The Hotel was easy to get to and the staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and everything we needed was within walking distance. The only disappointment was the water slide didn't have water running down the slide (Dry) The drinking water was shut off and the hot tub was dirty. I used the exercise room which was very nice. Everything else was great. Especially the continental breakfast, excellent!

The hotel was great. Clean, quiet, friendly staff. The only thing I feel needs mentioning, is the temperature of the pool water is very cold, and the hot tub is more warm than hot.

This is definitely a great hotel. The workout equipment in the gym is good, the beds are confortable and I especially like that rather than giving you the little tiny bottles of shampoo and stuff, they have full size bottles bolted to the walls. The only not great thing i experienced was their pool. They have a waterslide, but the water isnt running so you cant slide down it. And the water in the hot tub wasn't as warm as I prefer, but that could just be a personal preference.

I really like this hotel for its location and comfort. Good little gym, great pool for the kids. Usually never a problem, tho on this trip we found stains on one of the bed top blankets and someone’s kids socks tucked in a corner of the room. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned the one day which they say they only clean every second day of your stay…. They were very prompt about cleaning once asked. Just disappointed to see it wasn’t done.

I didnt notice before bed but when i woke up in the morning i pulled my blankets back to find my phone… i found the sheets dirty with blood smears and the flat sheet was stuffed at the very foot of the bed. Absolutely disgusting that i slept in a dirty bed with blood. Housekeeping did not change that bedding from the last check out.

We found the hotel to be looking a bit run down, from the weeds outside to the lack of attention to cleaning inside. For example, the floor of the elevator needed vacuuming, there was a urine smell around the toilet, and the stairwell was unacceptable. Will look for another hotel next time.

The room wasn’t cleaned. There was crumpled up papers on the floor Hair on the shower wall And the carpet didn’t look like it was vaccumed. The pool was freezing Kids didn’t stay in the pool for More then 10 Minutes it was so cold.

For the first time ever, I needed to call the front desk regarding noise. We could hear people walking around above us consistently, but at 10:30 pm we had had enough. Early morning, same thing. Stay on top floor to avoid this issue. Breakfast, pool were adequate. No frills, more or less expected visit otherwise.

Good hotel for the price. Only issue was with the tv. Had no option to cast to the tv or log in with your own streaming services. Even the tv guide didn't work so you had to flip through channels randomly and guess what was on. Not a make or break, just kind of annoying and not an issue I've experienced in a hotel in years.

Friendly staff. Nice hotel, couldn’t fix sink so we just pulled the plunger out so I would drain. A/C super noisy. Probably won’t stay here again. Not my expectations for a Hampton.

The facility was good but the front counter staff communicated poorly and could not provide answers to any of the billing discrepancies. They charged my card when they told me they were pre-authorizing. Total quoted didn't match total at checkout and again no explanation. Very frustrating dealing with these staff.

Stood in line for 55 minutes before our checkin began. Beds were not made when we entered our room. There was no shower curtain and no Kleenex. Room was clean and comfortable (other than being unable to shower). Hotel Mgr recommended we book directly with the hotel next time?? Very disappointing for a Hilton.

Check in was at 4:00. We arrived at the property at 4:50pm and were told our room was not yet cleaned. We had to wait over half an hour in the lobby with young children. Apologies were offered but when asked about compensation, we were told we there was nothing to be done. Disappointing considering our room was over $300.

Where do I start. When booking at the hotel I did the “pay at property” option and then on the morning of, before I even drove down I got charged the full cost of my stay and more in multiple separate charges. $1-$100-$100-$100-$100-$94. Instead of one full charge. What if I didn’t have the funds in my account yet or I wasn’t ready to pay things like that. And then when I got there I payed a $20 damage deposit but it was all separate charges again $5-$10-$5 and then they over charged another $15, $5-$10. Now the room. Which was one of the best rooms there that I could pick from. The walls had coffee runs all down the wall and dirt marks all over them. The bathroom door had dirty hand prints, the glass on the shower was all smeared and gross. The bed was hard as a rock the tv was tiny. There were no openable windows in the room what so ever. Then the hotel had morning breakfasts which me and my girlfriend ate one morning and on our 6 hour drive home after our stay we couldn’t stay off the toilets, basically giving us food poisoning. Overall an awful stay for 500$ for 3 nights. Would not recommend ever to anybody.

The staff was excellent with making sure you had all you needed. My wife needed a seat for shower and it was delivered to room with in 20 minutes. My Daughter needed some milk to take medication and there was non in the upfront cooler to buy. Rowena from the front desk ran and got some from the breakfast kitchen to help us out. Will definitely be staying there next time I’m in Lethbridge

we had arrived when told we can have a early check in and upon arrival we were told no rooms were available. The front desk staff were very rude and dismissive. They said an early check in was not guaranteed. This was not communicated over the phone. We were told to arrive for 2pm and 1 of our 2 rooms would be available. We had a wedding to attend that very night and after speaking with multiple other wedding guests it has been confirmed that they had told this to other people staying. This was not a miscommunication on either parties end. The staff told guests that a room would be available and allowed guest on a time crunch (that of which they were aware of) to waste their time and scramble to find other accommodation. Horrible and would not stay at this property again

Always love the Hampton Inns for their larger rooms and cleanliness. Had asked for rooms close to elevator for my disabled Mother. Staff asked if we would like a ground floor room which was excellent. Thanks so much!

Awful stay. We were placed on a floor with a Hockey Team - totally OK to be loud before quiet hours and I don't fault the kids. Partying adults slamming doors well into the night with Front Desk unable to control the situation. Cold pool with no towels to top it off. Terrible smells in the area - seems to be a meat packing plant across the street.

Ok stay. Bed comfortable but pillows a bit worn. Breakfast can be improved. Waffles were nasty-chewy and not sure what kind of ingredients are in batter. Pancakes are the same - tough. Yoghurt has artificial sweeteners which are awful and leave an aftertaste. Scrambled eggs? Are they really made from eggs? Overall the breakfast needs improvement- whole ingredients and real natural food. I would rather pay less and skip the artificial food.

Always my first choice in Lethbridge. It was tough to find staff at one point when I wanted to buy snacks and the water never got above warm in the morning, which was a first. Not sure if they’ve gone to a new in room coffee, but it was terrible. I’ll still be back again, though.

The room was good and bed comfortable. There was no need to exfoliate in the shower because the towels were very rough. They desperately need either new towels or some fabric softener. The breakfast was great for a complementary breakfast. But they use paper plates and plastic cutlery. It would be great if a large company like Hilton cared a bit more about their footprint on the environment.

Everything was great, other than all of the apples at breakfast were bruised and the bananas were green. There was also dried food on the walls in the breakfast area. Room was clean, bed was super comfy, water pressure was awesome, staff were pleasant and helpful and it was nice and quiet throughout the night.
