Older motel badly in need of an update, awful decor but newer carpet, good frig and aircon. No comfortable seating, bed not too bad, grounds a jungle. Wouldn't stay there again.

I was looking forward to using the pool but, the surroundings was not ver inviting. The hose was in the pool as was the leaves. When i walked in the room it had a stale smell. The was a dirty face towel and someones injury bandage wrapped around with balls of long hair sitting on the microwave which i had to dispose of that made me want to throw up. The bed was uncomfortable, you end up pooling in the center attached to your other half. Over all, you get what you pay for. I wouldnt come back to this place again. I'd pay a little extra and live a litlle extra enjoying the stay.

There was a bad smell that all my family feel quite nauseated. Apparently it was new carpet. It was bad enough that we left very early in the morning to get away from the smell.

Dirty shower with mould, , ice-cream cup lid sitting on couch, tears in curtains, white stains on carpets, Air conditioner didn’t work, water all over the bench from pot plant and cracked electric power points and couldn’t open windows to get fresh air.

A lot of road noise from cars driving past on the main road. Did not like the wash basin as part of the eating utensils. The bed had a smell of cigarette smoke, i have never smoked, the smell causes my sinuses to close.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, the room was very spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable . Plenty of shops near by, and there is a pub/restaurant across the road, within walking distance , so perfect and convenient if your wanting to dine out .

Don't stay at this place. It is very unsafe and Management doesn't care!.. We had work vehicles that was tappered with within there property and we had to call the police on guests. We didn't want to stay another the night (2 rooms booked) and management refused to refund the 2 night on 2 rooms he would only refund 1 room, and i am yet to see the refund he said he would do. Do NOT stay at this place if you want to feel safe!!

The Alfred Motor Inn is easy to find. The staff are friendly and helpful. Was small room. But it was warm as they already put heater on. Shower was lovely and hot but a bit temperamental. Had free WiFi, microwave, little fridge, tea and coffee, elec blankets and Netflix. Only a few things that could be better was need a clock and hand soap at basin to wash hands. Was abit noisy room l was in with house behind bathroom kitchenette music and person coughing alot in next room. Overall very warm and comfortable for a nice price.
