Front desk service is poor, speak some English, not feel welcome, arrived at 2pm, unable to check in with luggage until 3pm, nobody wants to stay inside the hotel. Receptionists not willing to assist anything. Breakfast is ok, small bottle water only for the first day in the room, nearby no good restaurant, only fast food and bar, located in a narrow street. Close to tourist information center by Kennedy park, you can join free Lima Walking tours there.

This hotel sits at the heart of Miraflores. There are many dining options, two or three major malls, Wong, and around the corner of Airport Transport bus. It may get a little bit noisy due to the bars and crowd near by, but that is the natural trade off for the convenience. Hotel offers luggage storage after check out, and great breakfast options in the morning.

We arrived at the hotel at 9am or a 1 night stay as we were flying out the next day. Completely understand and accept that we could not check in early so we left our bags in their storage area. We were leaving at 8am the next morning. As we had just come off a flight, we asked if we could have the breakfast that day instead of the next day. Staff refused. Breakfast was open till 10:30 so it wasn’t like they were about to close. We weren’t asking for a free breakfast, just to swap the day. Left the hotel to explore. Came back at 9pm. Was speaking to the night staff and she was baffled why they didn’t let us have breakfast. We are also Expedia gold members (not that makes a difference) and hadn’t asked for any other benefits. Just found the staff extremely unhelpful. Location is really good - opposite the main strip in Lima so close to restaurants and bars but you can hear the noise (even on a Sunday night the clubs are going) through the window so if you see a light sleeper, not ideal.

The first night was very noisy for a party in a local on the front of the hotel. Last day was no electricity, therefore, elevators and air conditioners stop working. The employees are very friendly, and trying to help as much as they can, under this circumstances. Some elderly people, who couldn’t walk the stair were served with breakfast at their rooms. That was really a great gesture.

Custo benefício muito bom, localização estratégica para passear em Lima. Note que a região é bastante festeira, então tem barulho, mas nada que atrapalhe, pois os quartos têm vidro anti ruído. Café da manhã justo e solícitos ao precisar guardar bagagem. Recomendo!

Boa localização, bom atendimento, problema: café da manhã muito fraco, o hotel conta com 5 andares, porém só tem um elevador, chegamos na quarta-feira à tarde, à noite o elevador quebrou e ficamos os oito dias no quarto andar tendo que subir as escadas, sendo o restaurante no quinto andar, eu tenho 71 anos e minha esposa 67 anos e problemas de locomoção, parece que a administração é muito incompetente, não fosse isso e a nota poderia ser melhor.

The staff was very nice and very welcoming for a non-native speaker. I arrived in Lima very early and they let me drop my bag off so I could walk the area before checking in. Same on the way out. I didn’t take advantage of any of the food options because I wanted to check out places nearby. The hotel itself is ok, but definitely not mid-high end if you’ve traveled a lot. Generally clean a place to crash but you can hear everything around you from traffic to other guests. Had hot water which isn’t always guaranteed in some central and South American hotels. If you’re an easy going traveler, this will do. If you’re looking for a Marriott or Hyatt stay, look elsewhere.

Nice hotel in Miraflores.. very close to many restaurants/shopping/parks etc .. a little noisy at night because there is an Irish bar across the street that gets loud , sometimes till 5am .. room windows have some soundproofing, but bringing earplugs would be wise

Very small. But the room wasn’t expensive either. A little outdated, but it did not cost the premium price either. The wall plugs were completely outdated. He will need adapters. They are very loose. You have issues charging your phone. The rooms are very small, but most people are not going to spend their time in the room anyway.. The staff was very helpful.

Das Hotel ist an sich wirklich sehr nett und ideal, wenn man nur übernachten und frühstücken möchte. Das Hotel ist zwar nicht modern, aber trotzdem sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen! Einzige Negativpunkte: schlechtes WLAN, hellhörig (hat uns nachts aber nicht gestört) und zu wenige Haken und Steckdosen (auf einer Bettseite keine Steckdosen). Über das schlechte WLAN und die Hellhörigkeit haben wir vorher in andern Rezensionen gelesen, sodass diese nicht überraschend waren. Abgesehen von diesen kleinen negativen Punkten, kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen!

Good hotel ..good location in Miraflores. Very easy walk to many restaurants/shopping/parks etc .. It gets somewhat noisy at night because there is an Irish bar across the street and the music etc tends to go till around 5am ..Room windows have some soundproofing.. but bring earplugs

The rooms had sufficient space, the beds were comfy and the water in the shower was nice and hot without any wait. The terrace where breakfast was served was pretty, and the breakfast had a good amount of options.

The hotel is located next door to Berlin Street where are many bars and dancing clubs. On the weekends and even Sundays people party until 3-4 am with cars honking horns and is impossible le to sleep. The hotel has double Paine windows but is not enough I really should have changed hotels . The staff is very nice

Nice hotel very central located Two minutes to airport shuttle bus service a bit noise there is an Irish pub across the street they party until four am. One thing I did not like coffee maker they only have a thermor bottle so I call the cafeteria for hot water twice I wait one and half hours they never bring the Hot water not a very good service
