Room was excellent ... very clean, looked recently renovated and very comfortable. Kitchenette is well equiped and hotel right beside 3 grocery stores. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Pool was also nice, however the hot tub was not functioning and the sauna is in need of repair, which was disappointing after a day of skiing. We would stay here again though.

Le personnel est courtois et le stationnement est très grand avec emplacement large, très pratique lorsqu'on possède un véhicule de types fourgonnette, Vus ou camion. Situé tout près de plusieurs restaurants et à 2 minutes de marches de trois épiceries. À moins de 15 minutes en voiture du Village piétonnier de Tremblant.

The room we stayed in had a bedroom in a mezzanine so we were able to sleep our whole family of 6. What an awesome use of space and it was very cute and original. Indoor pool was awesome, unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working when we were there. The staff was super friendly. We arrived 30mins before checkin and the manager personally unlocked our door so we could unpack.

Hotel is conveniently located next to 3 grocery stores and around the block from Saint Jovite street which has lots of restaurants. Hotel is a short drive to Mont Blanc and approximately 15 minutes to the tremblant village. Hotel is great for families, as it has an indoor pool and sauna! The hot tub was not available unfortunately. The place wasn’t anything fancy, but very clean and the staff were very nice. We hope to return next year for our ski vacation

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, bilingual and accommodating. The man at the front desk explained everything about the room and the facilities at check in. The room was clean and functional. It has everything you need for a longer visit - kitchenette with dishes and utensils for 4 people, including cookware and a stovetop! You also have access to a kettle, keurig (no pods), coffee pot, microwave etc. I loved the faux fireplace, too! Good amenities - although I did not use the jacuzzi, pool or gym during my short stay, so I cannot comment on their condition. Hotel could use some renovation and updates to furniture. The furniture seemed old and worn. Very strong scent of citrus upon entering the room, perhaps oranges or lemon pledge. I thought, at least it is clean, but I felt maybe they were compensating for old smoke scent or musky old room smell. It is clean superficially, but maybe they could look into a deep professional clean of the room and upholstery, including the carpet and perhaps use different cleaners, so the scent is easier on the senses. The scent either dissipated or I got used to it, because it didn't seem as strong after a few hours. Overall, I think this is a great place for families or groups to stay. There is a nearby grocery store, so you could pick up food and cook in the room. I would definitely book here again.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! Points positifs: Le personnels étaient professionnel, serviable et courtois. La chambre était parfaite, bien équipée et propres. L'emplacement été parfait pour nous, pleins de services à proximité (épiceries, restaurants, magasins) et à 13-15 minutes du village. Points "négatifs" petite odeur de renfermé dans la chambre mais rien d'intense. Salle de bain pourrait être rénové mais elle est quand même très fonctionnelle. Dernier point "négatif" l'intérieur commence à être vieillissant mais encore la, rien d'important cela est juste du visuel. En résumé, nous avons adoré notre séjour, on vous le recommande et nous allons définitivement y retourner!

Our railing to the top floor in the room was broken. Said they couldn\'t fix until Monday. Our stay was only Friday to Sunday. Not safe especially for children. Received no fresh towels even though the "make up room" sign was on door all day. Room shakes when dryer next door is being used by staff.

Room with loft is really good for larger group. The kitchen is handy with everything needed. The location is a lot cheaper than the lake side resort area. It is convenient with stores and restaurants, but definitely not as nice for scenery.

When we walked in, there was no one at the front desk, we rung the bell, we even knock on the door to the office, we had to wait about 8 minutes. ON my bill we were charged $120.00 for an extra guest, however the room we booked said it sleeps 6 people, we were only five, Also in the room it stated if we didn't wash our dishes, we would be charged $50.00, seems odd to us, what do the house Keeping do?, We will not return to this hotel in the furture.

Staff is always outstanding there..we've stayed many times over the past 6 years. The rooms are very well kept, clean and the pool is large and clean. The only thing about Saint Jovite is getting any food delivered. It takes forever (1.5 hrs on average) to get a delivery and your options are basically junk like au coq, bennys chicken or basic pizza. The hotel is fantastic but plan on dining out at a restaurant for supper. Good luck getting anything from mcdonalds or tim hortons on monteé ryan on a weekend morning...they open whenever they have staff to work..otherwise closed.

Des le début l'accueil par Guy était hors pairs. Il nous a donnés toutes les explications nécessaire sur la chambre, et fonctionnement de hôtel il a dépassé nos attentes, un grand wow. De plus la chambre est vraiment bien équipe et propre. La seule chose est le divan lit que nous avons pris pour nos 2 ados n'est pas le top des confort et fait du bruit a chaque fois qu'on bouge. Cela dit nous étions conscient lors de la réservation, mais pour 1 nuit ce n'est pas un irritant toute fois si nous devions rester plus qu'une nuit nous n'aurions pas prit le divan lit. La piscine et sona très propre et agréable. De plus l'hôtel est hyper bien situé pour ce qui est des restaurants et balades . Nous reviendrons assurément cet été pour profiter des activités aquatiques. Un grand merci

We really like the idea of having the small kitchenette. Even the fact that there is no restaurant available at the premises, you can actually have your own meal at your room. Wonderful experience, very clean hotel. Not very far from the main center of town in which you can dine out. We will visit again this place.
