Very courteous staff, nice rooms and especially nice bathrooms. Great place to stay for my first trip to my family’s hometown!

The hotel is cosy and clean. Location is not too far from the Hakata train station although Google map brought me on a round about. Staff were efficient but could extend a little more warmth.

The staff is really kind and helpful. The front desk handled luggage forwarding for me as well, and I love that the restaurant congestion and the use of the laundry machines is visible from the TV home page in the rooms. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and I really love their deep soaking bathtubs! This was my second time staying here and I think it’s super convenient to Hakata Station so I’ll likely be booking with them again.
