Very clean and well designed. Best breakfast of the trip and very relaxed and giving hosts who received us with a smile despite turning up a couple of hours after agreed after an enormous day of walking. Would definitely recommend, would definitely stay again.

Balnearn House is a lovely B&B in a small village. The rooms are comfortable and there was a nice garden area. There were a couple of nice restaurants & pubs within walking distance. The owners are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great welcome! Owners Mark & Claire are lovely friendly people! Loved the breakfast served ! The beds were comfortable and hot shower was lovely! We would recommend anyone going to Aberfeldy to use their services. Thanks to them we had a lovely stay! Homai & James McPherson

Highly recommend this property. The hosts were kind, the amenities were high quality and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a B & B property.
