Kitchen ok, however light flickered when the heater/air came on. I wish they had a restaurant that was closer to the hotel. The shuttle/cab was good and very prompt. The staff were friendly and the room was clean.

Close to place i needed to be. Lots of security in parking area and surveilling entrances. Quiet time between 9-7. Parking had outlets for block heater cords in -40 weather.

A good place to stay, close to the airport with shuttle service, laundry facilities & continental breakfast included. Rooms are equipped with bigger than normal fridges, 2 burner stoves & dishwashers. Good value.

Close to airport. Free airport shuttle advertised, which wasn't available, so hotel provided taxi vouchers. We had an early flight to catch and hotel gave us bagged breakfast. Attentive staff, comfortable bed, and clean facilities. Everything we needed for a quick sleep before catching our flight.

Spot light outside the building was on all night , shining through the blinds. We reported a bag of garbage containing used baby diapers in the hallway outside our room when we arrived and were told it would be handled by housekeeping the next day. Completely unacceptable.

Rooms were not clean!!! We stayed here as a team -7 rooms total. We did bring this to the hotels attention but they did not seem to care. There was blood on the bed frame and bedding. Large stains on the carpet. Dirty floors and bathrooms. Overall not impressed.

Mainstay suites offers a decent room with a medium size fridge and decent continental breakfast. The room price was decent as well compared to similar offerings. Unfortunately upon arrival to room upon inspection of the bed, we noticed a lot of garbage around the headboard of one of the two beds in our room.

The hotel clean inside and out. However the elevators were nasty! The tiles were all broken, the walls dented in- felt ghetto! The room I stayed in 321- needed air freshener, coffee cups and more soap bottles. One bottle, barely enough for a shower and the soap cheap, water down- the hotel doesn’t need to cheapen out- they can do much better!

The staff was great, but the hotel was a mess. There was a fight when literally 20 mins of being here. My first room had a really bad smell but thankfully meg was accommodating. The second bedroom had blood on the bathroom door and on the counter the bed had bed bugs i found and was biten. I do not recommend staying here

The cleaning off the room is lacking. Long blck hair in tub, on toilet paper. Rails were not clean underneath the shower curtain looked like someone spit on it had to wash it to stNd in to have shower. Clock didn’t work no button on one side of lamp. The onlly nice thing was staff.

I travel at least once a month for personal or business to Winnipeg. I've tried many hotels, but Mainstay is my preferred choice. The beds are comfy, it is quiet, has a kitchenette, secured parking, and the rooms are larger. Bonus that the price is great!

Not a plesent experience this time. A/C didn't cool the room down. And the lighting outside that lights up the building was shinning right in the room, keeping the room bright, even with the privacy blinds closed

The AC wasn't working. The control terminal at the wall was dead. Room was very hot, couldn't really cool it down as AC was doing nothing and was essentially just a fan. The carpet was slightly sticky.

Only complaint I have is that the window in the room did not have a black out curtain. All the light from the patio shined into the room. Other than my one minor complain the hotel was very clean and comfortable to stay at.

Basic room, larger than expected with good size bathroom. Bathroom was clean, but main area carpet might not have been hoovered. The decor was tired looking but in fairness there were signs indicating the hotel is in the process of being updated. Staff were polite and friendly. Oddly, the curtains in my room seemed like display items, they did not appear to close at all, and I spent the night in a room brightly lit by the lights from the street area!

Stay was Oct 31. At check out they were unable to print receipt for stay. Today is Nov. 06 still have not received promised email with receipt. Mainstay does not have an email address and rarely answers their phone. Unstaffed?

Booked this room (suite) last minute due to a storm. We were only there for about 8 hours. Around 3am there was a loud noise coming from the kitchen vent from the wind outside. After about an hour they moved us into another room where the noise wasn't as bad. Was told we would hear back the manager the next day. Haven't heard back a month later. Was very disappointed

No one answered the phone to request a shuttle from the airport. Thankfully airport information folks said to take a taxi and get the hotel to pay for it upon arrival. Also the need to change rooms to the 2 beds I'd booked, instead of the room with only one bed that I'd been given. Quite frustrating after long hours spent traveling

Rooms weren’t ready when we arrived. Fire in hotel, no directions given upon evacuation or when we could enter again. Booked on my return home as it was close to airport and the booking was confirmed via email and charged to my account. Phoned me and told the payment didn’t go thru, but I could book the room again for $60 more as my reservation was cancelled (had to be booked to be cancelled doesn’t it??)

Room was comfy but needy a little love, staff are great and helpful, but the area is secluded and not safe at night. A good hotel to stay a night by the airport or for an extended work trip but I wouldn’t stay here with a family unless completely necessary.

This was a nice room with a comfortable bed, and I would stay here again. My only complaint would be that on Wednesday night, the trash dumpsters were emptied by truck very loudly. Probably not something that hotel has control over, but it was quite a jolt awake and made it hard to fall back to sleep. Breakfast did not really have a hot protein and consisted mainly of oatmeal packets and carbs.

Quiet time was set for 9 pm. It was wonderful they had an earlier time. Room was expansive, a pleasant surprise. Down side was the breakfast. Only hot items were boiled eggs that were rubberized as they sat in a slow cooker filled with water that continued to cook them for extended period of time.
