酒店就在長堀橋站一分鐘步程，酒店對面就有便利店，附近有不同既餐廳但環境不會混雜，十分安全。只是去心齋橋筋商店街要行差不多十分鐘。酒店房間有基本沐浴梳洗用品，只是冷氣是中央控制，會有點焗，開了窗會好一點但會有車聲。大堂有自助洗衣房和行李寄存。整體酒店設施不錯，周邊環境很好，下次都會再入住

ホテルの駐車場が満車だったので、近くの駐車場を案内してもらったが、そこもほぼ満車で空きを探すのにかなり時間を費やしました。また、部屋のWiFiが使えず、ポケットWiFiを貸してもらう事になったり、カードキーが反応しなくなり、予備のカードキーを貸してもらったり、、、一晩泊まるには十分でしたが、少し気になりました。

The breakfast was ok. We chose to only eat once because it was not great. Staff was amazing! Check in was smooth. Housekeeping was efficient and kind. Helpful. The hotel was in a great location. Across the street from 7-Eleven for snacks and breakfast pastries. Area was clean and safe. Hotel has laundry machines. Reasonably priced. Laundry room could be cleaned a little better. Lobby was clean. Fromt desk staff kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. THE BEDS WERE ROCK HARD. THE PILLOWS WERE FLAT ROCKS. IT ACTUALLY FELT LILE IT HAD ROCKS ON ONE SIDE OF THE PILLOWS INSIDE. Thankfully we brought our air mattress pads from camping and had our neck pillows from the plane. I would stay at this hotel again. I will have a travel pillow next time. We were there for 7 nights.

The location is close to a 7 11 and a subway stop. Exit on 5a to get closest to the hotel. Everything was fine, hot water, good pressure, enough outlets, the washer dryer worked well. The only issue i had was checking in, they told me i could early then i came back and they said no. The rooms are small but your only there to sleep.

This hotel is in a great location, close to bars restaurants and shopping. But the rooms were really small and stuffy, they weren’t well cleaned. Dusty curtains and a dirty fridge. There isn’t ventilation in the bathroom, but that might be common. The staff was SO nice and there’s a 7-11 across the street!

掃除が全くされていない。夜遅くにチェックインしてすぐに部屋に入室。ベッド横に前客の靴下？や爪楊枝が転がっている。すぐにフロントに電話し、状況を説明。すると謝罪と共に新しい同タイプの部屋を用意するとの事。さっきのこともあったし嫌な予感がして、また部屋を散策。すると前客が使ったヘアブラシが落ちている。ありえない。そしてまたフロントに電話。するとまた謝罪と共に3ベッドルームの部屋にランクアップすると言われた。夜も深夜近くでへとへとだったので、気力で荷物移動。散策すると何か出てきそうなので、細かく散策は無し。ただ部屋中ホコリだらけ。もう諦めて、空気清浄機をつけようと手を伸ばすと、今まで見たことないくらいフィルターにホコリが吸着している。これじゃ空気清浄機が機能するわけない。本当にありえないホテルでした。

Stayed at this hotel for two nights, which I’m very glad for. The room was extremely small, we almost didn’t get through the door, but it’s manageable if you only need somewhere to sleep during your stay in Osaka. But regarding cleanliness, the room was filthy, the bathroom reeked of urine and the toilet seat had loots of gunk around it. Good thing they had a home deodorizer in the room.. There was lots of piles of dust everywhere and stains of the duvet covers.

The hotel was nice, clean, extremely convenient, the is a 7/11 right next door, a Domino's pizza around the corner of you want that. The train station is less than a 10 minute walk, the staff will hold your luggage for you after checkout which is very helpful. The only negative is that it was very loud when motorcycles where riding by outside at 1am. Otherwise this is a great hotel.

駅近でコンビニが目の前にありとても便利。1人でコンフォートダブルルームダブルベッド 1 台とのことでしたが、シングルベッド２台がくっついたベッドで広々使えました！！チェックイン、チェックアウト共に、テキパキと対応してくださり良かったです。

夜外出から部屋に戻ったら部屋に置いておいたサンダルの片方がなかった。ベッドの横に揃えて置いてあったのに、サンダルの片方がなくなっていた。もう一方はベッド横の椅子の下にあった。しばらく探したがなかったのでフロントに電話したら、申し訳ございませんもなく、掃除係が帰ったのでわかりません、と言われてしまった。サンダルがないと困ると言ったら、煩わしそうな声で探しますと言われた。（女性外国人スタッフ）しばらくの間音沙汰がないため、再びフロントに電話したら、話をしている最中に突然電話を切られた。（先ほどの外国人スタッフ）結構、懐中電灯を持ってきた男性外国人スタッフがベッドの下に転がったサンダルを見つけてくれた。今まで泊まったホテルでは物をそろえずにベッドの下に投げ込まれたように置かれていたのは勿論初めてだったし、フロントに電話した際話し終える前に電話を突然切られたこともなかったので、とても驚いた。外国人スタッフたちは予期せぬ事態に対応できない人たちだし、サンダルをベッドの下に投げ込んだ清掃係も信じられない。二度と泊まらない。

Great location in Shinsaibashi. Loved the adjoining rooms - small but very good noise insulation. Staff was very nice and English-friendly. Only very minor issue was that they called us quite a few times for various reasons (e.g., forgot if we paid the tourist tax) but again very minor.

Nossa estadia foi péssima! Tenho status Gold, esse hotel é uma propriedade vip access que teria upgrade, bebidas e outras comodidades, mas não tivemos nada! Muito pelo contrário, tivemos um dowgrade no quarto, aí depois de muito reclamar colocaram no quarto maior que tinha comprado. Existiam apartamentos maiores disponíveis aos quais teríamos direito devido o status do hoteis.com, mas não foi dado. Também tivemos um grande prejuízo porque o hotel passou informações erradas sobre o envio das bagagens para Tokyo. Uma experiência PESSIMA!!!

Great staff! Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They allowed us to check in early. It was super convenient. Rooms were huge and spacious. Many places to eat near the hotel. Most important they have a massage spot next door. They were amazing.

Rooms are small but clean and serviceable. Biggest complaint is lack of advertised breakfast and on-site restaurant as this was an important factor in our booking.
