parcheggio. La mia stanza forse necessitava di una rinfrescata ma nel complesso mi sono trovato bene, avrei preferito non desse sul terrazzo per poter aprire le finestre in tranquillità. Personale molto gentile

The building is kind of out dated. I can imagine that this hotel had its glorious day. The decoration is classy and nice looking. However, the entry gate is hard to find and seem like the area is not that safe comparative. However, the food for the dining is very tasty but the breakfast is too common and quality is not to the top grade. Internet is kind of slow.

Rappresenta ormai un punto di riferimento, strategicamente posizionato a breve distanza dall'uscita Caserta Sud, è per me ideale per incontri di affari. Il centro conferenze ha delle sale moderne così come quelle arredate secondo lo stile dell'hotel. Bellissime e di grande impatto. Pulitissimo, profuma tutto di fresco, le camere sono comode e generosamente ampie. La colazione è preparata nella sala ristorante, di altissima qualità e varietà, sia nel dolce che nel salato, così come per le alimentazioni particolari. Io vado matto per le sfogliatelle ricce. Il pranzo di lavoro, nel ristorante adiacente la hall, di qualità al giusto prezzo, ha permesso di intrattenere gli ospiti stranieri che hanno veramente apprezzato con gusto! E' possibile pranzare/cenare anche nella hall. In un'altra occasione abbiamo usufruito della SPA, per rilassarci e fare del TeamBuilding. Speciale. A parte la bellezza mozzafiato del salone centrale in cui trova posto la reception e il bar, ideale anche per appuntamenti di lavoro, è d'obbligo una particolare nota di merito al personale tutto. La gentilezza, la disponibilità e il calore dell'accoglienza fanno sentire a casa, seppur in un ambiente professionale ed elegante dando la sensazione di esser fuori dal tempo.
