The pool is absolutely amazing! Staff were super friendly and helpful! I even got to check in at 10:30 which was very appreciated! Only $30 to get to the entertainment centre with a taxi and 10 minute walk to the shops! Would stay again.

The park was clean and tidy. Had easy to use laundry facilities and clean nice pool. Downside was that WiFi only worked in the shared area next to reception or at the pool and only have cleaners or replenishment of towels/toilet roll/tissues once a week with only half a roll of toilet roll in the bathroom for 4 days. Also had a room with an internal door to the room next door with guests that tried to come through late at night waking us up, thankfully the door was locked but guests should be informed of this so that they do not try to get into the other room.

There is plenty of parking as each room has a spot they are not assigned to a room there is a shopping centre around 1klm from the park with a few food choices as well as a pub there is a few other restaurants extra a bit further away

Good value property, swimming pool and gym quite good. Bbq facilities not appealing due to location next to bins.Newly refurbished rooms excellent, just missing a few things like chair, coat hangers,full length mirror. Some rooms have toasters, microwave, ironing facilities some dont, its hit and miss. Overall, very clean and comfortable, great location near shopping centre.

The pool was great for the kids and access to a treadmill was handy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The T.V in the lounge was too small and not compatible with a regular usb to read movie files etc. Overall a very great place to relax and chill

The room was nice and comfortable with fast wifi. Location is safe. Community room is air-conditioned and comfortable. we stayed for 1 night to board the cruise and will stay there again on our way back.

Sobald wir ins Zimmer reingegangen sind, fielen uns folgende Dinge direkt auf: - Bart Stoppeln im Waschbecken und auf dem Regal daneben -Staub auf dem Spiegel, am Bettgestell, unter dem Bett und auf den Lampen. (Mein Asthma hat direkt angeschlagen) - (Finger-) abdrücke an der Balkontür - Schmutzige/Schmierige Spiegel - Haare auf dem Boden - Kleine Spinnen mit Eiern an der Decke - Klebrige Oberfläche auf der Mikrowelle - Spuren von Fäkalien in der Toilette - Übler Geruch aus dem Badezimmer-Lüftungsschacht - Staub unter dem Bett und ein Kassenbon vom 30. August (wird also nicht gründlich gesaugt) - Unklare gelbliche Flecken unter dem Waschbecken - Kein/Schlechtes WLAN - Braune nicht identifizierbare Flecken am Kopfteil des Bettes Mängel wurden an die Rezeption gegeben. Eine Rückerstattung wurde angeboten, wir wollten einfach nur eine Reinigung haben, weil sich damit unsere Probleme erledigt hätten. Als wir wieder im Zimmer waren, haben wir kaum eine Verbesserung gesehen, obwohl uns eine Reinigung zugesichert wurde. Zusätzlich liefen dann noch KAKERLAKEN und Käfer herum. Wir haben dann aufgegeben und haben beschlossen nicht noch eine Nacht dort zu bleiben. Obwohl uns eine Rückerstattung anfangs angeboten wurde, wird dies seitens des Hotels nicht mehr in Betracht gezogen. Dabei wollten wir noch nett sein und nicht direkt die Rückerstattung annehmen, sondern eine „zweite Chance“ geben. Hat nicht so geklappt, daher raten wir jedem davon ab, dort seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.

I've stayed at this property before and was told the wifi was temporarily down, this time, months later it is still unusable. I don't consider this to be temporary. The property is falsely advertised on hotels.com as having free wifi. Also there were ants crawling on all counter tops and on top of that no hot water so this morning we were faced with either having a cold shower or no shower at all.

Stayed in the Garden Room, terrible and unacceptable cleanliness level for the following reasons; - fridge and air con made are extremely noisy, had to turn the air con off in the end. - bed and pillows were terrible. Bed was hard and could feel the springs, and any slight movement the bed rolled around the floor. - cleanliness was disgusting to the point I didn’t want to stay. Hairs in the bathroom and a dead cockroach. A beverage was spilled next to the bed, so clearly the room had not been cleaned properly. - you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbour does. Ours wanted to stay up all night, resulting in zero sleep (I suspect this may have been a permanent tenant, as this property allows permanent tenants). - parking would not be adequate should the premises be full, and there is no off street parking as it’s on a main road - decor is old, dated and dirty, paint is peeling from the walls. - smokers are allowed on each balcony, resulting in smoke blowing into your room as well. - no staff at all on premises. - WiFi did not work. I genuinely don’t understand the positive reviews for this property. I would never ever stay here again, and definitely do not recommend anyone else stay here.

We didnt have a pet or a kitchen. Our bed was so old it sagged, the base had large holes in it where cockroaches came from at night. We sprayed and killed in excess of 60 roaches. Free internet did not happen, no internet. Quite disgusted!!

Stayed in a Standard Cabin with double bed and 3x bunks. No linen on bunk beds (booked for 2x people but planned on using one bunk). Bunks were filthy - crumbs and hair all around and under mattresses. Dog hair all over bottom mattress cover. Staff made no comment or apology about it when informed and asked to clean it. Bedside tables covered in crumbs and dirt. Mould in bathroom. Room wasnt ready for check-in. Tiny space for walking into bathroom next to bed. Inadequate window coverings and no privacy for double bed area. Bright and sunny at 6am with no way to block out light. Overall very disappointing stay and would not recommend at all.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke despite it being a “no smoking room”. When we asked the property manager about it she said she couldn’t smell anything so it was fine. There was definitely a smell and cigarettes in a pot plant on the balcony. There was mould in bedrooms and bathrooms, crumbs in the bed and my kids feet were filthy after walking on the floor following their shower. It was cheap but between the gaslighting staff and the dirty, smelly room we wouldn’t stay there again.

Unfortunately after an outing our first night, we returned to the cabin to find a family of cockroaches making themselves at home in our cabin. It was around 9.30pm. There were some larger ones and several babies. We killed the ones we could see and cleared all things from the floor into our car. We all slept together in the one bed and kept the cooler on all night to keep them at bay. We left the keys early the following morning and departed. May we respectfully request a refund for the second night accommodation as we did not stay due to the conditions. Thank you

Location was good, being a cabin with parking right at your cabin was excellent with little kids. Was a good size cabin too however the cabin was quite dirty. There was broken glass on the floor inside next to the bed. The floors were dirty and my children had to be cleaned before they could get into bed. Inside the kettle was mouldy. The bed was so sagged that my head and feet were elevated as my body sagged deep into the bed, as a side sleeper I could not possibly sleep on my side so made for an uncomfortable few nights. Also the cabin was full of mould, all ceilings and along the walls, the Venetian blinds were covered and all around the windows. The bunks were built in and all on the walls of those were mouldy which was a concern with small children. I get that qld is hot and humid but we live only a few hours away and deal with regular flooding and don’t have mould inside, seems like a poor ventilation issue. Grateful it was close to what we needed and we spent most of our time out and about. There’s a shopping centre on the same block which had coffee, pizza, Woolies, big w, which was handy.

A perfectly adequate self contained queen room. The room was clean, bathroom was adequate and the staff were very proactive with late check in. My gripe is with the 'kitchen' facilities in the room. A small fridge and a microwave are supplied but with no utensils and no plates or bowls I'm not sure what they expect you to eat on or with! People mostly choose caravan park-type accommodation for the affordability, and these same people mostly want to self-cater. That is not possible in this type of room at this location.

Excellent facility, beautifully clean and very affordable. Staff super friendly. I would have given a 5 star rating however wifi access away from office was negligible and not as advertised. For an international traveller on roaming my stay was costly.

Have stayed here before and it is convenient but this time the bed was uncomfortable and we didn’t get good sleep. The beds also roll around on the floor too easily - it is annoying to have to keep moving it back.

The check in and check out was easy and efficient. The staff were great. Room was cleaned thoroughly but smelt like a hospital. There was only 1 stirring spoon for our tea and coffee so reusing ths spoon a few times was not ideal. You can hear the people upstairs when they have a shower. The most uncomfortable part of the stay was the bed. My husband only got an hour sleep due to the mattress being a bit too uncomfortable.

Building design is not quiet. every time a neighbor opened a draw or door, I heard it. The stairs outside my room are VERY noisy when used. WiFi connectivity isn't very good. The support I was offered said 'Try taking your device closer to reception.' Seriously?

Was there for 10 nights….wifi almost non existent…room service on day 4 and day 8….had to buy cleaning materials for day 8 as all they did was change towels and bedding and empty buckets.Reception only manned for a few hours so good luck if u don’t have ur own pool towels….no hair dryer in room got to ask at reception for one.Alright for 1or 2 nyt stay but not any longer.

Although it’s showing its age, we had a comfortable stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and location was very close to shopping village if you’re self-catering. Will definitely be back as it is a short distance to Brisbane Entertainment Centre if you’re going to a show there - which we were.
